<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>This study aims to analyze the concept of HOTS based assessment to improve students critical and creative thinking skills, the implementation of HOTS based assessments in improving students critical and creative thinking skills, results of HOTS-based assessments in improving students abilities. critical and creative thinking of students in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at the Junior High School level in Kudus Regency. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Milles and Huberman analysis models include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Results of this study indicate that the HOTS based assessment concept consists of analyzing the Basic Competencies; compiling a grid of questions; choosing a stimulus; write question items; and make scoring guidelines. Implementation of the HOTS based assessment consists of the dominance of the cognitive aspect in making questions; cognitive level creates, evaluates and analyzes as a reference in making questions; and making questions oriented towards measuring the metacognitive dimensions of students. Results of the HOTS based assessment can be seen from the mastery of the material with a higher level, and the ability to think systematically, learn to analyze a problem from various aspects and educate students to be confident. Thus, HOTS based assessment is important to be implemented in learning activities, with the aim that students are able to think creatively, critically, innovatively, argue, solve problems, and have expertise in making decisions, especially on Islamic Religious Education and Character Education materials.</em></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep penilaian berbasis HOTS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif peserta didik, implementasi penilaian berbasis HOTS dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif peserta didik, dan hasil penilaian berbasis HOTS dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti di tingkat SMP Kabupaten Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis Milles dan Huberman meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep penilaian berbasis HOTS terdiri dari menganalisis KD; menyusun kisi-kisi soal; memilih stimulus; menulis butir pertanyaan; dan membuat pedoman penskoran. Implementasi penilaian berbasis HOTS terdiri dari dominasi aspek kognitif dalam membuat soal; level kognitif mencipta, mengevaluasi dan menganalisis menjadi rujukan dalam membuat soal; dan pembuatan soal berorientasi mengukur dimensi metakognitif peserta didik. Hasil penilaian berbasis HOTS terlihat dari penguasaan materi dengan level yang lebih tinggi, dan kemampuan berpikir secara sistematis, belajar menganalisis suatu masalah dari berbagai aspek dan mendidik peserta didik percaya diri. Dengan demikian penilaian berbasis HOTS penting untuk diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, dengan tujuan agar peserta didik mampu berpikir kreatif, kritis, inovatif, berargumen, menyelesaikan masalah, dan keahlian dalam mengambil keputusan, khususnya pada materi PAI dan Budi Pekerti.<br /></em></p>

This article deals with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning technology innovation at the junior high school level. The focus of the problem studied is related to what is innovation, technology and how is PAI's learning technology innovation at junior high school level. The results showed that the form of PAI learning technology innovation at junior high school level included; educational innovation, technology, learning technology, development of learning technology, web-based learning (e-learning), as well as the internet as a source of learning with an approach to developing inquiry and discovery learning methods. The effectiveness of this learning technology innovation makes the subject matter more understood by students, because the material from teaching material is discovered and practiced by students themselves. While the response of students is very enthusiastic and positive. The weakness of this learning technology innovation is that there are obstacles in operating learning technology because not all students have a representative media in implementing technology-based learning (online).

This study aimed to describe the characteristics and validity of learning tools with inquiry models integrated of character education that is used in learning at junior high school level. The intended learning tools include syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, student worksheets, and scientific creativity test instruments. This research is an evaluative descriptive study that describes the characteristics and evaluates the quality of the validity of learning tools. The learning tools validation process involves three validators who validate the learning tools on aspects of content validity and construct validity. The validation results show that the validator's assessment of the learning framework developed in the aspects of content validity and construct validity are categorized as very valid with an average range of scores of ˃85%, with a percentage of agreement ˃75%. The results of this study can be used as a foundation that the learning tools with inquiry models integrated of character education can be implemented in the field.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> Critical thinking skills are one of the skills that must be possessed in the 21<sup>st</sup> century. Tools to measure students' thinking competencies can use assessment instruments. Based on the needs analysis, information was obtained that the use of assessment instruments for the junior high school level was still limited. The purpose of this study (1) to develop critical thinking assessment instruments in learning to read exposition texts along with usage guidelines and (2) test the level of validity, reliability, and practicality of the product. The model used is the development of O'Malley and Pierce. The results of product validation and testing show that the product developed is feasible and can be implemented. The data was obtained from the assessment and learning validator, and product tests on students</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki pada abad 21. Alat untuk mengukur kompetensi berpikir siswa dapat menggunakan instrumen asesmen. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan diperoleh informasi masih terbatasnya penggunaan instrumen asesmen untuk tingkat SMP. Tujuan penelitian ini (1) mengembangkan instrumen asesmen berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran membaca teks eksposisi beserta panduan penggunaan dan (2) menguji tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, dan kepraktisan produk. Model yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan O’Malley dan Pierce. Hasil validasi dan uji produk menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan tergolong layak dan dapat diimplementasikan. Data tersebut diperoleh dari validator asesmen dan pembelajaran, serta uji produk pada siswa.

Student behaviors are the nature of actions possessed by students which are influenced by customs, attitudes, emotions, values, ethics, power, persuasion, and genetics. Student behaviors are grouped into reasonable behaviors, acceptable behaviors, strange behaviors, and deviant behaviors. However, what has been portrayed today in both international and local media is that there are many deviations in the student behaviors especially at the junior high school level. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the types of student behaviors in the learning process at school, the procedures in developing the student behaviors within the Islamic religious education learning process, and the obstacles in developing the student behaviors within the Islamic religious education learning process. The study took place at two public junior high schools, SMP Islam Darul Ulum Banda Aceh and SMP Inshafuddin Banda Aceh. The study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that the types of student behaviors in the learning process varied greatly. There were students who were passive and those who were active. In terms of the porcedures, is done by analyzing the needs of students. Further, the obstacles in developing the student behaviors included the lack of attention from the parents/guardians regarding changes in the student behaviors and the lack of communication between the teachers, the parents/guardians, and the Islamic education teachers.

ENGLISHThis research aimed to develop the valid and effective learning set of mathematics through cooperative learning model of TSTS type character education oriented based on constructivism by CDP of circles materials, and then it resulted an effective and valid learning set. The learning set would be developed were: syllabus, RPP, BPD, CDP, and THB. Data were obtained by observation and test. Data were analyzed descriptively using completeness test, t-test, and regression analysis. The mean scores for validation test were: Syllabus = 4.54; RPP = 4.53; BPD = 4.62; CDP = 4.80 and THB was valid. Field test showed that the learning sets were effective. It was proofed by the completeness of TBH with the average score was higher than 67 (exceeding 75% of total student). Learning activities positively affected 80% of THB. The mean THB of experiment group was 73.36, while that of control class was 55.00. It proofed that experiment group showed higher skill than control group. Based on those results, it can be concluded that the learning set was valid and effective. It meant that the development of learning set succeeded and it was qualified to be used as mathematic learning method in Junior High School level. INDONESIAPenelitian ini untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe TSTS Berorientasi Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Konstruktivisme Berbantuan CDP kelas VIII yang valid dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang valid dan efektif. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah Silabus, RPP, BPD, CDP dan THB. Cara pengambilan data dengan observasi dan tes. Data tes diolah dengan analisis deskriptif uji ketuntasan, uji banding t dan uji regresi. Hasil validasi terhadap perangkat pembelajaran valid dengan rata-rata skor untuk Silabus = 4,54; RPP = 4,53; BPD = 4,62; CDP = 4,80 dan THB valid. Uji coba lapangan diperoleh hasil perangkat pembelajaran efektif. Keefektifan, diperoleh dari hasil uji ketuntasan THB dengan rataan nilai > 67 melebihi 75% dari peserta didik, ada pengaruh positif aktivitas terhadap THB sebesar 80%. Rataan THB pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 73,36 sedangkan rataan THB di kelas kontrol sebesar 55,00 sehingga rataan kemampuan kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol. Dari analisis hasil tersebut di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat adalah valid dan efektif. Hal ini berarti bahwa pengembangan perangkat tercapai dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMP.

Abstrak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis soal USBN Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Semesta Semarang dan memaparkan hasil rekonstruksi soal USBN Bahasa Indonesia berbasis HOTS di SMP Semesta Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analisis evaluatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian analisis ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi. Pembahasan pada artikel ini merupakan sebagian langkah dari penelitian rekonstruksi soal USBN Bahasa Indonesia berbasis HOTS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kandungan HOTS pada soal USBN Bahasa Indonesia tingkat SMP sebanyak 52,5% yang terdiri atas C4, C5, dan C6. Terdapat pula soal yang mengandung MOTS sebanyak 47,5% yaitu berupa level kognitif pemahaman dan level kognitif aplikasi. Kisi-kisi soal USBN Bahasa Indonesia Berbasis HOTS hasil rekonstruksi mengandung level kognitif HOTS sebanyak 95% dan MOTS 5% dengan tujuan untuk membekali dan membiasakan peserta didik dalam berpikir secara analitis, kritis, dan kreatif serta dapat bersaing dalam dunia Internasional. Kata Kunci: USBN; Soal berorientasi HOTS   Abstrack. This research aims to describe the results of the analysis of HOTS content about Indonesian USBN on junior high school level and to explain the results of reconstruction of Indonesian USBN questions on HOTS-based SMP. This type of research is evaluative analysis research. The method used in this analytical research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique in this research is the study of documentation. The discussion in this article is part of the steps from HOTS-based Indonesian USBN reconstruction research. The results of this research indicate that the HOTS content in the Indonesian National Level USBN questions is 52.5% consisting of C4, C5, and C6. There are also questions that contain as much as 47.5% MOTS in the form of cognitive level of understanding and cognitive level of application. HOTS based Indonesian language USBN lattice reconstruction results contain C4 cognitive levels HOTS as much as 95% and MOTS much 5% with the aim of equipping and accustoming students in analytical, critical, and creative thinking and can compete in international world. Learning in the 21st-century, students are required to have a good understanding of the latest environmental issues, namely the ability of Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Environmental learning at the Junior High School level in public school and Islamic-based schools requires deepening of the material by the latest environmental issues such as green consumerism. The purpose of this study was to develop an Android-based Supplementary Book of Green Consumerism (SBGC) for environmental learning in natural science subjects. The research method used in this study was the research and development of Borg and Gall development with a few modifications. This study was only carried out up to the validation stage by experts. The results showed that the SBGC was highly valid with a validation score of 3.70 and the percentage of completeness of 92.50 %. Based on the scores obtained, it can be concluded that SBGC is suitable to be used in environmental learning. SBGC has the advantage of being based on technology, based on HOTS, as well as simple and attractive. It can be concluded that SBGC can be used in environmental learning at schools.

Literary learning is a series of learning that integrated with the teaching of Indonesian and it was taught at all educational levels.  The common problem is the lack of learning materials related to literature in the form of stories which are the local wisdom of local students, especially in Wajo Regency. Whereas the existence of these folklore in the community has always existed which incarnated into various forms of oral literature such as Folk song. This study is a qualitative research with data that is the focus of research is the classic Bugis story (literature) contained in the singing of the Buginese people's Pakkacapi. The objective and urgency of the research in this study is the existence of Pakkacapi which has very rarely made the existence of a classic Bugis story contained in it also endangered. Data collection techniques used are interview and documentation techniques as well as data analysis techniques by doing repeated readings that focus full attention on the elements that provide an overview of the local wisdom of the Bugis community contained in the text. The results of this study are (1) Bugis song “Ceritana Andi Sessu” contains forms of local wisdom in it even though there is an implied directly depicted and some are not directly described. (2) The elements of local wisdom basically have accommodated and become part of the values of character education (3) The values of local wisdom in the story of Andi Sessu are in accordance with or relevant to the values of religious character education, honest, loving the motherland, responsible, democratic, nationalism, respect for achievement, and social care. (4). The application of "Andi Sessu's story " as a literary learning material in schools can only be applied at the Middle School and Senior High School levels with the assistance of teachers at the Junior High School level.

Abstract: Integrated One-Stop School Evaluation Using Analysis SWOT-Analytic NetworkProcess (Case Study in Purwakarta Regency). One way to reduce dropout rates is through aSekolah Satu Atap Terpadu. One of the regencies in West Java that has organized a SekolahSatu Atap Terpadu as well as the object of this research is Purwakarta regency. By using SWOTAnalyticNetwork Process(ANP)analysis, thisstudyseekstoevaluatewhile providingalternativepolicies for the development of Sekolah Satu Atap Terpadu in Purwakarta regency. The data inthis study were obtained by filling out questionnaires by respondents online through Google Form,where respondents were actors who were directly involved in the implementation of a SekolahSatu Atap Terpadu. From the analysis results obtained Strengths and Threats occupy the highestvalue. Strengths include students could continue their education up to junior high school level andlocal government supports both in terms of budget and curriculum. While Threats, among others,school management has become more complex and the delegation of authority from the central andregional governments is not clear. Therefore, the ST strategy can be used as an alternative policyin increasing Strengths and minimizing Threats.Keywords: Sekolah Satu Atap Terpadu; SWOT Analysis; Analytic Network Process (ANP).
