The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on increasing employee productivity in the Samsat Sidrap District office. The research method uses quantitative methods because the research data are numbers that are processed using spss 20 alerts. With a population of 45 and a sample of 31 respondents the data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with motivation variables (X) and employee performance (Y ). The results showed that from the simple linear regression that was processed and analyzed using the SPSS method, the equation obtained was Y = 6.592 + 0.664 X, where the constant number has a value of 6.592 (positive) stating that if there is no work motivation (X) then productivity work (Y) is 0.664, meaning that the employee's work productivity is still constant even though work motivation towards Y is zero. If there is a decrease in work motivation, it will reduce the level of employee productivity. So that it can be explained that work motivation has an influence and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Samsat district office

Introduction. The article deals with the issue of the situation in the urban economy and the socio-cultural sphere of the city of Stalingrad in the mid-1920s, on the eve of the beginning of socialist reconstruction. Methods. The authors use the historical-descriptive (idiographic), historical-genetic, historicalcomparative methods, as well as quantitative methods in the study of statistical sources. Analysis and results. By this time, urban infrastructure, which had suffered significantly during the Civil War, was largely restored. Water supply, transportation worked in general satisfactorily. The number of healthcare and educational institutions, their accessibility to the population increased compared with the pre-war period. Nevertheless, the situation in the social sphere remained very tense. Despite the fact of the increase in employment, unemployment continued to increase. The level of wages was rather low even in state institutions; the market periodically experienced interruptions in the supply of food, especially bread and meat. The lack of housing was an urgent problem. The commissioning of new and renovated residential buildings did not keep pace with population growth. With a constant increase in the cost of education, schools were located in unsuitable premises, classes were crowded. Despite all the efforts of the city authorities, health care institution also experienced serious financial difficulties. The social security system covered only a small fraction of those in need of assistance. In the city, there were still hundreds of street children and adult beggars. Hooliganism was still widespread on the working outskirts. The main reason for the inability of local authorities to fundamentally solve social problems was the lack of financial resources. The existing model of new economic policy actually exhausted its capabilities.

Construction project work is one of the high-risk jobs. Based on statistical data on construction accidents in the last ten years, it continues to increase, which has an impact on decreasing work productivity and at the same time a threat to the health, safety and environment of the workforce. Efforts to increase awareness of Health, Safety and the Work Environment (HSE)for workers are important to provide encouraging attitudes and safe actions in preventing the risk of accidents and diseases caused by work, thereby increasing worker productivity.Motivation is a form of encouragement from within the employee to behave and act. The productivity of a construction project is closely related to the motivation of the workforce. The purpose of this study is to determine an effective model of health, safety and work environment (HSE) and to know the relationship between HSE factors as a prediction of work motivation to prevent the risk of work accidents. The research method used was a questionnaire survey distributed to 35 construction workers / contractors such as project managers, experts, project implementers, foremen and construction workers in buildings with more than five floors.Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares. Work accidents affect HSE workers, which then makes work activities delayed, work costs increase, even the quality of work decreases. Therefore, efforts are needed to prevent work accidents through work motivation as psychological interventions in understanding HSE factors for increasing worker productivity on construction projects. The results of this study confirm that the worker's health factors are able to predict work motivation and work motivation in stages of work productivity, meaning that the better the health of workers will increase work motivation and the higher the work motivation, the higher work productivity. Work environment factors indirectly have a positive effect on work productivity, meaning that the better the work environment, the higher the work productivity through work motivation.

The results showed that work ability had no effect on employee performance with t count value -0,929 0.05. While the variable work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of t count 3.478> t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.001 <0.05,. Physical distancing and stay-at-home instructions to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 have led various organizations to change their work policy from work from the office to work from home. The specific objective of this study is to examine the link between the readiness of work-home resources in carrying out work from home, work motivation, and work-family conflict. The questionnaire is distributed to lecturers of public higher education institutes in Indonesia through online media by quantitative methods. Data from 131 respondents were then processed using SEM-SmartPLS. The results showed that work-home resource readiness negatively affected work-family conflict and significantly positively affected work motivation. Work motivation has no significant positive impact on work-family conflict. Thus, work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work-home resource readiness and work-family conflict. Further research regarding work-home resources readiness in another job field would give a different perspective as lecturers have more independent working time than other employees.
