Incorporated Company is one of the most preferred form of the Company by Entrepreneur and holds an important role in mobilizing the National Economic Development. To develop incorporated company to become a healthy business, can be reach by the expansion that can be done through Merger, Consolidation and Acquisition. From those three forms, takeovers is considered more practical and profitable for the company to develop their business, because there are no company that merged or disbanded. In the implementation, the enactment of Law Number 40 Year 2007 concerning Incorporated Company are not followed by the promulgation of Regulation of the implementation of the Act. This causes the interested parties still refer to the former regulations. The problems that arise is how the implementation of Government Regulation No.27 year 1998 about Merger, Consolidation, and Acquisition of Limited Liability Company with the enactment of Law No.40 Year 2007. Based on the analysis, it known that the enactment of Law No.40 Year 2007 concerning Incorporated Company, Government Regulation No.27 Year 1998 concerning Merger, consolidation, and Acquisition still in force. In addition, Merger, consolidation, and acquisition is still based on Government Regulation No.27 Year 1998 and Article 134 of Company Law.Keywords: Merger, Consolidation, and Acquisition.

The national economic development in Indonesia is inseparable from the banking role. The existence of the stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (PERPU) Number 1 of 2017 on Access to Financial Information for Tax Purposes will certainly affect the regulation of the banking sector in particular related to bank secrets. The establishment of the Perpu appears to have attracted the attention of the government to immediately pass it into law. It is proven which on 23 August 2017 President Joko Widodo has authorized the Perpu to become a law through Law Number 9 of 2017 on Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (PERPPU) Number 1 of 2017 on Access to Financial Information for Tax Purposes into the Law -What. The policy is a form of Indonesia's commitment to participate in the automatic exchange of information globally for tax purposes. The automatic opening of bank secrets for tax purposes will certainly affect the previous banking arrangements, especially those related to bank secrets. Therefore, in order to avoid overlapping arrangements, the state of Indonesia needs to harmonize all regulations relating to bank secrets and the opening of bank secrets for tax purposes.

Adult education is a significant feature of the Taiwanese education landscape and is recognized as significantly contributing to national economic development. Given the importance of adult education in Taiwan, an investigation of teaching approaches and an understanding of interplay of teaching approaches with Taiwanese culture is worthwhile because such investigations provide a platform for reflection and subsequent evolution of teaching approaches. In the present article, the authors delve into the heritage of Taiwan to explore teaching practices from the standpoint of the teachings of Confucius and Western teaching approaches. Data were collected via survey of 39 randomly selected adult educators from premium universities in Tapai along with interviews. The results point to the persistent dominance of Confucian instructional methods despite some use of Western teaching approaches.
