Development of information competencies in the project activities of a designer student

We substantiate the necessity of developing a holistic, continuous and profile-oriented approach to the process of developing information competencies in design-projecting in higher education. The problem of developing skills of working in a team with production specialists and customers, as well as skills of creating innovative projects, is raised. We solve the problems of improving the effectiveness of training designers in the context of modernization and integration of the content of education at the university, namely: the components of the structure of information competencies in the projecting in design of students of future designers (motivational-value, content-procedural) are formulated and highlighted; the stages of the development of information competencies of students during the study of academic disciplines related to design-projecting are highlighted and substantiated; indicators for assessing the development of basic information competencies in the projecting in design of the design students are developed in accordance with the levels established by the Federal State Educational Standard: reference, standard, threshold; a methods for the development of basic information competencies in the educational design activities of designers are developed. Theoretical conclusions and the scientific and methodic complex of the discipline “Projecting in Graphic Design”, developed on their basis, can become the main component for the scientific and methodic support of training designers at the university in the context of a competence-based approach to training and become the main part of practice-oriented project work in design-projecting in the preparation of future designers at the university, as well as in the development of advanced training courses for teachers of creative specialties.

The process of formation and development of social and communicative competence of students in the process of studying the discipline "Psychology of social communications" is considered. The role of humanitarian academic disciplines in the process of formation and development of social and communicative competence of students is emphasized. The essence of "social and communicative competence" is analyzed. The components that make up this competence are discussed in detail. It is emphasized that the most effective way to form social and communicative competence can be directly at the university in the process of professional training. The conditions for the effective formation and development of this competence are listed. It is concluded that students in the humanities have a higher level of formation of social and communicative competence, since their curriculum includes disciplines of the socio-psychological cycle, aimed the formation of competencies included in the researched competence. It is noted that in the curricula of technical specialties, developed on the basis of Federal State Educational Standard 3 ++, many universities of the Russian Federation began to include disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, which make it possible to form social and communicative competence at a high level. The experience of the Samara State Technical University on the inclusion in the curriculum of all technical specialties the discipline "Psychology of social communications", aimed the formation and development of universal competencies, which are components of social and communicative competence. Methods and forms used by teachers in the process of teaching this discipline, contributing to an increase in the level of formation of social and communicative competence, are analyzed in detail. The urgency of the problem of the formation of social and communicative competence is noted. It is concluded that the discipline "Psychology of Social Communications" contributes to the effective formation and development of social and communicative competence of students of technical specialties.

The article describes the experience of usage cognitive technologies in the process of implementing the Federal State Educational Standard of the Third Generation. This experience is based on the development and application in the educational cognitive information system as a kind of program for computers. It contains the algorithms and techniques, which are used in the production when creating project documents for oil and gas fields in Russia. This computer program is part of the electronic educational environment of the university and can be used both for educational purposes, for forming professional competencies of students and in the actual production.

Taking into account the experimentally recorded nomenclature of the specific educational and social needs of students with disabilities and in the context of the notion that the adapted basic professional educational program at the university involves the adaptation of the conditions for obtaining education rather than its content, the structure of the adapted environment of the university as an ordered set of information and educational institutions is characterized architectural, spatial, socio-psychological and rehabilitation-educational the conditions necessary for the successful development of students with disabilities the normative content of the educational program, specified by the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. The relevance of the article is due to the demands of the federal state educational standard and the “Teacher” professional standard, both of which set clear requirements for a would-be teacher. The school expects a Bachelor graduate to follow legal, moral and ethical norms, as well as the standards of professional ethics, while performing his/her pedagogical activities. Such expectations substantiate the importance of forming the professional responsibility in a would-be teacher. For this purpose, the university should train a would-be teacher through the appropriate use of the educational environment resources available at the institution. The goal of the article is to review the university educational environment as a means of managing the professional responsibility formation in a would-be teacher. We have chosen the environment immersion approach as the methodological foundation of our research. This approach presupposes indirect management of the professional responsibility formation through the synergy of educational, pedagogical, project and social activities at the university. The article is the summary of the Vyatka State University experience in accumulating the structural elements of the educational environment as a means of managing the professional responsibility formation in a would-be teacher.

Aim. To develop and introduce into the pedagogical practice a competency-oriented education module. It would be included in all professional competencies of the Federal State Educational Standard for OPHTHALMOLOGY. Material and methods. A nosological form, retinopathy of prematurity, was chosen to create the module. The material was created primarily on the basis of Federal clinical guidelines (FKR), retinopathy of prematurity, active phase. For the electronic information and educational environment of the university and for contact work, tests and case studies were prepared and competency-oriented tasks were compiled for all 12 professional competencies (PCs) registered in the Federal State Educational Standard for Ophthalmology, dated October 27, 2014 (No. 34470). Results. The educational module, including all PCs, was developed and introduced into practice in the Department of Ophthalmology at North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov; this can serve as a reference model for the development of similar modules in other important and relevant areas in ophthalmology to enhance both the residency program in ophthalmology and cycles of thematic improvement for practicing ophthalmologists. Conclusion. The competency-oriented tasks developed for the module are a useful resource in both learning and evaluation of residency programs in ophthalmology and thematic improvement of ophthalmologists.

This article is devoted to the description of the experience in the development and implementation of innovative forms of organizing training in the course of teaching pedagogical disciplines. Based on the analysis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the direction “Pedagogical education” and “Pedagogical education (with two training profiles)” and the survey conducted, the author substantiates the need to introduce new forms of work with students at the university. Among them, the educational games “A journalist for myself”, “Find a problem and a solution” are distinguished; using infographic techniques and designing book trailers. The games considered in the article are copyrighted, the rest of the methods are modified in accordance with the objectives of the study and the specifics of the taught discipline. As a result of the study, the author concludes that work in this direction is promising and the influence of the considered forms of organizing training on the formation of educational independence.
