This study departs from the hajj bailout financing facility which is a booming product because of the customer's interest, but in this case there is a difference in the target achievement between Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Ujungberung KCP which is less successful in improving the hajj bailout products while the Rancaekek KCP is very superior in one consolidation Ahmad Yani Branch Office Bandung. This is what is interesting for researchers to carry out this research, the difference constraints include service quality and promotion factors. This phenomenon raises problems that must be examined, namely how the influence of service quality and promotion of market share expansion products hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujungberung and KCP Rancaekek Bandung. This study aims academically to contribute in the study of Islamic economics in worksheets, especially the quality of service and promotion of market share expansion and practically expected to be able to provide input to all employees of BSM KCP Ujungberung regarding the quality of service and promotion of market expansion of bailout products. Hajj that has been successfully carried out by BSM KCP Rancaekek.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of service quality on the expansion of market share by 53.3% with a strong correlation of 0.730 and through t test, where t counts at 8.245 (> t table), then H_0 is rejected and H_i is accepted. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of promotion on the expansion of market share by 30.3% with a moderate / sufficient correlation of 0.550 through t test, where t counts is 4.219 (> t table), then H_ (0) is rejected and H_i is accepted. Then there is a significant influence of service quality and promotion simultaneously to the expansion of market share by 60.6% and a strong correlation of 0.784 and through Test F, where F count is 67.023 (> F table), then 〖H〗 _ ( 0) rejected and H_i accepted.

Quality of service is one of the main activities carried out by Kantin Yuank in its efforts to develop and earn a profit. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality on visitor buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City. The research method uses quantitative methods with primary data sources. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study includes: validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient (R2) and hypothesis testing through t test. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the independent variable quality of service studied is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable consumer purchase interest with a p value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Adjusted R Square is 0.251. This means that 25.1% of buying interest is influenced by service quality and the remaining 74.9% is caused by other factors not included in this study such as product quality, price, place and others. The results showed that service quality influenced purchase intention. Thus, by maintaining and improving product quality and service quality at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City, a positive visitor attitude will be formed which will affect the buying interest of visitors at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City.

In the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, it had a very large impact not only on the health aspect, but also on the labor and economic aspects. The industrial world has been affected so much that the industrial world has stopped its production activities so that there has been a reduction in the workforce in production by being dismissed and even disconnected from their work. This condition is what makes the government take action, especially in terms of employment in fulfilling the obligation to pay BPJSK output through a relaxation or softness policy in paying contributions. Another policy is the claim service for BPJSK participants if there is a risk that results in the realization of the claim.This research is to analyze with the policy of relaxation of payment of dues and claim services associated with their influence on participant compliance in paying BPJSK dues. The population / research sample was the participants of the BPJSK Gresik Driyorejo Branch, using a questionnaire to obtain data on the perception of relaxation policies, service quality and compliance with payment of dues.Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: first, the premium payment policy has a significant effect on dues pay compliance, second, the service quality of claims has a significant effect on awareness of premium payments, and third, the policy of relaxation of contributions and the quality of service claims has a significant effect on the premium. payment of dues for BPJSK members at the Gresik Driyorejo Branch.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. The research method used is the analytical survey research method. The approach chosen in this study is the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, from August to November 2018. The sample in this study used accidental sampling techniques totaling 60 customers who used the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel in December 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible , Reliability , Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. There is a partial significant influence between the quality of service consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness , and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Reliability Factoris the most influential factor (predominantly on Customer satisfaction at PT. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Faktor Reliability merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh (secara dominan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Abstract: Based on the t test, the Service Quality variable influences Customer Satisfaction at the Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office in Yogyakarta, which can be indicated by tcount greater than t table (1,981> 1,290). And in the results of this study, researchers can conclude that the above indicators have been reached by the Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office in Yogyakarta, with the result that the level of quality of services provided by the Bank can be called satisfactory. One of the factors that influence satisfaction is empathy which includes ease of relationship, good communication, personal attention and understanding customer needs. Based on the t test shows that tcount is greater than t table (2,188> 1,290), meaning that the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on the variable customer loyalty. In this study, researchers found results that t count is greater than t table where this indicates that Service Quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The researcher in this study concluded the results that Service Quality has a very important influence on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty), especially in a case study at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Yogyakarta Branch Office. الملخص: استنادًا إلى اختبار t ، يؤثر متغير جودة الخدمة على رضا العملاء في المكتب الفرعي لبنك معاملة إندونيسيا في يوجياكارتا ، والذي يمكن الإشارة إليه بحساب أكبر من عدد t الجدولي (1،981> 1،290). وفي نتائج هذه الدراسة ، يمكن للباحث أن يستنتج أن المؤشرات المذكورة أعلاه قد تم الوصول إليها من قبل مكتب فرع بنك معاملة إندونيسيا  مكتب فرع يوجياكارتا ، مما أدى إلى أن مستوى جودة الخدمات التي يقدمها البنك يمكن أن يُعتبر مرضيا. أحد العوامل التي تؤثر على الرضا هو التعاطف الذي يتضمن سهولة العلاقة والتواصل الجيد والاهتمام الشخصي وفهم احتياجات العملاء. بناءً على اختبار t ، يظهر أن عدد t الحسابي أكبر من عدد t الجدولي (2،188> 1،290) ، مما يعني أن متغير جودة الخدمة له تأثير إيجابي كبير على ولاء العملاء المتغير. في هذه الدراسة ، وجد الباحث نتائج تشير إلى أن عدد t الحسابي أكبر من عدد t الجدولي حيث يشير هذا إلى أن جودة الخدمة لها تأثير إيجابي على ولاء العملاء. خلص الباحث في هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج مفادها أن جودة الخدمة لها تأثير مهم على رضا العملاء وولاء العملاء (رضا العملاء وولائهم) ، وخاصة في دراسة حالة في بنك معاملة إندونيسيا ، مكتب فرع  يوجياكارتا. Abstrak: Berdasarkan uji t, variabel Kualitas Layanan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Cabang Bank Muamalat Indonesia di Yogyakarta, yang dapat ditunjukkan oleh t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (1,981> 1,290). Dan dalam hasil penelitian ini, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa indikator di atas telah dicapai oleh Kantor Cabang Bank Muamalat Indonesia di Yogyakarta, dengan hasil bahwa tingkat kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh Bank dapat disebut memuaskan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan adalah empati yang meliputi kemudahan dalam hubungan, komunikasi yang baik, perhatian pribadi dan pemahaman kebutuhan pelanggan. Berdasarkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,188> 1,290), artinya variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan hasil bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel di mana ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan memiliki efek positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan hasil bahwa Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat penting pada Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas), terutama dalam studi kasus di Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

This study discusses the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance Jakarta Branch. This research was conducted by using purposive sampling. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that service quality does not affect customer loyalty. So it can be said, good service quality may not necessarily make the customer loyal to PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance because there are still several factors that can make customers loyal. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. So it can be said, good service quality will increase customer satisfaction with PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. So it can be said, increasing customer satisfaction will make customers more loyal to PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. So it can be said, if the quality of service provided is getting better, it will form high customer satisfaction in the minds of customers, then this will further increase customer loyalty at PT. This study aims to determine the effect of fundraising management and service quality on muzakki trust. This research was conducted at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat (WIZ) East Kalimantan branch with a total sample of 92 respondents. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The results showed that 92 respondents obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.766, which means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.586 or 58.6%, which means that the influence of fundraising management variables and service quality is 58.6% on Muzakki's trust and 41.4% is influenced by other variables. The F test obtained is very significant, the effect of fundraising management and service quality on muzakki's trust is 63,116> 3,10, there is a simultaneous significant effect on muzakki's trust. The t test (partial) on the fundraising management variable on Muzakki's trust was 1.307 <1.986, which means that fundraising management did not have a significant effect on Muzakki's trust, while the t (partial) test on the variable service quality on Muzakki's trust was 8.387 <1.986 which This means that the quality of service has a significant effect on Muzakki's trust.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Service Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction either simultaneously or partially on Cabang JNE Bandung. JNE is a freight company and documents that have been established since 1990. In 2004, JNE set up headquarters in Jakarta. The JNE Bandung has a branch office in Jalan Permata Kawaluyaan numbers 1-4 Soekarno Hatta, Bandung. The type of research used in this study was descriptive research type using a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. While the sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling using purposive sampling and number of samples of 78 people. The results of this research showed that the quality of service (X) consisting of Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness simultaneously had significant influence on satisfaction of customers with significant value (p value) of 0.003 &lt; 0.05. Partial test results showed that the only variable that empathy has a partial effect on was customer satisfaction with the number of variables of significance (p value) amounted to 0.021 &lt; 0.05.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang. Penulis menggolongkan penelitian ini pendekatan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengolah data primer yang diperoleh dari sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 nasabah. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang dengan nilai Y = 1.668 + 0.626X + 0.291. Jika kualitas pelayanan semakin meningkat maka kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang juga akan meningkat, sebaliknya jika kualitas pelayanan yang ada di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang semakin menurun maka kepuasan nasabah juga dapat menurun.   Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah Bank   Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office. The author classifies this research as a quantitative analysis approach to processing primary data obtained from a research sample of 100 customers. The result of this research can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office with a value of Y = 1.668 + 0.626X + 0.291. If the quality of service increases, the customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office will also improve, on the contrary if the quality of service available at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office is decreasing, so customer satisfaction can also decrease.   Keywords: Service Quality, Bank Customer Satisfaction
