The objective of this research is to study the direct effects of knowledge of management, knowledge of information system, and assertiveness on transformational leadership of department head at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Head Office. Quantitative method was used in this research as well as Survey Method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and test, and were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential analysis with path analysis approach. This sample of this research were sixty respondent from the population of one hundred and fifty department head and selected by simple random sampling.The study finding are follow: (1)there is a direct effect of knowledge of management on transformational leadership capability, (2)there is a direct effect of knowledge of information system on transformational leadership capability, (3)there is a direct effect of assertivenesson transformational leadership capability, (4) there is a direct effect of knowledge of management on assertiveness, (5) there is a direct effect of knowledgeof information system on assertiveness. As a conclusion, the transformational leadership can be enhanced by knowledge of management, knowledge of information system, and assertiveness.

This study aims to determine and prove the direct effect of scoring skills (service, spike, block) and opponent error on the team wins of the four Proliga volleyball teams participating in the 2019 finals. The research method used is a survey method with analysis techniques using the path analysis approach. A total sampling technique was used and data collection was carried out based on the indicators contained in the Volleyball Information System (VIS). The results of the study concluded that: (1) service has a direct but not significant effect on opponent error by 2.34%; (2) spike has a direct effect on opponent error by 5.76%; (3) the block has a direct but not significant effect on opponent error by 0.27%; (4) opponent error directly affects the team wins by 16.4%; (5) service has a direct effect by 8.61%; (6) spike has a direct effect by 33.8%; (7) block has a direct effect on the team wins of by 21.68%. This research aimed at investigating the influence of organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation on teacher job performance at Pondok Modern Tazakka, Batang - Central Java.The research using quantitative approach with survey method. Amount of the samples in this research are 55 teachers that selected randomly. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistic using path analysis. (1) organizational climate have positive direct effect on teacher performance with path coefficient (py1) = 0,257 and t-count 2,963> t-table 1,684; (2) transformational leadership have positive direct effect on teacher performance with path coefficient (py2) = 0,489 and t-count 5,164> t-table 1,684, (3) work motivation have positive direct effect to teacher performance with path coefficient (py3) = 0,261 and t count 2,42> t-table 1,684, (4) organizational climate have positive direct effect (p31) = 0.391 and t-count 3.990> t-table 1.684, and (5) transformational leadership have a direct positive effect on work motivation with path coefficient (p32) = 0.526 and t-count 5,376> t- table 1,684. The Conclusion is organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation have a direct effect on teacher job performance. Organizational climate and transformational leadership also have a direct effect on teacher work motivation. Therefore to improve teacher job performance, organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation must be considered to be improved.

The purpose of this study was to determine the personality and work motivation to influence the normative commitment of the principal. This study used a survey method involving 90 school principals from public high schools in DKI Jakarta. The data obtained were analyzed using the path analysis approach. In conclusion, personality and work motivation have a positive direct effect on normative commitment of school principals. This indicates that the better the personality and the higher the work motivation, the higher the normative commitment of the school principal. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a direct positive relationship between teachers of public high schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. This study was designed using a survey method and in data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 38 teachers from Public High Schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive direct effect of transformational leadership on innovation. The conclusions from this study are the results of the transformation of effective principals, the innovation of high teachers. Keywords: Influence, Transparency of Leadership, Innovation, Teacher.

the objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior in state vocational school in Bekasi district.The research was conduct by using survey method with path analysis in testing hyphotesis. In this research, 165 from 280teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on three aspect; transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers OCB.The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is conculaded that (1) there the positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward OCB, (2) there is positive direct effect of self efficacy toward OCB and (3) there is positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward self efficacy.

<em>This research aimed to to investigated the role organizational commitment in mediating the effect of transformational on innovative behavior. Survey method used in this research. Amount of the samples in this research are 67 sales of at PT. Tira Austenite that selected randomly. The data were collecting through questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The results of the research can be concluded that: transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a direct effect on innovative behaviour; transformational have a direct effect on sales innovative behavior and transformational leadership have an indirect effect on innovative behaviors through organizational commitment.</em>

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of transformational leadership and work environment toward teacher’s job quality private senior high school north of Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 117 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 91 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the transformational leadership have positive direct effect to job quality; (2) the work environment have positive direct effect to job quality; (3) the transformational leadership have positive direct effect to work environment. The job quality can be improved through improvement of of transformational leadership and work environment.

Faculty of Business and Management – Student Activity Information System (FBM-SAIS) was developed with an aim to manage the student activity application process effectively through the Internet. This study was conducted to determine the managerial implications of FBM-SAIS implementation to FBM, UiTM Selangor by focusing on the manpower and financial impact, as well as to determine the direct effect of SAIS Service Quality on SAIS student satisfaction. This study proposed SAIS ServiceQuality as a higher-order factor in order to determine a direct effect of SAIS Service Quality on student satisfaction towards SAIS implementation. Interviews were conducted to identify the managerial implications of student activity application process before and after SAIS implementation. Meanwhile, the quantitative data was gathered from 94 SAIS users who were FBM students through e-survey and was analyzed by using SmartPLS 3.0. The interview results showed that the implementation of SAIS did have an impact on the Faculty, such as increasing staff productivity and reducing costs. Moreover, the PLS-SEM analysis results showed that SAIS Service Quality positively influenced student satisfaction towards FBMSAIS implementation. This study provides an empirical validation of the SAIS Service Quality Model in the context of Higher Education.
