The Data and Information Center (PUSDATIN) is the main facility for disaster management. Integrated data is the main support in determining disaster management policies. The purpose of research is to built an integrated disaster information system to optimize the function of PUSDATIN. The research method used was interviews and data collection. This system was developed using MySQL and Dreamweaver. There are 3 (three) user levels : user, admin and super admin. The result is an integrated disaster information system on web-based that can be accessed by anyone, according to the level of user, users can execute CRUD commands smoothly, data redundancies can be reduced, and optimization of BPBD resources by using PUSDATIN as 1 (one) gate data. The conclusion of this research is this web-based integrated disaster information system running well and has a positive effect on the performance of PUSDATIN as a traffic data center for disasters and fires.

Development Natural Disaster Information Geografis System is a website service utilizing digital map service. To facilitate the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Community of Madiun Regency in providing and receiving information about the occurrence of Natural Disasters in Madiun District, the need for the application of information systems. The information system can display the points where the Natural Disasters occur. With the Information System, everyone can see the location of the map of the disaster occurrence area along with the description of the area. in this study developed a "Natural Disaster Information System at Madiun district". System development using Build and Fix method, because it is considered fast in making the system. The built system can be expected to assist BPBD officers in performing their duties. So that the system built must have the ability to form information accurately the occurrence of natural disasters. <p>Indonesia is geographically located in the disaster vulnerable area and frequently hit by various disasters such as earthquake, flood, etc. So that Indonesian people aware that the disaster information system is very important. Thus, the development of information and communication technology application is needed for disaster management. For this purpose, this paper proposes on the development of online disaster information system based on location based service (LBS) technology by using short message service (SMS) gateway and global positioning system (GPS). Then,the web-based prototype of online disaster information system is designed and developed as the media to provide information of location and situation of the disaster area. Furthermore, a user interface is also designed and developed to transmit input data as the location information using manual SMS and automatically using smartphone based on SMS/GPS. The research method used in this research is a spiral method that begins with conceptual design, prototype development, application test, and evaluation. The results of this research are the web-based information system and the implemented user interface application (we called ASIKonLBS) for Android based smartphone. The online mapping of input data from smartphone to the web-based system has been tested. It shows that the disaster location information can be mapped to Google Maps timely and accurately that can be accessed using the Internet connection. The evaluation to mapping delay time shows that it is lower than the refresh time of the web-based system. Therefore, the proposed online system can be categorized as a real-time system.</p>

Mosques not only serve as the main support for ritual worship activities that function to improve mental and spiritual health, but have also been used for various other social activities. Likewise, the architectural design of the mosque, its name, program, management, characteristics of the congregation, and others have also improved tremendously. This paper, apart from giving an appreciation of the increase in the growth and development of mosques with various related aspects, will also analyze it from an educational perspective. This effort, apart from accelerating the increase in equal distribution of opportunities for education in the broadest sense, is also expected to support the achievement of the quality of education in the religious field in particular.</em></p><p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Peran dan fungsi masjid juga mengalami perkembangan luar biasa. Mesjid tidak hanya berperan sebagai pendukung utama kegiatan ibadah ritual yang berfungsi meningkatkan kesehatan mental spiritual, melainkan juga telah digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan lainnya. Demikian pula desain arsitektur masjid, nama, program, manajemen pengelolaan, karakteristik jamaah dan lainnya juga mengalami peningkatan yang luar biasa. Tulisan ini selain memberikan apresiasi terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan masjid dengan berbagai aspeknya yang terkait, juga akan menganalisisnya dari perspektif pendidikan. Upaya ini selain akan mempercepat peningkatan pemerataan kesempatan memperoleh pendidikan dalam arti yang seluas-luasnya, juga diharapkan dapat menopang capaian mutu pendidikan bidang keagamaan khususnya.</p>

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> The accelerated developments in information technology in recent years, increased the amount of usage of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) in disaster management considerably and the access from mobile and web-based platforms to continuous, accurate and sufficient data needed for decision-making became easier accordingly.<br> The Disaster Management and Decision Support System (AYDES) has been developed with the purpose of managing the disaster and emergency management processes effectively and creating a management model based on an IT infrastructure and a decision support system required for both pre-disaster risk reduction &amp; preparation and post-disaster respond &amp; recovery stages. The system is a holistic platform integrated with many internal and external systems and services, including desktop, mobile and web-based applications that utilize GIS and RS technologies. AYDES has been prepared especially according to the content of the National Disaster Response Plan of Turkey and designed to be easily used by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), collaborative Ministries, private institutions and provincial organizations. AYDES is an integrated framework enabling the execution of processes effectively. AYDES already has approximately 6,200 active users from the central and provincial organizations of AFAD and other public institutions and organizations.<br> AYDES consists of three core components with their sub components, namely "Incident Command System", "Spatial Information System" and "Recovery Information System". Mobile software tools that can deliver real-time information to the web-based core components of AYDES that consists of applications used for mapping during both post-disaster damage detection and pre-disaster risk reduction. Additionally, in case of a need to disaster event inventories, potentially vulnerable assets, hazard &amp;ndash; risk data, affected areas of probable or actual disasters, damage detection results and such data and analyses, two software tools have been developed, namely AYDES-RS, a desktop image processing and analysis software and AYDES-CS, a web-based crowdsourcing software tool whereas two of them enable to allow the use of imagery acquired by remote (space/aerial) technologies for various analyses before and after a disaster. AYDES is a software, data and analysis platform that provide accurate and current disaster and emergency data, reports, statistics, job inspections, queries, analyses etc. at every stages before and after the disaster.</p>

This study aims to make it easier for donors who will donate without having to come to the place so that it is more effective and efficient. The development of this information system uses SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle), which includes four stages, namely planning, analysis, design and implementation. By implementing this information system application, it is hoped that it will facilitate fundraising activities during both pandemic and non-pandemic periods. Fundraising is the process of collecting contributions from donors. Through data analysis, it is known that religious factors, the influence of campaigns and platform innovations have a positive effect, while the social spirit of the community has a negative effect. Overall, all factors are very important in influencing people to donate through online crowdfunding. The results of this study indicate that the factors of people's social life have a negative impact, because people believe that if someone has a high standard of social life, they are more likely to choose to provide assistance or donations directly rather than using the online system.

ABSTRAKPelabuhan berperan sebagai fasilitas penunjang pusat pertumbuhan regional dalam proses pembangunan ekonomi wilayah. Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang diarahkan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi regional dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Kawasan Sabang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang adalah belum optimalnya peran dan fungsi Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang dalam menunjang perekonomian wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang dalam mendorong perkembangan perekonomian Kawasan Sabang. Lingkup materi yang dibahas mencakup peran-peran Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang, menentukan potensi dan masalah serta upaya-upaya peningkatan peran Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT IFAS-EFAS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dalam kurun waktu 4 (empat) tahun terakhir dari tahun 2010-2013, Pelabuhan Bebas Sabang belum optimal dalam menjalankan perannya, sehingga membutuhkan strategi pengembangan dengan pendekatan Agressive Maintenance Strategy (strategi perbaikan agresif), yaitu strategi konsolidasi internal dengan memperbaiki faktor-faktor kelemahan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan peluang.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, SWOT IFAS-EFAS, WilayahABSTRACTPort was supporting facility of regional growth center in the process of regional economic development. Sabang free port was directed as the center of regional economic growth and expected to raise the economy of sabang. Problems faced by sabang free port was yet optimal role and function in supporting the economy of the region. This study aimed to determine the role of sabang free port in supporting the economic development of sabang. The covered material scope included roles of sabang free port, determining the potentials and problems and efforts of increasing the role of sabang free port. The method of analysis was descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approach. The analytical tool used was the swot ifas-efas analysis. The analysis results showed in the period of 4 (four) years from 2010 until 2013, sabang free port was not optimal in carrying out its role yet, so it requires development strategies with agressive maintenance strategy approach, which is internal consolidation strategy by improving vulnerability factors to maximize the utilization of opportunities.Keywords:, Management, Regional, SWOT IFAS-EFAS

To fulfill the prospective student's information need about student admission, Gunadarma University has already many kinds of services which are time limited, such as website, book, registration place, Media Information Center, and Question Answering’s website (UG-Pedia). It needs a service that can serve them anytime and anywhere. Therefore, this research is developing the UGLeo as a web based QA intelligence chatbot application for Gunadarma University's student admission portal. UGLeo is developed by MegaHal style which implements the Markov Chain method. In this research, there are some modifications in MegaHal style, those modifications are the structure of natural language processing and the structure of database. The accuracy of UGLeo reply is 65%. However, to increase the accuracy there are some improvements to be applied in UGLeo system, both improvement in natural language processing and improvement in MegaHal style.
