The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intergovernmental transfers fund and the region's autonomy in financing public welfare at local government (municipal and districts) in West Java. This research employs survey with verification approach, and documentation as data collection techniques. Financial data is taken from the report of the budget realization published by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK), the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The the data of public welfare is taken from the report of human development index (HDI) published by the central agency statistics (BPS) in 2011-2014. The results show that increasing the amount of intergovernmental transfers fund and the level of the region's autonomy in finance have impacts in improving the HDI as a measurement of public welfare

Abstract Selling and buying activities have been done often since long ago, and this study will be discussed about the use of technological advances, especially in the field of financial management by utilizing e-commerce. When carrying out financial data collection, staff can make recapitulation by writing each transaction in the ledger, then counting the data to be  the income information. However, the process is not in tune with current technological progress, because it still use a data collection process that requires a lot of time and energy. Thus, to overcome this problem, e-commerce websites are used so that it can manage finances accurately and quickly. In this study, there are 4 (four) problems that will be overcome with 2 (two) methods, and 1 (one) solution as the answer. The advantages of e-commerce website is that it has an informative viewboard regarding financial management, which can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so it is concluded that the use of e-commerce website is able to overcome the problems found in the financial management field of Raharja Internet Cafe at Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

Governments around the world have realized that development of infrastructure require huge capital and governments’ revenues are not adequate to develop the required infrastructure. Finance is an essential part of infrastructure development. Whether it is government, public or private sectors which undertake to develop infrastructure, they require different forms of finance. Understanding the financing patterns of companies is an empirical issue. This paper aims at ascertaining the financing patterns of infrastructure companies. We use the financial data of 306 Indian companies in different sectors in India and present the analysis of financing pattern for four sectors. Financing pattern of sample companies has been studied by using 20 different ratios. Result shows that the financing patterns in the construction, steel, cement and power sectors companies in India have used more debt, that too short term debt, to finance their assets as well the operations. Companies in most of these sectors have not been able to generate adequate revenues to service the debts. The result also shows that there is a significant difference in the financing pattern of different infrastructure sectors. The results of the study may be used by investors, policy makers, researchers. Further study may be undertaken to analyse the individual companies in each sector to know the financing pattern.

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the financial structure of church members. The dilemma when it comes to paying offerings and tithing or making a living. Based on this dilemma gap, the purpose of this study is to describe the offerings and tithes of the Natar district congregation and to analyze the faithfulness of church members in paying tithes and offerings. This research method was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used were financial data from the church treasurer about offerings and tithes giver. The first stage was to create a data graph to see the giving unit and the second stage was analyze the economic situation of the congregation and the level of faithfulness of the congregation. The results of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic research increase the faith of church members through the provision of integrated offerings that increase during the pandemic and the giving of tithes given every month. Evidence of increased faith is that they are more enthusiastic and active in preaching the gospel.

With the number of data transactions that occur, if data collection is done manually much time wasted for financial data processing. Because many stages to be done to be able to produce financial statements. The resulting data is not necessarily accurate and appropriate. Accounting applications have been created to facilitate in making decisions on the business run. The use of computer accounting applications is very efficient and effective for a businessman or a trader in running his business. Processing financial data that only live input transaction data alone, can produce the desired report for decision making. By using Zahir Accounting the ease given is indeed designed as simple as possible so that users can easily understand the features provided. In the processing of data that has been inputted directly form the journal and also the financial statements. So it is very effective and efficient if using computer accounting application Zahir Accounting 5.1 version either beginners or professional.

This study aims to determine the financial performance of all local governments in Indonesia. This study uses financial data from all the districts/cities and provinces in Indonesia from 2013 to 2015. The data collection techniques used in this study is documentation. This research used descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The results of the study show that the government's financial performance in Indonesia has been effective but inefficient. This is evident from the ratio of the financial effectiveness ratio of local governments in Indonesia in 2013-2015 in the range of 102-121%, but the ratio of financial efficiency of local governments in Indonesia in 2013 to 2015 was in the range of 99% -104%. Financial performance that is not optimal from this local government is because during 2013-2015 the contribution of taxes and regional retribution on Regional Original Income was low so that in the end it caused the level of income received by the regional government to be not too large
