This study aims to describe the process and learning outcomes through the use of song creation Minangkabau in improving the ability to speak the child's mother. This research is conducted in TK Nurul Hidayah., Bukittinggi- West Sumatra in January until February 2017. The subjects were students group B were 17 children. This study uses research methods Action research, from comprising: a) planning, b) actions and observations, c) reflection. Conducted over 16 sessions that are divided into two cycles. Data was collected through tests, observations, interviews and documentation study. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Quantitative data analysis used to determine the percentage of children's ability to speak their mother tongue after the action. the results showed an increase in children after learning to use the song Minangkabau creations. pre-actions are performed to determine the percentage of children's mother tonge by 47, 43%, increased to 68.38% after the cycle for the First, and increased to 87, 50% after the second cycle. The ability to speak their mother tongue can be developed through the use of song creation Minangkabau, where the song creations Minangkabau can attract children to use their imagination so that he is able to express ideas. Minangkabau creations song is a fun activity for young children.

This study aims to determine the increase in social studies learning outcomes and learning activities of students by applying the PAIKEM Model assisted by Media PowerPoint. The method used in this study was to use the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. The subjects in this study amounted to 38 students, for data collection techniques used were observation and tests. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the activity is good and learning outcomes increase. This can be seen in the first cycle of student learning activities obtained 3.19 with good categories while in the second cycle obtained 3.78 with good categories. Increased learning outcomes in the first cycle of the average value of students are 70 with classical completeness 60.52% and in the second cycle, the average value of students is 84 with classical completeness to 89.47%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes using the PAIKEM model assisted by Media PowerPoint.

This study shows outcomes of social studies students. The method is to use the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. Subjects needed for class VII-B MTs MifTahul Jannah Palangka Raya, which numbered 23 students, for the data collection techniques used were observation and tests. While this study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the survey show that: (1) There is an increase in learning outcomes. This is known as the initial stage with an average value of 64 with classical completeness. This is the first cycle which reached an average of 72 with the artistic integrity of 56.52% and the results achieved by students in this second cycle of These values indicate that learning using the average cost of 86.95% in class VII-B MTs Miftahul Jannah Palangka Raya

<p>This study aims to determine whether the problem loans (LAR) affect the Return on Investment (ROI) UPK Bunga Tanjung on the Loans without Slums City Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. By using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results obtained by the ratio of problem loans (LAR) UPK Bunga Tanjung in the Revolving Loans of the City without Slums Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja Subdistrict always increase with an average ratio of 15.53%. While the Return On Investment (ROI) ratio always decreases with an average ratio of 10.15%. Non-performing loans (LAR) greatly affect the level of Return On Investment (ROI) in revolving loans UPK Bunga Tanjung Without Slum City Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District in 2014-2018. A small level of non-performing loans will benefit the UPK and conversely a high level of problem loans will reduce the profitability of the UPK.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Non-performing Loans (LAR), Return On Investment (ROI), Slumless City Program (KOTAKU).</p>

The purpose of this research was conducted to find out how the ratio of earning ratios on PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat. The research method used is the method of qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The type of data used, namely secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the publication of the report of the regional development banks of West Sumatra 2013 period – 2017. The results of this study showed that the rate of ROA with an average of 2.18% bank is said to still be in the position of the less healthy. The level of ROE also showed the unhealthy conditions in the bank with an average of 8.32% which means that banks are inefficient in generating net income, while the levels of NPM with an average of 3.92% banks increase whice means that the bank is said to be good at generating net income.

[Title: The Use of Image Media in Improving Initial Reading Ability at Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten]. This study aims to determine the extent to which the use of image media can improve the initial reading ability in Group B of the Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten Students in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This study is a Classroom Action Research with qualitative-quantitative data analysis techniques. The subjects of the study were 23 students of group B of the Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten. The results of data analysis show that the use of image media can (1) improve students initial reading ability, (2) make learning activities more active and fun, (3) the students initial reading ability after the second cycle increases with a percentage of 95.65%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of image media can improve the students initial reading ability of group B Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten Sesela Village, Gunungsari, West Lombok 2017/2018 Academic Year.

Abstract: Speaking is the child's ability to express ideas, or thoughts to others through the medium of spoken language. The ability to speak in the A3 TK ABA 26 city in Malang City has not developed optimally, as evidenced from 31 children, there are 16 children who have not been able to reach their speech development. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of hand puppet media to improve speaking skills and describe improvement in A3 speaking abilities. ABA 26 TK Malang City. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were an A3 group with 31 children. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used in the form of observation sheets attainment of children's speaking skills, teacher activity observation sheets and interview guideline sheets. Data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study addressed the increase in scores in Cycle I by 42.3% and Cycle II by 80.78%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the use of hand puppet media with storytelling activities can improve the speaking ability of children in the A3 TK ABA 26 group in Malang City. The suggestion of this research is that the teacher should use hand puppet media as one of the media to improve children's speaking skills, it is hoped that the school can provide media that can support children's development, for other researchers, it is suggested to try to develop other aspects of development with hand puppet media. Abstrak: Berbicara adalah kemampuan anak untuk mengeluarkan ide, gagasan ataupun pikirannya kepada orang lain melalui media bahasa lisan. Kemampuan berbicara pada kelompok A3 TK ABA 26 Kota Malang belum berkembang secara optimal, terbukti dari 31 anak terdapat 16 anak yang belum mampu mencapai perkembangan berbicaranya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media boneka tangan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok A3 TK ABA 26 Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian kelompok A3 dengan jumlah 31 anak. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi ketercapaian kemampuan berbicara anak, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan lembar pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data yaitu teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan skor pada Siklus I sebesar 42,3% dan Siklus II sebesar 80,78%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media boneka tangan dengan kegiatan bercerita dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok A3 TK ABA 26 Kota Malang. Saran penelitian ini yaitu sebaiknya guru menggunakan media boneka tangan sebagai salah satu media untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak, diharapkan sekolah dapat menyediakan media yang dapat mendukung perkembangan anak, bagi peneliti lain disarankan untuk mencoba mengembangkan aspek perkembangan lain dengan media boneka tangan.

This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research). This study uses instruments of observation sheets, cycle tests, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques, namely: reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification. The ability to solve students' math story problems in cycle I is an average of 66.56, students who complete learning are 21 students or around 65.63% and those who have not completed learning are 11 students or about 33.38%. Whereas in cycle II that is an average of 76.09, students who complete learning as many as 23 people or about 71.88% of people and those who have not completed 10 people or about 31.25%.

This research was conducted to improve the student’s ability in writing poetry which was caused by the lack of media that can stimulate students’ idea in teaching learning process so that the students’ ability in writing poetry was low. As a solution of that problem, the researcher used pictures story as mediain writing poetry. The researcher used classroom action research as a method. This study was conducted in two cycles and each cycle has four phases namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection was done by using observation, test and field notes. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis were conducted on the activities of teacher and students' test results, whereas the field notes was only as supporting data whichrecorded events during the learning process.Based on the data analysis showed that there were an increase in student learning outcomes and students were able to write good poetry. In addition, the barriers in teaching learning can be solved by giving sanctions and rewards.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes and describe the learning activities of Va SDS Muhammadiyah Selat students using Animation media. The subjects in this study consisted of 27 students, 14 men, and 13 women. Data collection techniques used were observation and tests. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of animation media can improve the learning outcomes of science students in VA class SDS Muhammadiyah Straits of Kuala Kapuas. This is based on the results of research with the acquisition of values in the learning activities that have been carried out for two cycles, it can be concluded that: The use of poster media can improve student learning outcomes, this can be seen from the pre-action average = 40.55 with classical completeness 7.40 %, the average cycle I = 45 with classical completeness 22.27% and cycle II = 72 with classical completeness 88.88%.

This research is based on the existence of gaps in the Powerpoint learning media when used in complex material discussions. The development of instructional media has the aim to determine the feasibility , find out responses and learning outcomes of student on digital handout learning media based on androidThis research was conducted to 20 students of class XI in the 1st Senior High School Puri Mojokerto by collecting data using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires that were analyzed through qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The research model utilized 4D consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The outputs of research were Android-based digital handout learning media applications with the APK format. The validation results of Digital Handout media obtained proper conclusions with the details, i.e., material experts by 92.8%, media experts by 87.8%, evaluation experts by 84%, and question experts by 88%. Students resulted in the positive responses by 91.8% and induced an increase in learning outcomes, which relatively high, considering from an average Gain Score of 0.71 with the completeness of classical posttest amounting to 90%. Therefore, it can be concluded that based on the results, digital handout learning media can facilitate students' understanding through appropriate media with positif responsses and increase in learning outcomes.
