The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Measurement of variable of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) using measuring tool from Podsakoff (1997) and for measurement of job satisfaction variable using measuring tool that is Minessota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ).The method of data processing conducted in this study is the method of regression analysis. The result of research conducted is the behavior of citizenship organization (OCB) (Y) has increased one unit, then job satisfaction variable (X) will automatically add 0.365. It can be concluded that there is a positive (+) effect of intrinsic work satisfaction on the behavior of organizational citizenship (OCB). Seen from result of significance test of result of comparation F Counting 52,4 with F Table (1; 71) is 3,90 then result is F Count bigger than F Table. From the comparison of p = 0,000 and the significance level α = 0.05, the result is p <α. The conclusion is Ho is rejected then, There is influence of intrinsic work satisfaction on the behavior of citizenship organization (OCB) BPM members of all faculties at the State University of Jakarta. Variable self employment satisfaction 24.1% and felt by other factors outside of job satisfaction such as leadership style, personality type, self efficacy, and others.

Abstrak: Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Transaksional Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 87 karyawan FIS dan FE UNY. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi. Uji variabel mediasi menggunakan metode Baron and Kenny. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, dan kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediator pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional pada OCB karyawan.Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship BehaviorAbstract: The influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership to Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence and the relationship among transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Social Science Faculty and Economics Faculty Yogyakarta State University employees. This study was classified as descriptive qualitative research with a sample of 87 participants. The data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Hypothesis test was using the regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. Variable meditation test was using the method of Baron and Kenny. The result showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on the job satisfaction, transactional leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on the OCB, and job satisfaction was a mediator to the effect to the transformational leadership and transactional leadership on the OCB employees.Keywords: Leadership style, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior

This study aims to find out Transformational Leadership Style, Transactional Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction have influence, either simultaneously or partially, to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employee PT.Konstrindo Putera Perkasa. The sample in this study using all the population with the method used is saturated or census sampling. Data collection was done by using questionnaires, interviews, and through observation (observation). This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method with the help of computer program SPSS For Windows Release 17.0.The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on results obtained by Sig.F 0.000 <0,05, which can be interpreted that the variables of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable. (2) based on the regression test results, the variables of transformational leadership style have significance level t sig. (0,000) <α (0,05), transactional leadership style variable has significance level t sig. (0.019) <α (0,05) and job satisfaction variable have significance level t sig. (0,05) <α (0,05), so that variable of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and satisfaction of work partially influence to organizational citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable (3) based on result of regression test obtained variable which influenced most dominant is transformational leadership style has the highest Beta value is 0.708. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional ,Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial, terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)  Karyawan PT.Konstrindo Putera Perkasa, Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh atau sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan melalui pengamatan (observasi). Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS For Windows Release 17.0. Hasil analisis Uji F disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepuasan kerja secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sedangkan Uji T disimpulkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadapvariabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Purpose In the current competitive world of business, it is important that every individual strives to be competitive to elevate his/her life status and creates a bright-looking future. The purpose of this study is to lay emphasis on the Jordanian hospitality industry in light of the investigation as to how organizational commitment, leadership style and organizational culture influence organizational citizen behavior (OCB) with the moderating role of job satisfaction in the relationship. Design/methodology/approach The study explores the determinants based on the responses obtained from the employees working in five-star hotels in Jordan. A small sample was exposed to SPSS software analysis for instrument validity, reliability and data normality. Findings The study validated the reliability of the instrument in conducting a preliminary study, obtaining reasonable normality and highly reliable coefficients of measures (0.753-0.938). Originality/value The study validated the effectiveness of the instrument that examined different specific antecedents of OCB.

The  purpose  of  this  study  is : 1) To  know  the description of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study at PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo) 2) To know  the  effect  of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 3) To know  the  effect  of the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4) To  know  the  effect  of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously. Research methods using simple random sampling. Sampling technique using simple random sampling technique and of questionnaires of 77 observations from PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo’s employees using SPSS 16.0.The empirical result shows that job satisfaction and the leadership style has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Simultaneously test shows that job satisfaction and the leadership style effects organizational citizenship behavior.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, The Leadership Style, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between work satisfaction, organization commitment to organizational citizenship behavior employees. A measuring tool used in this study is the scale of organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction, and organization commitment. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample population of this study is the employee of company X in Yogyakarta who has a position at low manager. There are 43 employees respondent. This study uses data processing test using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. We use regressions test analysis and the result are a) Ha received, r=0,616 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant. b) Ha received, r=0,322 with a value of p = 0.018, p<0.05 means that organizational commitment and OCB correlated positively and significantly. c) Ha received, r=0,448 with a value of p = 0.001, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively and significantly correlated. d) Ha received, r=0,379 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant.

Background: This study aims to explore the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior and see whether job satisfaction functions as a good mediator Methods: By using a quantitative approach, the data collection tool uses a psychological scale, the research respondents (N = 232) are employees and leaders of one company. Results: The results of the study show that job satisfaction functions as a mediator of the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: By applying transformational leadership style accompanied by building a good organizational culture the organization has strong capital to foster employee organizational citizenship behaviour. This study also provides empirical evidence of the influence of these two variables on organizational citizenship behaviour through job satisfaction.

This study aim to determine The Effect of Job Statisfaction, Motivation dan Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with participative leadership style as an intervening variable on the Employees of  PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 60 section / production employees at PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. The analytical tool used in this study is the path analysis technique (path analysis) with the help of software for the operating system called SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sience) version 25.0. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation also influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), participative leadership style influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), In addition, job satisfaction, motivation, work environment and participative leadership style have a direct and indirect influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of job satisfaction transformational leadership style towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research was conducted at the Office of the Ubung Kaja Village as many as 45 employees using the saturated sample method, collected through a questionnaire using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, path analysis, single test and VAF test. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction positively and significantly mediates the effect of transformational leadership styles on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Abstract. Organization needs high quality employees who are willing to work outside their main tasks to support organizational performance. This willingness is known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) that may influenced by supportive leadership style, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction. This study aimed to explore the effect of supportive leadership style, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction on OCB. Subjects involved in this study were 68 paramedics of a private hospital in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected using three scales, and then analyzed with multiple regression. Results show that supportive leadership style, perception of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction significantly predict OCB among paramedics. Perception of organizational culture have the biggest contribution in predicting OCB, followed by intrinsic job satisfaction and supportive leadership style. Improving supportive leadership styles, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction will increase the OCB of the employees.Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior, paramedics  Abstrak. Sebuah organisasi perlu memiliki pegawai yang berkualitas dan bersedia bekerja di luar tugas utamanya untuk mendukung kinerja. Kesediaan ini disebut dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan suportif, persepsi budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja intrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan suportif, persepsi budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja intrinsik terhadap OCB. Sebanyak 68 orang tenaga paramedik sebuah rumah sakit berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala organizational citizenship behavior, skala gaya kepemimpinan suportif, skala persepsi budaya organisasi dan skala kepuasan kerja intrinsik. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan dalam proses analisis data. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, persepsi budaya organisai dan kepuasan kerja intrinsik secara signifikan mampu memprediksi OCB. Persepsi terhadap budaya organisasi memiliki sumbangan efektif terbesar,  diikuti oleh kepuasan kerja intrinsik dan gaya kepemimpinan suportif. Dengan meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan suportif, persepsi terhadap budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja intinsik maka akan diikuti peningkatan OCB.Kata Kunci:  organizational citizenship behavior, paramedis
