The Causality of Price and Demand of Agricultural Products in Bengkulu ProvinceThe research’s purpose is to find out a causality between price and demand on curly red chili, as well as between prices of commodities associated with it, and price formation correlation between markets. Data analysis method used is Granger causality and lag-test. The results show that there is no causality between price and demand of curly red chili in the province of Bengkulu. While the relationship between prices, there is one way relation between price of curly red chili with rawit chili and green chili on lag-2, and curly red chili price in some markets (origin and reference) have impact to another market (destination).Keywords: Causality; Price; Demand; Agriculture Products; BengkuluAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan kausalitas antara permintaan dan harga cabai merah keriting, harga-harga komoditas yang terkait dengan itu, dan korelasi pembentukan harga antar-pasar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah kausalitas Granger dan Uji Kelambanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada kausalitas antara harga dan permintaan cabai merah keriting di Provinsi Bengkulu. Sementara pada hubungan antar-harga, terdapat hubungan searah antara harga cabai merah keriting, cabai rawit, dan cabai hijau pada lag-2, serta harga cabai merah keriting di beberapa pasar (asal dan acuan) memiliki dampak ke pasar lain (tujuan).

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of investment decisions and macroeconomics through operations to firm value. This study uses a quantitative approach. the data analysis method used in this study is the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The effect of investment decisions on operations, the relationship between the two variables is a significant negative. The effect of investment decisions with firm value, the relationship between the two variables is significantly positive. The influence of macroeconomics on operations, the relationship between the two is negative is not significant. The influence of macroeconomic with firm value, the relationship between two variables is not significant positive. The operational effect on firm value, the relationship between the two variables is significantly positive.

This paper aims to examine Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts on the meaning and purpose of marriage and his contribution to the reform of marriage law in Indonesia. How Ibrahim Hosen's thinking about marriage is limited to the definition and purpose of marriage, how various thoughts exist and how the contribution of Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts to reforming marriage law in Indonesia is the problem of this research. This is a library research. The data analysis method used is content analysis. As a result, the definition of ownership in the marriage contract according to Ibrahim Hosen is not a contract to have a wife's body, making a wife an object by the husband. However, the right of ownership in the definition of marriage means the right to have the use of the husband against the wife, in addition to the haram husband who feels the pleasure of the wife. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no patriarchal element in the definition of marriage as explained by the fiqh scholars. Ibrahim Hosen explained that marriage in Islam aims to build a prosperous household full of sakinah, mawaddah, and mercy. Therefore, linking the husband's obligation to provide for his wife with tamkin is clearly not right, because it seems as if the purpose of marriage is just a matter of sex. This thinking must be corrected by conducting a review, because the obligation to provide a living takes effect after the marriage contract occurs. Therefore, the provisions of Article 80 paragraph [5] KHI related to the relationship between husband and wife and tamkin, need to be revised.

compensation is one of the implementations of HRM functions that are closely related to all types of awards that aim to increase work passion and job satisfaction. Compensation is deemed important in order to avoid negative prejudices arising from a sense of injustice between management and the labor force. This study aims to find out to analyze the relationship of compensation to Job Satisfaction. Data analysis method in this study uses regression analysis by involving all employees as many as 94 employees. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

Mitior, Karona Cahya Susena; An Analysis of the relationship between Services and the Customer Satisfaction At Motor Candera repair shop In Kaur regency. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between Services and the Customer Satisfaction At Motor Candera repair shop In Kaur regency. It used Spearman Rank and t test as the data analysis method. The result of the research showed that it has a correlation of 0,701 in spearman rank. It means that there is a high correlation between the services and the customer satisfaction in Candera Motor. The higher the service provided will increasingly the levels of satisfaction of the customer. The Hypothesis testing results showed that tcount is greater than ttable (7,482 > 1,672). Thus the hypothesis H0 is rejected and the Ha are received. It means that the services has a significant relationship with the customer satisfaction at Candera Motor repair shop in Kaur regency.

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance. This research was conducted at Dira park Ambulu Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Dira park Ambulu Jember, totaling 186 employees. The sample used was 46 respondents chosen by random sampling. Data analysis method uses path analysis. To determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance was analyzed using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. In the results of this study also explained that the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of the relationship between leadership on the employee performance of Amba Jember Park. This study aims to determine and analyze: 1). The dynamics of regional expenditure development according to functions, namely mandatory and optional functions as well as the number of unemployed people in Jambi Province during the period 2008 - 2018, 2). Allocation of regional expenditure to regional expenditure according to mandatory and optional functions in Jambi Province during the period 2008 - 2018 and 3). The relationship between regional expenditure according to mandatory functions and optional functions to the number of unemployed people in Jambi Province during the period 2008-2018. The data analysis method used in this study was the Pearson development, ratio, and correlation formulas. Based on the results of research during the years 2010-2018, the results are regional expenditure according to mandatory functions, regional expenditure according to selected functions, and the number of unemployed in Jambi Province has increased on average. The allocation of regional expenditures according to mandatory functions and regional expenditures according to selected functions in Jambi Province has increased on average. Expenditures according to mandatory functions and expenditures according to selected functions have a very strong and negative relationship to the number of unemployed in Jambi Province during 2010-2018 at α = 1% two-tailed (2-tailed) test. The concept of entrepreneurial orientation, which emerges with the development of strategic management, refers to entrepreneurship orientations of businesses. The businesses need resources in other words organizational slack in order to develop their entrepreneurial trends. The organizational slack consists of three slack type. These slack types are available slack, recoverable slack and potential slack. The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational slack in the businesses has an effect on entrepreneurial orientation. The relationship between organizational slack and entrepreneurial orientation was investigated through 20 companies that were traded in Borsa Istanbul Corporate Governance Index for 2010-2014 period using panel data analysis method. The results of the study indicate the existence of a statistically significant relationship between and the available slack and the recoverable slack with the entrepreneurial orientation in the businesses. According to findings; there was no statistically significant relationship between potential slack and entrepreneurial orientation.

Urgency of the research. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. Target setting. The study presented describes cooperative banking, represented by Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. and Bank Spółdzielczy w Kielcach. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The foundations for the modern cooperative banking sector were laid by cooperative financial organisations functioning more than 150 years ago [Pawlik, 2017, s. 152]. Its history is connected with difficulties faced in the period of partitions, work at the foundations after the end of World War I and Poland’s regaining its national independence. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. At present, cooperative banking functions as a result of the adoption by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on 7 December 2000 of the act on the functioning of cooperative banks, their associations and associating banks, which ensured new legal conditions for the functioning of the sector2. The research objective. The article formulates the hypothesis that nowadays activities of cooperative banks will contribute to regional and local development. The statement of basic materials. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. This system can guarantee the stabilisation of the local financial system. By supporting the development of regional and local entrepreneurship through loans, investment activities of the banks and financial and investment consulting, it will determine the identity of the region concerned. Conclusions. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development.
