JiTT is a kind of new teaching mode which is supported by information technology, promoting students' learning participation and effective teaching. The development of mobile Internet and the popularity of BYOD provide a new impetus for JiTT. On the basis of discussing the connotation and implementation process of JiTT, this paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics of using mobile network to support JiTT. Combined with the characteristics of mobile network technology and JiTT which involves two stage teaching and three key issues, the JiTT model based on mobile network was constructed. Finally, taking "animation programming foundation" as an example, JiTT was designed and carried out by supporting of Moso teach. Research shows that the proposed JiTT model based on mobile network is feasible, and the mobile network provides a strong support for effective preview, feedback and active learning.

Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is a rich technology of mobile that offers cloud resources and network technology features like unlimited storage at any time via Ethernet or internet based on Pay-Per-Use method. In MCC all processes will be done in cloud servers and data is stored there too, thus mobile devices are just a tool for presenting events. MCC technology is completely different from previous traditional network technologies, so nowadays most impossible ways are becoming possible. MCC is a combination of cloud computing and mobile network. Being online and internet network brings some problems for users. One of the most popular challenges in this technology is building a secure architecture in mobile internet platform. Different security frameworks in different contexts of security challenges in MCC are recommended and compared in some common parameters to have better understanding of which one is the best for user's needs.

Now it is the digital information age. With the maturity of mobile Internet technology and the increase of online education demand, mobile learning applications based on mobile Internet terminals have been vigorously developed and widely used. Blended English teaching based on mobile network technology has become an inevitable trend in College English teaching. The new teaching mode is student-centered and emphasizes the interaction between teachers and students. The implementation of personalized teaching mode is conducive to improving students' learning autonomy and innovation, it can improve the classroom teaching effect to a certain extent. At present, the post-90s college students are the pioneers of the Internet era, but also the trendsetters in the wave of mobile Internet. The development of education informatization has led to the innovation of the teaching mode and learning mode. In this process, the teaching mode based on the knowledge system has become the main direction of the reform of the teaching model in the information age. The "semi-finished product processing" as a teaching strategy which helps learners promote knowledge construction may become a new research perspective to build a teaching model based on the knowledge system. Based on the analysis of the connotation and teaching model of knowledge construction, this research creatively proposes a teaching model based on knowledge system construction and the "semi-finished product processing" strategy. There are three stages in the teaching model including before, during and after class. Collect practice data from personal knowledge acruisition, knowledge construction to knowledge integration, the model was applied in the course of "Multimedia Information Technology-Image Processing" relying on high school information technology teaching. By analyzing the data produced during teaching, it is found that this model can improve students' comprehensive applicable ability andlearning motivation. Finnally, according to suggestions of expert and interview on students, the model was revised and optimized to assure the rigorous and scientific.

Electronic information network technology is growing faster with the rapid development of information technology, the advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform becoming mature step by step. We proceeded a discussion about the mechanism of the advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform. Then we analysed the principal parts which participate in this financing procedure, and made the traditional advance payment compared with this new financing model. At last we concluded that advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform can not only reduce the risk of relevant parties, but also can increase the financing efficiency.
