This study aims to determine the effect of Risk Preference, Economic literacy and Investment Gallery on the investment interests of Economics and Business Faculty students. (This type of research uses quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were students of the 2015 Kanjuruhan Malang Faculty of Economics and Business, amounting to 412 people. with a research sample of 25% of the population of 103 students. The data obtained was analyzed with the help of SPSS version 22.00 for Windows. Based on the calculation results, it is known that: (1) There is an influence of Risk Preference, Economic literacy and Investment Gallery on the investment interest of Economics and Business Faculty students. (2) There is no Risk Preference Effect on investment interest in Economics and Business Faculty students. (3) There is an Influence of Economic Literacy on the investment interest of the Economics and Business Faculty students (4) There is an Investment Gallery Effect on the investment interest of the Economics and Business Faculty students. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the F value of 24.771 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Risk Preference (X1), Economic Literacy (X2), and Knowledge of Investment Gallery (X3) have simultaneous or joint effects. equal to Investment Interest (Y).

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of usability, profit, security simultaneously and partially on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. It was a quantitative research used multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this researchshow thatusability, profit and security perceptions simultaneously have a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Usability perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch.Profit perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Security perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kegunaan, keuntungan, keamanan secara serempak dan parsial terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam penggunaan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan total responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapersepsi kegunaan, persepsi keuntungan dan persepsi keamanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Persepsi kegunaan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunaan mobile bankingpada BNI cabang Palu.Persepsi keuntungan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Persepsi keamanan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. AbstrakJenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di.  Pegadaian (Persero)  syariah  cabang syariah  hasanuddin makassar Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui PT. Pegadaian syariah terhadap peningkatan kinerja sudah sesuai dengan aturan islam atau tidak di Pegadaian (persero) syariah cabang syariah hasanuddin makassar Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel, yaitu X1 pegadaian syariah, X2 peningkatan kinerja, dan X3 pendapatanPengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner atau angket.  Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah para karyawan pegadaian syariah cabang hasanuddin Makassar sebanyak 75 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus Sloving maka menghasilkan  sampel  sebanyak  75  sampel.  Selanjutnya,  data  yang diperoleh  melalui  instrument  tersebut  kemudian  diolah  melalui  analisis regresi  linear  berganda  dengan  bantuan  aplikasi  Partial  Least  Square (PLS Smart Least ).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa margin pegadaian syariah, peningkatan kinerja, pendapatan  berpegaruh  positif  dan  signifikan  dari hasil analisis inferensial yang menggunakan uji t dengan rumus regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel.Kata Kunci: Pegadaian syariah, Kinerja karyawan, pendapatan. AbstractThis type of research is a quantitative research conducted in. Sharia pawnshops on performance improvement is in accordance with Islamic rules or not in Pegadaian (persero) syariah sharia branch hasanuddin makassar In this study consists of three variables, namely X1 pawnshare, X2 performance improvement, and X3 revenueData collection is done by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. As for the population in this study is the number of employees pawnshare Makassar branch hasanuddin as many as 75 people, using the formula of Sloving then produce a sample of 75 samples. Furthermore, the data obtained through the instrument is then processed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Partial Least Square (PLS Smart Least) application.The results showed that margin pawnshare, performance improvement, earnings positively and significantly from the results of inferential analysis using t test with multiple linear regression formula shows that the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table.Keywords: Sharia pawnshops, Employee performance, income.

This research is to get information about leadership, organization behavior, compensation, work discipline and four factors to employee performance in Non-Production Department PT. Team Metal Indonesia. This research used a questionnaire for 94 respondents and used SPSS version 20. This research is quantitative research, statistics analysis. Multiple Linear Regression method with quantitative analysis. Based on SPSS data analysis, the researcher got the result Multiple Linear Regression analysis to leadership (X1) is 2.071 with significant 0.041, organization behavior (X2) is 0.817 with significant 0.416, compensation (X3) is -0.726  with significant 0.470 and work discipline (X4) is 2.985 with significant number 0.004. Result of the simultaneous test (F test) 8.083. Conclusion for this research are first hypothesis leadership has influence to employee performance, second hypothesis organization behavior has influence on employee performance but not significant, third hypothesis compensation has influence to employee performance but not significant, fourth hypothesis work discipline has partial influence to employee performance and last hypothesis that these four variables (leadership, organization behavior, compensation, and work discipline) have simultaneous influence on employee performance

Descriptive Approach

The aim of this study was to determine the influence cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitmenton employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach, respondents surveyed in this study amounted to 101 employees of the Padang City Department of Educationby saturated sampling technique.Then carried out analysis to the data obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results found: (1) cyberloafing behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment on employee performance amounted to 65.2%. Where as the remainder about 34.8% described by other variable is not used within this research.

This research was conducted on customers at PT. BRI Painan Branch Tapan Unit. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of physical evidence, reliability, response, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this research is PT. BRI Painan Branch Tapan Unit. The sampling method used is incidental sampling and the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis, test the validity, reliability and hypothesis testing with the t test and test f. The results of the physical evidence research t count> t table so that the physical evidence has an effect on customer satisfaction, the results of reliability research t count> t table so that reliability has an effect on customer satisfaction, the results of the research t count> t table so that the responses affect the customer satisfaction, the results of the research guarantee t count> t table so that shows that collateral affects customer satisfaction, the results of empirical research t count > t table so that it shows empathy affects customer satisfaction and the results of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. f count > f table so that it shows physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy that have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the understanding of tax regulations and motivation of taxpayers with tax compliance. The object of this research is the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. The number of questionnaires in this study amounted to 92 questionnaires. The data from this study come from primary data obtained from the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of the e-filling system, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. Purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique used in this study using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. This type of research is quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that the E-Feling system had no effect on taxpayer compliance at the Padang 1 Primary Tax Service Office, while taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions partially had an effect on Taxpayer Compliance at the Primary Tax Service Office Padang 1.

This study aims to see the effect of Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue (PAD), Total Population, and Area of Regional Government on Capital Expenditures in Regency/ City in West Sumatra Province. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study is the report on the realization of the APBD in 19 regency/ cities in West Sumatra for the 2016-2019 fiscal year. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 24. Based on the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with a significance level of 0.05, the results show that Local Own Revenue (PAD) and Regional Area have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures, where the significant level - are 0.000 and 0.000, respectively.
