Transformational leadership is critical because of its contribution to organizational positive outcomes such as improved performance, motivation, and employee job satisfaction. Existing empirical and extant literature confirms that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee job satisfaction. This study complemented the findings by studying the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction in the county government of Kakamega. A descriptive research design was adopted, focusing on employees at Kakamega County. Out of the 188 questionnaires issued, 174 (81 percent) filled and returned the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and chi-square. The findings indicated that the transformational leadership style influences employee job satisfaction.

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

This paper aims to determine the effect of leadership styles on employee job satisfaction. The survey was conducted by administering questionnaires to 400 respondents from different organizations within Pakistan. Transformational leadership style was seen to have a positive effect on various facets of employee job satisfaction. Transactional leadership also turns out to be perceived as having a positive effect on different facets of employee job satisfaction, and so does empowering managerial leadership. It was found that leaders and managers combine the various leadership styles identified in the research paper in proportions that produce a positive result when administering their leadership duties. The proportions at which these leadership styles are combined depend upon the nature of the situation they encounter in the workplace.

Departing from the phenomenon in the form of employee performance and job satisfaction is still low, even though transformational and transactional leadership have been running as it should be, this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Bank "XXX ". This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory and survey research formats. Data collection used a questionnaire to 126 respondents which were determined by simple random sampling. The data were processed using path analysis techniques assisted by the International Business Machine (IBM) Predictive Analytic Software (PASW) version 22 software. The results of this study are transformational and transactional leadership styles have a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. Transactional leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction through employee empowerment as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 52 employees of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak who had worked for at least 3 years. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). On the results of the analysis it was found that the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction at DevinSky Hotel Seminyak, the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee empowerment, the employee empowerment variable had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, employee empowerment mediated the effect of transformational leadership style to the job satisfaction of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak employees. Employee job satisfaction is an important factor that can determine organizational productivity, and organizations need to pay attention to this pivotal aspect. This study aimed to empirically examine the role of transformational leadership styles and employability on employee job satisfaction. The participants of this study are 49 university teachers at the University of X Yogyakarta. The sampling is randomly chosen using a simple random sampling technique. In addition, data are collected using the scale of job satisfaction, the scale of transformational leadership style, and scale of employability. The data are then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that 1) Simultaneously, transformational leadership style and employability provide a very significant role in influencing job satisfaction with p=0.000 (p0.01); 2) Partially transformational leadership style provide a significant role on job satisfaction with p=0.019 (p0.05); 3) Partially there was a very significant role of employability on job satisfaction with p=0.000 (p0.01). Transformational leadership style and employability contribute 52.5% to job satisfaction. Employability contributed more dominantly to job satisfaction (35.8%) than the transformational leadership style (16.7%).

This study aims to identify and explain the Influence Influence Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan.This research was conducted at the office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan in the academic year 2014, with a population of 255 employees and a sample totaling 72 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, and questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha test, and validity tested questionnaire with product moment correlation test. In this study, whole grains valid questionnaires. After the data were analyzed with SPSS 16, the obtained path analysis Y = 0.354 +0.600 x_1 x_2 +0.125. to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the coefficient of determination with simultaneous use 87.5% with significant results using the F test. These results indicate that the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction of employees simultaneously at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan of 87.5%. Effect of Transformational Leadership Style partially on employee job satisfaction was 12.5% significantly by using T test. Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment partially on employee job satisfaction significantly by 36.0% by using the test T. Thus the hypothesis of this study is accepted that there Pengeruh between Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment Against Employee Satisfaction At PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Non-Physical Work Environment,                     Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the contribution of transformational leadership styles and organization policy on employee job satisfaction which has implications for organizational performance in the Athamara Group. Some of the problems on Athamara Group as one of the national shipping company in Indonesia, namely, the level of employee job satisfaction and organizational performance is still low. The research sampling technique used a saturated sample of 102 people. Descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis were used as the analysis method. The results of this study are from seven proposed hypotheses, six of which are accepted and one of the hypotheses have no significant effect on organizational performance. The indirect contribution of transformational leadership style to organizational performance is through employee job satisfaction, although employee job satisfaction has no significant contribution on organizational performance. Finally, organizational policy has an indirect contribution on organizational performance through employee job satisfaction. The indirect contribution of organizational policy to organizational performance is through employee job satisfaction, although employee job satisfaction has no significant contribution on organizational performance. The key funding, that transformational leaders will convey organizational policy properly and appropriately, so that they are easily understood and implemented by employees. An organization can achieve its objectives in accordance with what has been planned if there is coordination from various parties within the organization, one of which there is an organizational committee that is built individually in it. Based on this the researcher wants to find out whether there is an influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The location of this research is State Vocational School in Rejang Lebong Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the transformational leadership of school principals and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of vocational school teachers in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research is expected to be useful for principals and teachers in order to know the critical determinants of the success of the principal's transformational leadership style and job satisfaction with organizational commitment. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This method explains the results of calculations with regression techniques as an analysis tool. The population in this study was 106 teachers with a sample of 84. School and Job Satisfaction affect the Commitment of the Organization of Teachers of State Vocational Schools Rejang Lebong with a coefficient value of 0.706 and an effect of 0.498 or 49.8% in the form of positive linear. Based on the results of the study, suggestions are given to teachers to increase organizational commitment.

Tanzania public sector has been undergoing various reforms to improve public service delivery and employee satisfaction. The government has been trying to improve employee welfare and create conducive work environment for the public servants. Despite the efforts, job satisfaction levels of staff in the Tanzania public sector are generally low and unsatisfactory. The study examined the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction in Tanzania public sector. The study intended to achieve two specific objectives. The first objective was to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee job satisfaction. The second objective was to examine the relationship between transactional leadership style and employee job satisfaction. The study used Morogoro Municipal Council as a case study from which data were collected by using a close ended questionnaire from 92 respondents. Descriptive and inferential statistics were employed. The study found that job satisfaction was average among the respondents with mean value of 3.04. Comparatively, transactional leadership mean value was higher (Mean=4.14) than that of transformational leadership (mean=3.28). Regression analysis showed that both transactional leadership style (β=0.585, p=0.000) and transformational leadership (β=0.032, p=0.001) were found to be significant predictors of job satisfaction. The results showed that transformational leadership style had a stronger relationship with job satisfaction than transformational leadership style.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, as well as the role of job satisfaction in mediating transformational leadership on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Bali Provincial Revenue Agency . The number of samples taken was 63 goverment employees. Data collection was carried out through structured interviews and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. based on the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction can mediate transformational leadership towards organizational commitment. Suggestions that can be given to the Agency of Bali's provincial Revenue Agency to apply transformational leadership style well to be able to increase employee job satisfaction. For further research it is recommended to use other variables that can be mediated between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.   Keywords: transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment
