The National Examination in Indonesia has been abolished since 2020. Hence, the Indonesian junior high schools makes its final examination items for the 9th-grade, and from the results, the school determines students' graduation. The final examination has an important role and significant value in making decisions about students' graduation. Therefore, this study is aimed to analyze the Online Final Examination items in one of the public junior high schools in Bandung. The sample was 234 students in grade 9 using their mathematics examination tests, comprising 20 multiple-choice items with 4 options, while the data processing used Winsteps software with the Rasch modeling technique. Subsequently, the Rasch model results showed an acceptable person separation statistic of 1.54 and sufficient person reliability at 0.74. The item separation statistics was in a good category at 4.59, while the item reliability at 0.95 was excellent. Although four online final examination items were in the fit category, 16 were good and capable of dividing students according to their abilities. The result also provided very detailed data about the quality of the items and the ability of each grade 9 student. Since each test item is included in the fit category, this study contributes information on preparing and analyzing the Online Final Examination to teachers..

The sample of this research was taken by using random sampling. The result of the research shows that (1) based on the respondents’ answers about teaching skill, approximately 64.45% of the respondents strongly agreed, while 31.10% of respondents agreed, 3.46% of respondents disagreed and 0.99% of respondents strongly disagreed. (2) based on the respondents’ answers about motivation, approximately 53.59% of respondents strongly agreed, while 41.62% of respondents agreed, 3.03% of respondents disagreed and 1.77% of respondents strongly disagreed. (3) based on the respondents’ answers about working performance, approximately 68.04% of respondents strongly agreed, while 26.83% of respondents agreed, 3.64% of respondents disagreed and 1.48% of respondents strongly disagreed. Teaching skill had a strong correlation with working performance of IPS teachers which can be identified from the value of ry1 = 0.832 in the interval of 0.80 – 1.000 with very strong criteria. Working motivation had a strong correlation with working performance of IPS teachers which can be seen from the value of ry2 = 0.768 in the interval of 0.60 – 0.779 with strong criteria. There was a positive and significant correlation between teaching skill and motivation together with the working performance of IPS teachers. The result of double correlation testing shows that the correlation value (R) was 0.850 with p = 0.000. Those three factors are related to each other in supporting working performance. Key Words: Teaching Skill, Working Motivation and Working Performance.

The purpose of the study is to find out the opinions of head teachers and students on classroom factors that affect performance of students in integrated science at the Junior High Schools in Kumasi Metropolis. The study used a descriptive survey. The sampling procedure employed for the study was both random and purposive sampling. A sample of two hundred and twenty (220) subjects participated in the study. The instruments that were used in the study were questionnaire and interview schedule. It was found out that most of the students in the public schools have greater access to integrated science text books as against their private school counterparts. Supervision is regularly carried out in the private schools by the head teachers but not much can be seen at the public schools and this has the tendency of improving teaching and learning of science at the private school. It was recommended that effective supervision must be performed regularly by heads of schools during integrated science lessons.

The focus of this research is to design geometry learning mediain junior high schools based on RME and integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) using 3D Pageflip Proffesional, and to explain quality of the learning media. In the process of design and development of this media used is the ADDIE development model which begins with the stages analysis, design, development, and  carried out an evaluation in each stages. Implementation stages will be continued in the following years research. This research resulted in a product in the form of geometry learning media in junior high schools especially eight grade according to purpose. Based on the validity test and practicality test the results obtained from the validation by material experts and media design experts were 4.09 namely 81.8% and 4.21 or 84.2%.Based on the criteria for the validity of the instrument, the criteria for "very valid" were obtained. And the practicality results, namely the results of teacher response questionnaire obtained an average of 4.26 or 85.19%, and the results of student questionnaire responses were 4.07 or 81.4%. Then based on the percentage criteria of practicality of the instrument, it is found that the criteria are very practical and the media can be implemented with minor revisions.

As the American musical has come of age and matured with continuing vitality, it has developed not just one canon but many. Various performing canons are tailored to specific cultural settings, reflecting venue, expected audiences, available performers, or other factors. There exist separate canons for high schools interested in getting lots of bodies on stage, for community theaters on a budget with a stable of local stars vying for plum roles, for church groups or junior high schools more careful with subject matter, or for college groups looking for something far enough out there to satisfy their rebellious urges. And finally, there exist a critical canon and a teaching canon, for which musicals are chosen in part according to the larger historical and social narratives they support. This chapter is paired with Micaela Baranello’s “Viennese operetta canon formation and the journey to prestige.”
