<em>Leadership is an important part in all areas of life to achieve goals. The reality is that there is often a crisis of public trust in leaders. With the discovery of many cases that seem inappropriate and ethical by leaders and the rise of current leadership practices that adopt leadership models from outside. Meanwhile, the leader who is expected from the perspective of the millennial generation is to have the ability, intellectuality, integrity, honesty and vision that is far ahead in line with the progress of the times and is able to apply the values of local wisdom. Efforts to overcome leadership problems in the millennial era require directed and concrete actions. One of them is by exploring the philosophy of Javanese leadership based on local wisdom. the current leader had jumped too far from his essence footing. Asta Brata is symbolized by eight natural characters or can be interpreted as eight conditions that must be held by a leader. Mastery of these eight characteristics is the most ideal and appropriate leadership trait to be applied. The purpose is to find out the relevance of Asta Bratha's teachings in the millennial era. This type of research is library research. The data collection method used is the documentation method. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam hadis tentang anjuran menceritakan kisah Bani Israil, yaitu hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam al-Tirmidzi nomor 2873. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (<em>library research</em>). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode <em>deskriptif-analitik</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan <em>takhr</em><em>ij al-hadits</em>, redaksi hadis tersebut dapat dijadikan <em>hujjah </em>karena termasuk dalam kategori hadis <em>sahih</em>. Melalui ilmu <em>ma‘ani al-</em><em>hadits</em> didapati bahwa secara lingusitik hadis tersebut berisikan perintah yang berlaku bagi umat muslim untuk memberitakan apa yang dibawa oleh Nabi, memberitakan Bani Israil, dan larangan berdusta. Melalui pendekatan historis ditemukan bahwa hadis ini disabdakan Nabi karena sudah tidak ada kekhawatiran terhadap akidah Bani israil yang menyimpang. Melalui pendekatan konfirmatif didapati banyak ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dan hadis yang mendukung hadis yang diteliti. Melalui pendekatan yuridis didapati bahwa berbohong adalah termasuk dari akhlak tercela yang membahayakan individu dan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan etis didapati bahwa Islam merupakan agama yang sempurna, dan selalu mengajak pemeluknya untuk bersikap dengan akhlak mulia dan menjauhi akhklak tercela. Setelah melakukan kontekstualisasi hadis, hasil analisis menunjukkan hadis tersebut relevan dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, yaitu nilai pendidikan akidah, syariat, dan akhlak.</p><p> </p><p>[<strong>Islamic Education Values in the Hadith about the Suggestion of Telling the Story of Israel’s Children: the Study of Ma‘ani al-Hadith. </strong>This study aims to reveal the values of Islamic education in the hadith about the suggestion of telling the story of Israel’s children, which is the hadith narrated by Imam al-Tirmidzi number 2873. This type of research was library research. The data collection method used was the documentation method. Then it was analyzed using descriptive-analytic methods. The results showed that with <em>takhr</em><em>ij al-hadith</em>, the editorial of the hadith could be made as <em>hujja </em>(allegation of law) because it belongs to the category of <em>s</em><em>hahih hadith</em> (authentic hadith). Through the science of <em>ma‘ani al-hadi</em><em>th</em> it was found that linguistically this hadith contains instructions that apply to Muslims to preach what was brought by the Prophet, preach the Children of Israel, and the prohibition of lying. Through a historical approach, it is found that this hadith was conveyed by the Prophet because there were no worries about the deviant creed of the Children of Israel. Through a confirmatory approach, it is found that many verses of the Qur’an and hadith support the hadith under study. Through a juridical approach, it is found that lying is among the despicable morals that endanger individuals and society. Through an ethical approach, it was found that Islam is a perfect religion, and always invites its adherents to behave with noble morals and avoid despicable morality. After contextualizing the hadith, the results of the analysis show that the hadith is relevant to the values of Islamic education, namely the value of the education of faith, sharia, and morals.]</p>

The purpose of this research is to describe, explain the meaning and veracity of the rules Lā Masāga Lilijtihād Fī Maurid al-Naṣ, and to explain how the implementation of the rules Lā Masāga Lilijtihād Fī Maurid al-Naṣ. This research is qualitative, the type of research is library research and uses a normative juridical approach. The data collection method used was a literature study. The results showed that; 1) 1. The rule Lā Masāga Lilijtihād Fī Maurid al-Naṣ has the meaning that it is not permissible to do ijtihad as long as there is a verse. And the function of fiqh rules, especially in this jurisprudence principle, is to explain that the law of fiqh functions to provide an interpretation of the text that it is not permissible to do ijtihad or seek the law of a problem as long as the problem is still explained in the law in the text. 2) The validity of the rules of Lā Masāga Lilijtihād Fī Maurid al-Naṣ is listed in the passages of the Koran and as-Sunnah, which explains about prioritizing the commands of Allah and His Messenger before taking other laws if there is no explanation in the Shari'a. 3) The implementation of the rules of Lā Masāga Lilijtihād Fī Maurid al-Naṣ (ijtihad is not allowed as long as nash is existing) is valid as long as it does not violate or contradict the nas, consensus, qiyas jaliy, the words of the 4 mazhab, and the judge's error in the legal outcome, cause, or method. So the implementation of this rule can be noticed in existing examples and this rule cannot always be implemented or implemented, because several things have been mentioned regarding the exceptions regarding this rule.

Abstract: This article is the result of research on the novel of Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy which aims to describe the values of aqeedah in the novel. This research is library research using a qualitative approach that is interpreted descriptive analysis. The data collection method used by the writer is the documentation method. Then the data analyzed by the researcher uses content analysis techniques. The results showed that the aqeedah aspect found the values of aqeedah in the pillars of faith such as believing in Allah, believing in the angels of Allah, believing in the books of Allah, believing in the messengers of Allah, believing in the last day, and believing in destiny (qadha and qadar).   Keywords: Nilai-nilai, aqidah, dan novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2.

Pada masa sekarang ini perjanjian yang memuat klausula baku antara konsumen dengan pelaku usaha dapat dengan mudah ditemukan. Harus dapat diakui bahwa klausula baku sangat membantu kelancaran perdangangan. Namun hal ini menutup proses negosiasi antara konsumen dengan pelaku usaha sehingga memungkinkan bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengalihkan tanggungjawabnya Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis empiris yaitu menganalisis permasalahan dengan cara memadukan bahan-bahan hukum dengan data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) dengan menguji bahan-bahan dokumen dan bahan pustaka. Data dianalisis kualitatif-normatif, yaitu menafsirkan dan membangun pernyataan yang terdapat dalam dokumen peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian yaitu bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen memberikan kewenangan kepada Badan Penyelesaian sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) selaku badan atau Lembaga yang bertugas dan berwenang dalam menyelesaikan sengketa konsumen serta melakukan pengawasan terhadap pencantuman klausula baku. Kata kunci: BPSK, Klausula Baku, Konsumen   Today, agreements containing standard clauses between consumers and business actors can be easily found. It must be admitted that standard clauses really help the smooth running of trade. However, this closes the negotiation process between consumers and business actors so that it is possible for business actors to transfer their responsibilities. Research uses empirical juridical methods, namely analyzing problems by combining legal materials with primary data. The data collection method uses the library research method by testing document materials and library materials. The data were analyzed qualitatively-normative, namely interpreting and constructing statements contained in statutory regulations documents. The result of the research is that Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection gives authority to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) as the agency or institution in charge and authority in resolving consumer disputes and supervising the inclusion of standard clauses. The creation of women is under constant debate, not only among the Islamic scholars but outspreads to feminists both from the west as well muslims.This debate stems from the differing views of the preceding and contemporary scholars in interpreting the texts from the Quran and the Hadiths on the creation of human particularly Eve as the first woman created by Allah. The majority of the mufassirun and hadith scholars in the past pioneered the view that the origin of human; that Eve was created from the rib of Adam a.s. This view was regarded by the feminists as derogatory to women. The contemporary mufassirun and muhaddithun are however of the opposite opinion whereby Eve’s creation was equal to that of Adam’s a.s; thereby indicating that creation of Eve did not originate from Adam a.s. Hence this study was undertaken with the aim of reviewing the opinions of the tafsir and hadith figures by comparing the views between the past and present scholars in interpretation of Quranic texts as well as hadiths pertaining to the origin and creation of women. This study also extends to examining the arguments on which the opinions of each group were deduced.In order to achieve the above objectives, this qualitative form of study will employ data collection method, conducted through library research to obtain data relating to the origin of creation of women, in particular turath literatures in tafsir for example Tafsir Ibn Kathir and tafsir works by the leading tafsir scholars in the like of Syed Qutb; in addition to the past and present books on syarah hadith. The findings of this study show that the previous and present scholars of tafsir or hadith took different methodology in understanding both textual authorities.Unlike the previous scholars of tafsir and hadith, some of the contemporary scholars’ understanding is that the texts are not to be construed literally; instead the texts need to be understood as parables and allegories thereby indicating that the creation of women is not from the ribs of Adam a.s.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out about the basic principles of life followed by sedulur sikep as part of the diversity of Javanese culture. Therefore there is a need for cultural preservation which is characterized by the basic principles of the life of the sedulur sikep. Articles compiled using the library research method is a data collection method that is carried out by utilizing library sources and materials. The result obtained is that sedulur sikep is a community group that still has and maintains its social foundation based on traditional values it adheres to. This community has a lot of local wisdom, among others, having a harmonious and sumeleh attitude, giving a good example of attitude, not talking (taking), not pethil (taking things), etc. The principle of harmony is not to like to be adored, not to get angry when reviled. The living person must: correct, be in harmony, understand others, behave cautiously, understand himself, be sensitive, patient, submit, and be mentally happy.

Objective: This study aims to determine the implementation of policies regarding increasing supervision of the distribution or trade of dog meat in Karanganyar regency and to find out the policy review through the concept of animal welfare and adz-dzariah rules. Methodology: This research is a juridical-empirical method, with the type of research being analytic descriptive, and the data collection method used is library research and field research.  Finding: This research shows that the implementation of policies regarding the increase of supervision on the distribution or trade of dog meat in Karanganyar is divided into the stages of pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. The policy is also a step towards realizing the concept of Animal Welfare because this policy will stop the torture of dogs. In contrast, in the rule of adz-dzari'ah fiqh, the implementation of the policy is to implement the sharia maqashid, which aims to protect Al-Kulliyah Al-Khamsah. Application of the Study: The policy on increasing supervision of the distribution or trade of dog meat is essentially to prevent the spread of zoonoses and stop the practice of violence against dogs. While this research is expected to provide an overview and information on the implementation of the policy.  Originality/Novelty: This research can be categorized differently from previous studies, where this research is more focused on the implementation of policies in Karanganyar which are then analyzed with the concept of Animal Welfare and the rule of adz-dzari'ah fiqh. Keywords: Adz-Dzari’ah, Animal Welfare, Policy, Maqashid Syari’ah

Trial of Assassination is an action carried out with the intention of killing people, but the person who wants to be killed does not die. In KHI Article 173 stated that the trial of assassination were prevented from inheriting, but in fiqh did not mention this, because that was the result of  ijtihad by Indonesian Islamic law experts. Based on this, this research attempted to explain the provisions of the KHI regarding the trial of assassination as mawani' al-irth, and the provisions of KHI regarding the trial of assasination as mawani‘ al-irth seen in the motivations behind it. Both of these will be studied using the perspective of maqașid al-syari'ah. The type of research used in this thesis is library research (qualitative research). Sources of data from this study come from the book al-Muwafaqat, Tasyri 'al-Jinaai al-Islami, Al-Fatawa al-Fiqhiyyah al-Kubra, Al-Tahzib fi Fiqh Imam Al-Syafi'i and the book Compilation of Islamic Law by Cik Hasan Bisri, as well as books and journals relating to maqașid al-syari'ah and mawani' al-irth. Data collection method is carried out in documentation and data analysis method in the form of qualitative descriptive. The results of the study indicate that the provisions of the KHI Article 173 concerning trial of assassination that’s hindered from inheriting is not suitable to be applied. Because the trial of assassination does not cause a person to die. Then in KHI also do not recognize the term forgiveness, even though the opportunity to be forgiven by the own heir is very large. Furthermore, in KHI, it does not consider the background of doing this action, even though between one person and another person has different intentions and objectives. Although the trial of assassination is a case that violates the existence of maqașid al-syari‘ah from the needs of the dharuriyyah, which is guarding the soul (hifz al-nafs), the benefit here is to apply a law according to the conditions that it wants. Because the basic purpose of Islamic law (maqașid al-syari‘ah) is to gain benefit and prevent damage (mafsadah).

The formulation of the research problem consists of two questions, namely: What is meant by washathiyyah values related to the morals of leaders? What are the washathiyyah values related to the character of the leader in Umar Bin Al Khattab's will for the next leader? This type of research uses descriptive qualitative with a literary approach. The data collection method is library research. The results showed that: In Umar Bin Al Khattab's will for the leader after him there were many washathiyyah values related to the morals of the leader, while the author divides these values into several perspectives, namely: Religious, political, military, economic, and social.

Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir adalah salah satu dari sekian jumlah cendikiawan Muslim Indonesia yang memfokuskan diri pada isu-isu keadilan gender. Sosok Faqihuddin mulai ramai dikenal ketika ia berhasil mencetuskan metode Qira’ah Mubadalah sebagai suatu metode pendekatan dalam menafsir teks-teks Islam yang terkesan bias gender. Karena  keseriusannya dalam isu-isu gender, maka Faqihuddin sering disebut sebagai feminis, lebih tepatnya sebagai feminis Muslim. Secara umum, pemikiran feminis dapat dibagi menjadi empat, yaitu feminis liberal, feminis sosialis, feminis radikal, dan feminis post-modernis. Setelah diteliti, pemikiran Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir dapat diposisikan sebagai feminis muslim yang bercorak post-modernis. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan riset kepustakaan (library research). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, yaitu dengan mencari dan mengumpulkan beberapa literatur yang berkaitan dengan tema yang diteliti.  Abstract  This study focuses on examining the position of Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir's feminist thought in the dialectic of contemporary Islamic thought in Indonesia. Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir is one of a number of Indonesian Muslim scholars who focus on gender justice issues. The figure of Faqihuddin became popular when he succeeded in initiating the Qira'ah Mubadalah method as an approach to interpreting Islamic texts that seemed gender biased. Because of his seriousness in gender issues, Faqihuddin is often referred to as a feminist, more precisely a Muslim feminist. In general, feminist thought can be divided into four, namely liberal feminists, socialist feminists, radical feminists, and post-modernist feminists. After researching, Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir's thoughts can be positioned as a Muslim feminist with a post-modernist style. This research is a qualitative research, using library research. The data collection method used is the documentation method, namely by finding and collecting some literature related to the theme under study.
