The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on work productivity of non-health worker employees. There is an organization in management workload is into two, namely workload and high workload. Workload are some or a series of activities must be completed by an organization or holder of a within a certain period. Give the workloads effective organization can be aware of the extent to which employees can be given maximum workload and the extent to which its effect on productivity employee performance. It self Productivity were their mental attitude that melatar such employees to produce a better performance than yesterday. Productivity in the the last result obtained in a process. Increased productivity, can be achieved if the employee could understand exactly about factor increasing work productivity. Success Organization that employees can work well, and having high productivity to achieve the goals of the organization itself. In this research, the use writers the quantitative methods. After they won an minutely so the authors found , there are real impact between the workloads against work productivity in the hospital pratama the city of yogyakarta .

This study aims to determine the dominant factor of the positive impact of ownership of work competency certificates in the perception of artisan on highrise building projects in the city of South Jakarta. Based on existing data the number of workers who already have work competency certificates is still very minimal. That is caused by several factors, namely the process of implementing certification which is considered complicated to the cost which is considered expensive. But behind these constraints, work competency certificates can have a positive impact on construction workers who have them. In this study conducted by quantitative methods by analyzing the percentage of respondents' perceptions. This research was carried out on the Cithaland Tower project, Alamanda Tower, Dharmawangsa Office Tower. The total number of respondents to be studied is 44 people. In this study the dominant factor studied was measured through four indicators namely work motivation, work productivity, work ability and competitiveness. With each percentage acquisition namely for Work Motivation 26.44%, Work Productivity 24.40%, Work Ability 24.66%, and Competitiveness 24.50%. Of the four indicators there is one indicator with the highest percentage and is the most dominant factor, namely the Work Motivation indicator with a percentage of 26.44%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on increasing employee productivity in the Samsat Sidrap District office. The research method uses quantitative methods because the research data are numbers that are processed using spss 20 alerts. With a population of 45 and a sample of 31 respondents the data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with motivation variables (X) and employee performance (Y ). The results showed that from the simple linear regression that was processed and analyzed using the SPSS method, the equation obtained was Y = 6.592 + 0.664 X, where the constant number has a value of 6.592 (positive) stating that if there is no work motivation (X) then productivity work (Y) is 0.664, meaning that the employee's work productivity is still constant even though work motivation towards Y is zero. If there is a decrease in work motivation, it will reduce the level of employee productivity. So that it can be explained that work motivation has an influence and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Samsat district office

In 2020 the first record of Wolffia arrhiza was registered in Novosibirsk Region (West Siberia) in the floodplain lake. Wolffia arrhiza formed vast stands with an area of hundreds square meters and with high productivity. Besides monodominant communities, it was met as a component of the cenoses of such hydrophytes as Stratiotes aloides , Hydrocharis morsus-ranae , as well as of the helophyte communities formed by Typha latifolia and Eleocharis mamillata . According to local residents, the large stands of Wolffia was observed for some years, thus, most likely, the population winters safely at the latitude of Novosibirsk. The most likely source of Wolffia arrhiza appearance in the lake was a deliberate introduction from the aquarium. Although the probability of this plant entering to the lake from the waste water of the city septic tank of the Novosibirsk sewage waters also exists.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, competence, compensation on employee performance and the impact on organizational performance on the employees of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities. As the respondent. This research method uses quantitative methods with technical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS version 22 application. The research sample used in this study were 158 respondents. The results showed that leadership style, competence and compensation directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, competence and compensation directly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Leadership style, competence and compensation indirectly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through employee performance.

AbstractDemands for productivity are getting higher. The tight competition among retailers causes companies that do not have high productivity to compete. Quality of HR is the key to success. The purpose of the study was to obtain an explanation of the influence of work discipline and organizational climate on the work productivity of employees at PT. Surya Donasin Regional Office Cianjur, which numbered 59 employees randomly selected. The research method uses explanatory survey with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that productivity as one of the keys to compete in the retail industry is determined by work discipline and organizational climate that supports work productivity. Labor productivity is determined by internal and external dynamics in the form of organizational climate. The managerial implication is that the lack of productivity over employees causes low company productivity. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh penjelasan tentang pengaruh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja para pegawai di PT. Surya Donasin Regional Office Cianjur yang berjumlah 59 pegawai yang dipilih secara acak. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey explanatory dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa produktivitas sebagai salah satu kunci untuk bersaing dalam industri retail ditentukan oleh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi yang mendukung produktivitas kerja. Produktivitas tenaga kerja ditentukan oleh dinamika internal dan eksternal berupa iklim organisasi. Implikasi manajerial adalah lemahnya produktivitas pegawai menyebabkan produktivitas perusahaan rendah. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. The object of research at PT ISS Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaled 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that compensation has an effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction is able to provide a positive influence in mediating the relationship between compensation and employee performance in PT ISS Cikarang.

Рассмотрен вопрос о сущности социокультурного пространства и его пересечении с экономическим пространством города. Показано, что наиболее эффективная организация пространственного взаимодействия данных пространств во многом является географической задачей. Предлагается метод изучения социальных практик населения для локализации точек и линий взаимодействия социокультурной и экономической сфер. Рассмотрены практики, в ходе которых создаются социокультурные ценности, положительно влияющие на экономическое пространство города. Обсуждается проблема влияния пешеходных пространств (наиболее насыщенных практиками) на формирование имиджа города. The question of the essence of the socio-cultural space and its intersection with the economic space of the city is considered. It is shown that the most effective organization of the spatial interaction of these spaces is in many ways a geographic task. A method is proposed for studying the social practices of the population to localize points and lines of interaction between the socio-cultural and economic spheres. The practice is considered in the course of which socio-cultural values are created that have a positive effect on the economic space of the city. The problem of the influence of pedestrian spaces (the most saturated with practices) on the formation of the city's image is discussed.

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada potensi Perkebunan Teh yang berada di Kabupaten Subang, PT Perkebunan Nunsatara VIII Kebun Tambaksari merupakan salah satu pekebunan yang ada di Kabupaten Subang. Setiap perusahaan tentu memiliki Target dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Tidak terealisasinya hasil produksi sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Tambaksari. hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh stres kerja yang tinggi. Stres kerja bisa berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja, tetapi tidak selalu berdampak negatif ketika individu dapat mengelola stres tersebut maka stres kerja akan bernilai positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berangkat dari titik tolak permasalahan yang terjadi sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif,dengan pendekatan survei untuk menjelasakan mengenai pengaruh stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. serta instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dengan menyebarkan kusioner dengan jumlah respoden sebanyak 73 karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Tambakasari. Dilihat dari hasil analisis bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh sebesar30,1% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun pada saat observasi dilakukan bahwa stres kerja bukan merupakan faktor utama yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target perusahaan, tetapi iklim kerja yang tidak mendukung dalam proses pekerjaan.   This research is based on the potential of tea plantation in Subang Regency, PT Perkebunan Nunsatara VIII Kebun Tambaksari is one of the gardening in Subang Regency. Each company certainly has its Target in achieving a predetermined goal. Unrealized production in accordance with the target is expected one of the problems that occur in PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Tambaksari.This is thought to be caused by high working stress. Working stress can have an effect on performance, but it does not necessarily negatively impact when individuals can manage those stress then work stress will be of positive value. The method used in this research departs from the point of decline of problems that occur so that this research uses quantitative methods, with a survey approach to explain the influence of occupational stress and employee performance. and research instruments used by spreading the questionnaire by a total of 73 respoden. Based on the results of the study showed that the work stress is positive and significant to the performance of employees of PT Plantation Nusantara VIII KebunTambakasari. Judging from the results of the analysis that the work stress affects 30.1% of employee performance. But at the time of observation is done that work stress is not a major factor that leads to not achieving the target company, but the working climate is not supportive in the job process.

ABSTRACT        This study aims to determine discipline, organizational commitment and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak. This research method uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019. The study population was 63 employees of KPDC, the sample was 61 people using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instrumens and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.00 windows. Discipline process, organizational commitment and motivation have very important roles to realizae optimal company goals requiring quality human resources, but in reality based on preliminary observations at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak work productivity is currently in a low condition because the average score has only reached 30.3, the standard score of 35, due to the accuracy of employee work with a score of 19. So it can be said that employee productivity is still not good and successful in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained: discipline has no positive and insignificant effect, Meanwhile, organizational commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity either partially or jointly at PT. Abstract Background The balance between supply and demand for primary health care (PHC) services is one of the main challenges to the health system in Brazil. In this context, the application of planning methods could benefit the decision-making process for human resources organizations. Hence, the objective of this study was to assess the staffing needs for registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) at PHC services using the WISN method. Methods The Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) methodology was applied at 13 Primary Care Units (PCU) located in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It included 87 RNs and 174 LPNs, and used data from 2017 to 2019. Results The WISN results found that RNs were under high workload pressure at 10 PCUs (77%) in 2017 and 2018, with a decrease to 8 PCUs (61%) in 2019. For LPNs, high workload pressure increased from 2 PCUs (15%) in 2017 to 13 PCUs (100%) in 2018, with a decrease to 11 (85%) in 2019. Conclusion The assessment of staffing needs for RNs and LPNs at the PCUs included in the study identified a consistent deficit in the number of professionals, and high workload pressure in most services throughout the study period.
