The purpose of this research is to know if the three factor triggers of Displaced Commercial Risk (DCR) have affect partially to the decision of costumer to remain as the costumer of sharia bank. The method used is quantitative methods through questionnaire using likert scale by multiple linear regression analysis with reliability test and validity, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test.. The sample used is 100 sharia bank’s costumer who comply the criteria sample assigned. simultaneously rate of return, bank’s operational, and profit sharing expectation significantly affect to the decision of costumer, and partially the rate of returnand bank’s operational significantly affect to the decision of costume r, but partially the expectation of profit sharing not significantly affects to the decision of costumer.

This research examines the effect of Facebook and Instagram on consumer options to shop in the Toko Basmalah Sidogiri branch. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to the data carried out by dividing the questionnaire of 150 persons to buy products at the Toko Basmalah Sidogiri branch. The results of the questionnaire were tested using the SPSS version 20.0 program. The data collection technique used is distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents while the sampling technique used to calculate the size of the sample size is Non Probability Sampling. The results of the study used the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination, Partial Hypothesis Test, Simultaneous Hypothesis Test. The results of the study used the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination, Partial Hypothesis Test, Simultaneous Hypothesis Test. The results showed that promotion variables through Facebook and Instagram together had an effect on consumers' choices for shopping at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch. But partially, the promotion variable through Facebook has no effect on consumers 'choices to shop at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch, other than the promotion variable via Instagram which has an influence on consumers' choices to shop at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch. Key Words : Social media, Puchase interest, Toko Basmalah   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Facebook dan Instagram terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah cabang Sidogiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagi kuesioner kepada 150 konsumen yang membeli produk di Toko Basmalah. Data kuesioner kemudian di uji menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive random sampling. sedangkan Teknik sampling yang digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya ukuran sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling. Hasil penelitian mengunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Hipotesis Parsial, Uji Hipotesis Simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial khususnya Instagram mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah cabang Sidogiri. Hasil uji secara simultan (bersama-sama) Facebook dan Instagram berpengaruh signifikan dan posituf terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah. Sedangkan hasil Uji t menunjukkan secara parsial hanya Instagram yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah. Sedangkan Facebook tidak berpengaruh terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah.  Kata Kunci: Media sosial, Keputusan pembelian, Toko Basmalah

This study aims to test and analyze Employee Commitment and Communication to Employee Performance at Cooperative CU Mandiri Unit Areas Tebing Tinggi. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. A problem arising from the distribution of defrayal is often caused by a delay in repayment of financing that could interfere in liquidity and profitability of financial institution. One of BMTs that has good achievement in Semarang is BMT Taruna Sejahtera with a percentage of the value of arrears of the last few years has decreased. This achievement needs to be maintained and improved until the problems can be solved. This research was conducted at BMT Taruna Sejahtera starting from February to August 2014 using a purposive sample of 85 debtors. All the factors which are supposed to influence the rate of return on the financing were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. As the response variable in the analysis, that is the level of the smoothness in returning defrayal (Y) in which the predictor variables are the personal characteristics consisting of the level of education and age. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the factors that affect the rate of return is the value of the loan financing, business turnover, and level of education. It means the higher the value of the loan, the business turnover and debtor’s education level, the greater the chances of returning of murabaha defrayal

This study aims to determine affect of size and leverage on firm value of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are all of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012-2017, which amounted to 20 companies. The sample is in the form of selected BUMN company financial statements with certain criteria from 2012-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that firm size has a negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive effect on firm value. The results of the partial hypothesis test indicate that size has a significant effect on firm value while leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously size and leverage have a significant effect on firm value. The contribution of size and leverage to company value is 43.8% and the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other variables.

In making a profitability decision, of course the company must have sufficient capital to finance operations in the company. This is to see how the influence of working capital and operational costs on profitability. The research method used by researchers is the method of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, also performed a classic assumption test that is the Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity and Autocorrelation Tests and also the Hypothesis Test which consists of the F Test and the t Test.Based on the t test (partially) it can be seen that working capital has a significant effect on profitability. Whereas Operational Costs do not affect the profitability. And based on the F Test the value of Fcalculates that working capital and operational costs affect profitability.

This study contains an analysis of the effect of compensation and training on the work motivation of hotel employees in the city of Bandar Lampung, research using multiple linear regression analysis is assisted using SPSS 25.0 with quantitative methods, the population used is employees who work in hotels by determining the research sample using hair formula which amounted to 65 respondents but in this study added respondents to 82 respondents The results of this study are as follows (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation (2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (3) Compensation and training jointly have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction at the Employment of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan in Malang Raya. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the dependent variable, namely Leadership Style and Compensation. While the independent variable is satisfaction. The sample used in this study is 44 which is the entire population. The results showed that leadership style and compensation did not have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction at Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan di Malang Raya in Malang Raya

This study aims to determine the effect of partial financial target, ineffective monitoring, and capability for fraud. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires. This research includes quantitatives research. The population of this study is 100 employees who work at the Sluice Credit Cooperative and the sample determination technique uses the slovin formula. The number of respondents in this study were 50 employees. The instrument reliability test includes the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test includes the normality test, the heterokedasticity test and the multicollinearity test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that the (1) financial target had a significant effect on fraud with a significant value of 0,003 < 0,05 (2) ineffective monitoring has a significant effect on fraud with a significant value of 0,002 < 0,05; (3) capability has a significant effect on fraud with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,005.
