<p>The marketing concept states that to achieve organizational goals such as market share and profitability depends on the company's ability to determine the needs and wants of the target market and satisfy it more effectively and efficiently than its competitors.<br />The purpose of this study is to examine whether pangaruh between market orientation, innovation value and competitive advantage to the performance of business units and services based on sharia. The results of statistical tests show that market orientation has a significant influence on the value of innovation. Market orientation with competitive advantage has significant influence. The value of innovation with competitive advantage has significant influence. The market orientation with the performance of sharia-based business units and services has no significant effect. This study proves that the value of innovation and competitive advantage is the intervening variable to create the performance of shariah-based business units and services.</p>

The objective of this research is to examine the influence of outsourcing on financial performance and competitive priories of Malaysian SMEs. A data sample of 100 SMEs was analyzed to examine these relationships. The analysis was conducted via Partial Least Squares. Based on the findings, while outsourcing has significant influence of SMEs financial performance in Malaysian context, outsourcing activities do not have an impact on competitive priorities. Outsourcing approach emphasizing on the establishment of core competitive advantage, allows Malaysian SMEs to get the numerous benefits such as overall sales growth, market share, net profit, return on investment, and financial liquidity.

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of innovation. Entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on the competitive advantage of culinary SMEs in West Jakarta. The population in this study is the owner/manager of culinary SMEs in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 52 owners/managers of culinary SMEs in West Jakarta, with the method used was non-probability sampling. This research uses PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that the innovation, entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation have a positive and significant influence on the competitive advantage of culinary SMEs in West Jakarta.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi, orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing UKM kuliner di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik/pengelola UKM kuliner di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 pemilik/pengelola UKM kuliner di Jakarta Barat, dengan metode yang digunakan ialah non probality sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi, orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UKM kuliner di Jakarta Barat

This research conducted in Klungkung with 96 owners of the endek fabric business as samples. Determination of samples by Saturated Sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. Based on the results, Market Orientation, Differentiation Strategy, and Product Innovation simultaneously have significant effect on Competitive Advantage. There is a partially positive and significant influence between Market Orientation and Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. There is a positive and partially significant influence between the Differentiation Strategy on Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. There is a partially positive and significant influence between Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. Efforts to increase the competitive advantage of the endek industry can be carried out by endek entrepreneurs by collecting information about customer needs, making endek fabric designs that are different and easily recognizable compared to competitors' products and trying to sell products abroad. <em>This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and market orientation on competitive advantage on Jeans brands in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. This study used survey research type with a sampling method saturated with the number of respondents as many as 30 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product innovation and market orientation on the competitive advantage of jeans brand in Kebayoran Lama Jakarta. Product innovation is something that can be seen as a functional advancement of a product that can take the product one step further than competitors' products. Likewise, market orientation can find out the needs and desires of consumers, so that it can make a competitive advantage over the products being marketed.</em>

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage; (2) to know the effect of innovation on competitive advantage; (3) to know the influence of market orientation and product innovation together to competitive advantage; (4) the effect of market orientation on the performance of SMEs, (5) to know the effect of product innovation on the performance of SMEs, (6) to know the effect of competitive advantage on SMEs performance, and (7) to know the effect of market orientation, product innovation, and competitive advantage together SMEs. This research uses an explorative design that aims to conduct a search and reveal the factors that can be estimated as the cause of the occurrence of a condition that is not yet known the cause and the mechanism.The population in this study is the SMEs in Batam city with the type of production business with a population of 153 SMEs. The number of samples was determined using a saturated sample technique in which the entire population in the study was sampled. So the number of samples in this study was as many as 153 SMEs. From the results of the study found that market orientation has a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. Product innovation has a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. Market orientation and product innovation together have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage with R2 value of 83%. The dominant variable influencing competitive advantage is product innovation with regression coefficient value 0,62. Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on SME's performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on SME's performance. Competitive advantage positively and significantly influence to SMEs performance, market orientation, product innovation and competitive advantage together have positive and significant influence to SMEs performance with R2 value equal to 90%. The dominant variable affecting the performance of SMEs is the advantage of competing with the value of regression coefficient 0.47. This research offers implementation to SMEs to improve market orientation and product innovation so that it will increase competitive advantage which impact on SMEs performance.

The purpose of this study is to build an empirical research model and prove the influence of market orientation on product innovation and competitive advantage. The study also proves the intervening role of product innovation and competitive advantage on increasing market performance. In addition, market uncertainty is also tested in moderation in strengthening the relationship between product innovation and competitive advantage in market performance. The study tests 178 samples of Batik SME players in Surakarta. A purposive sampling was used as this research’s sampling method. The result of this study proves empirically that market orientation positively, significantly influences product innovation and competitive advantage. The test of mediation role between product innovation and competitive advantage in market performance also shows positive and significant results. The result of the test on moderation role between Market uncertainty in the relationship between product innovation and competitive advantage on market performance also shows positive and significant influence on market performance.

This study departs from the hajj bailout financing facility which is a booming product because of the customer's interest, but in this case there is a difference in the target achievement between Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Ujungberung KCP which is less successful in improving the hajj bailout products while the Rancaekek KCP is very superior in one consolidation Ahmad Yani Branch Office Bandung. This is what is interesting for researchers to carry out this research, the difference constraints include service quality and promotion factors. This phenomenon raises problems that must be examined, namely how the influence of service quality and promotion of market share expansion products hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujungberung and KCP Rancaekek Bandung. This study aims academically to contribute in the study of Islamic economics in worksheets, especially the quality of service and promotion of market share expansion and practically expected to be able to provide input to all employees of BSM KCP Ujungberung regarding the quality of service and promotion of market expansion of bailout products. Hajj that has been successfully carried out by BSM KCP Rancaekek.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of service quality on the expansion of market share by 53.3% with a strong correlation of 0.730 and through t test, where t counts at 8.245 (> t table), then H_0 is rejected and H_i is accepted. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of promotion on the expansion of market share by 30.3% with a moderate / sufficient correlation of 0.550 through t test, where t counts is 4.219 (> t table), then H_ (0) is rejected and H_i is accepted. Then there is a significant influence of service quality and promotion simultaneously to the expansion of market share by 60.6% and a strong correlation of 0.784 and through Test F, where F count is 67.023 (> F table), then 〖H〗 _ ( 0) rejected and H_i accepted.

Organizational performance is the end result of the work done to achieve organizational goals that have been established. All that is determined by the existence of good labor productivity. There are several things that affect the productivity of labor, including the provision of wages and discipline work. One way to reward and acknowledge the existence of manpower is through the provision of wages. In addition to wage factors, labor productivity can also be influenced by work discipline factors. This study aims to determine the effect of wages and discipline of work on the productivity of labor at the company's Duta Trans Jaya Jakarta. The population of the research ani there are 40 employees, so researcher uses saturated samples by using all the popolation. So the sample in this study is 40 people. Based on the above data it can be seen that the value for wage variables, and work discipline (simultaneously) has a significant effect on work productivity, where the significant value of F of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha accepted and Ho rejected this means that there is A significant influence between wage and work discipline variables on work productivity at PT.
