The purpose of this article review is to know the effect of applying inquiry-based learning on electrochemistry material to conceptual understanding, mental model and student attitudes. Based on some articles that have been reviewed, it can be concluded that the application of inquiry-based learning can improve conceptual understanding, mental model and positive attitude of students on electrochemistry material. The 5E inquiry (Engagement, Exploration, Explanation, Elaboration, and Evaluation) can be combined with the galvanic cell kit model to improve students' understanding of electrochemistry at the submicroscopic (molecular) level. Inquiry-based learning can be applied in both laboratory activities and classroom learning processes. The students' understanding of chemistry will be intact if students are able to connect the three levels of chemical representation.

Premedical students have often been viewed as academically narrow and cynical about liberal education. To investigate the veracity of this generalization, I conducted a qualitative study of pre-medical students at a liberal arts institution. Contrary to negative stereotypes, the students in the study expressed a positive attitude toward liberal education and articulated a belief that their own liberal education will benefit them as physicians. However, they acknowledged that obtaining high grades is also an important educational goal. Implications for advisors and medical admissions committees are discussed along with implications for future research.

Mathematics has always been a difficult subject for the students. Math learning in the classroom is often a very tedious process for most students. Many students are unmotivated to study mathematics, which means that the disposition of students in learning mathematics is lacking. Mathematical dispositions relate to student attitudes, the tendency to think and act positively in learning mathematics. One of the extracurricular activities that students are interested in is the Extrakurikuler Scout activities. Students are always eager to follow the activities in these activities. This means that the education system contained in the Boy Scouts is able to attract students' attention and be able to motivate students. Even when students are given difficult challenges, students seem to be passionate and happy to follow the challenge. This means students have a positive attitude in following Scout activities. This is certainly when applied in the learning of mathematics will be able to make students feel happy to attend math lessons. So that in the end can make students' mathematics learning outcomes for the better. Keyword: Math lesson, Scout, math disposision

Background: BSE (Breast Self-Examination) is one of the early detection steps to prevent breast cancer is more effective if done as early as possible when adolescents reach the age of reproduction. Purpose : The purpose of this research is to know the influence of health education with peer education method toward student attitude in do realize in Senior High School 5 Kediri. Methods :The research design in this research is pre experimental design with one group pre test approach - post test design. The Sampel is some female students of class XI in Senior High School 5 Kediri as many as 104 respondents taken with Simple Random Sampling technique. Variable dependent attitude of student, independent variable of health education with peer education method. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of analysis using Mc Nemar with α = 0,05. Result : The result of this research is that most respondents have positive attitude in doing BSE before giving health education as much 65 respondent (62,5%), while most of respondent have positive attitude in doing BSE after giving health education 96 responden (92,3%) . The result of Mc Nemar statistic test is obtained ρ value = 0,000 <α = (0,05), which means there is Effect of Health Education with Peer Education Method toward Student Attitudes In Conduct BSE in Senior High School 5 Kediri City. Conclusion : Peer education method has relationship with respondent attitude about BSE because counseling with peer education method about is very important for respondent and expected by giving counseling about BSE will increase knowledge and also ability to do BSE for early detection breast cancer

The purpose of this study was to determine student attitudes toward the leadership style of the Sebalo Bengkayang Academy of Management. The research variables consist of attitude and leadership style. The population is all active students of the Sebalo Bengkayang Earth Management Academy. The sample was represented by 114 students taken using the Slovin formula randomly drawn. The research instrument used a closed question type questionnaire. Indicators are arranged in a construct based on the theme. Hypothesis testing using behavioral models from Fishbein and Ajzen. The results of the study concluded that the attitude of students included in the category is quite good, according to the findings it can be stated that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, significantly that students have a positive attitude towards leadership style

AbstractAlthough the teaching of vocabulary in mathematics lessons is requested in content- and language-integrated lesson designs, the clarification of the specific lexical language demands is still an open question for many mathematical topics. In a content- and language-integrated lesson design towards understanding the concept of equivalent fractions, the vocabulary (words and phrases) used by 17 students has been analyzed with qualitative means of data analysis. The qualitative in-depth analyses underline the importance of meaning-related vocabulary for making structural relations between the fractions in view explicit. Quantitative analyses of inventoried vocabulary for the four categories “self-initiated by students,” “triggered by teaching material,” “triggered by teacher,” or “triggered by peers” show the relations of collective and autonomous vocabularies from which the students retrieve their lexical means in oral and written language production.
