The purpose of this research is: (1) to reveal the portrait behavior of organizational citizenship behavior in primary school teachers in Kendari City, (2) to assess factors affecting the behavior of organizational citizenship behavior of teachers Primary school in the city of Kendari, (3) to analyze the difference in behavior of organizational citizenship behavior is reviewed from the gender of school status and gender in primary school teachers in Kendari City. This approach of research using a mixed-methods method combines qualitative and quantitative research. The place of implementation of this research is an elementary school in the region of Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi province. The results of this study show generally teachers of elementary school in the city of Kendari have organization citizenship behavior with good behavior, (2) Factors that influence the behavior of organizational citizenship behavior of Teachers Elementary School in Kendari City is a school climate that encompasses work culture, school leadership management, and school objectives, (3) There is no difference in organizational citizenship behavior Behaviour for elementary school teachers in Kendari City is reviewed from Gender, school status, and school type.

The study aimed to identify the level of organizational citizenship behavior among primary school teachers in the city of Buraidah from their point of view, and to reveal the existence of statistical significance differences attributable to the two variables (years of experience, specialization), and the study used the survey descriptive approach, and the tool was represented in the scale developed ( niehoff & moorman, 1993) to collect data, and it was applied to a simple random sample of 334 female teachers, and the results reached showed that the level of organizational citizenship behavior for primary school teachers in Buraidah obtained a total average (4.04 out of 5), that is, to a large degree, At the dimensional level; After civility, the highest mean was obtained (4.38), followed by civilized behavior with an average (4.24), both with an estimate (very large), followed by the conscience dimension with an average (4.05), then altruism after an average (4.04) and finally The mathematical dimension is an average of (3.48) and it is all rated (large), while the proposals got an average of (2.64 out of 3), i.e. important (with a great degree). There are also statistically significant differences in the level of organizational citizenship behavior attributable to the different years of experience, while there are no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational citizenship behavior due to the difference in specialization, except for the dimension of the conscience in favor of scientific specializations, and based on the results a set of recommendations and proposals were made to improve the level of organizational citizenship behavior for female primary school teachers in the city of Buraidah and the whole of the Kingdom.

Many kinds of research on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had generated findings that OCB is considered one of the main ways to increase organizations’ effectiveness. This study examines factors that have a relationship with OCB, namely, organizational climate and personality. This study was conducted among Primary School teachers at Cileungsi District, Bogor, Indonesia. The sample for the study consisted of 152 permanent teachers derived randomly from its population  which is 245 Primary School teachers. The study mainly utilized quantitative data (from questionnaires). Regression and correlational analysis were applied, with that the relationship among variables found. The findings revealed that the school organizational climate had a positive and significant relationship with OCB. Similarly, teachers’ personalities had a positive and significant relationship with OCB. Both school organizational climate and teachers’ personalities simultaneously had a strong positive and significant relationship with OCB. Further analysis was conducted to find out which indicators of those variables that had a dominant influence on OCB. Based on the indicator analysis results, this study proposed some recommendations toward Primary School Principals at Cileungsi District, Bogor to strengthen indicators of Organizational Climate and Personality that have a high coefficient of correlation with OCB. By strengthening those indicators it can be predicted will improve teachers’ OCB.

This study aims to find out: (1) differences of organizational citizenship behavior in terms of organizational identification in PNS and honorary elementary school teachers (2) differences of organizational citizenship behavior in terms of organizational identification  (3) differences of organizational citizenship behavior in PNS and honorary elementary school teachers. The population was elementary school teachers in Wonosari Subdistrict, using cluster random sampling, a minimum sample of Slovin preliminaries was received by 174 teachers. With a sample of 87 honorary and 89 PNS teachers, uses citizenship organizational behavior (α = 0.907) and organizational identification scale (α = 0.854). With two-way Anova hypothesis test, it was found that there was no difference in organizational citizenship behavior in terms of organizational identification in PNS and honorary teachers (F = 0.974; p> 0.05), there were differences of organizational citizenship behavior in terms of organizational identification ​​( F = 36.768; p <0.05), and there were no differences of organizational citizenship behavior in PNS and honorary teachers (F = 0.139; p> 0.05). The results of the additional analysis prove that there is no difference of organizational citizenship behavior in terms of years of service, gender, age, and salary.

This research aimed at investigating the influence of organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior of Islamic elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru. The population of this research was teachers of Islamic elementary schools in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique of this research was simple random sampling which consisted of 164 samples. This research used two instruments: organizational climate and job satisfaction instruments, and organizational citizenship behavior. The validity of data was conducted with 3 experts which consisted of one expert of primary education and 2 experts of educational management. The reliability of 3 instruments was organization climate with Cronbach Alpha 0.84, job satisfaction with Cronbach Alpha 0.77, and organizational citizenship behavior with Cronbach Alpha 0.81. The analysis of data used SPSS Software Version 22.0. The research findings demonstrated that the descriptive level of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior was intermediate. However, it was significantly difference from climate organization. In addition, the inferential analysis with multiple regression about the influence of organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship was 80.8%. It means that other factors was 19.2%. Therefore, the principal required to establish a program to improve the influence the organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior of Islamic elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru.

The purpose of this study is mainly to describe the performance of primary school teachersin the unit of education technical implementation in Banyumanik, Semarang. This researchwas conducted in January- August 2017. The sample of this research is 162 primaryschool teachers selected by random sampling technique in order to get the same opportunityas sample. The instruments used in this study were the assessment sheets, the RatingSheet consisted of 64 items of question, and 3 indicators of Primary School TeacherPerformance. The results show that each of Implementation of lesson plans is categorizedvery well (90, 9%), the execution of the learning is 83.4%, assessment of learning is good(82.8%). The Overall performance of primary school teachers is categorized good( 85 , 7 % ). In other words, the primary school teachers of the unit of education technicalimplementation in Banyumanik Semarang can arrange the lesson plans, carry out learningand teaching process and assess the learning process in elementary school.

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. Population of this research is all employees at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung totaling 105 people. The sampling technique of this study is Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 104 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Data analysis in this study using Analysis of Moment Structure using IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The results showed that: (1) financial compensation did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Gunung Lima refinery, (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (4) financial compensation has significant effect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT.Kilang Lima Gunung through job satisfactionKeywords: Financial compensation; job satisfaction; organization citizenship behavior

<em>The purpose of this service is to train primary school teachers in Surakarta city to have the ability to optimize the role of a teacher to involve parents and the community in the implementation of learning so that specifically this activity aims to train teachers to have the ability to compile contact books and worksheets. The method used in this service begins the Workshop, Practices, and Implementation. In conducting this training, subjects were asked to work on tests related to the preparation of connection books and worksheets for elementary school teachers. Analysis of the data used is pre-test and post-test. The results of this activity were an increase in teacher's knowledge and understanding of the preparation of connection books and worksheets</em>
