Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri, bimbingan karir, penguasaan soft skill, dan kompetensi kejuruan secara parsial dan simultan pada kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang. Populasi disini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang sebanyak 93 siswa dan semuanya digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows Release 21. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa praktik kerja industri, bimbingan karir, penguasaan soft skill, dan kompetensi kejuruan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 59,2%. Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 6,71%. Bimbingan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 5,86% Penguasaan soft skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 5,34%. Kompetensi kejuruan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 5,43%.   The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of industrial work practices, career guidance, soft skills capability, and vocational competence partially and simultaneously on the work readiness of class XI Office Administration SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang. The population in this research was all students of class XI Office Administration of SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang as many as 93 students and all are used as research samples, so it was concluded that this research was population research. Data collection methods using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive percentage analysis. and multiple regression analysis method using SPSS for Windows Release 21. The results of the analysis show that industrial work practices, career guidance, soft skills capability, and vocational competency has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 59.2%. Industrial work practices has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 6.71%. Career guidance has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 5.86% Soft skill capability has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 5.34%. Vocational competence has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 5.43%.

Based on BPS in 2019, the highest middle class unemployment force is for SMK graduates, which is 11.24% of the total 7 million people. Based on this, it can be seen that the purpose and function of this vocational high school is not yet well underway, because with a ratio of 51% of Vocational High Schools and 49% of the total number of students absorbed by the industrial world to SMK graduates, only 35% while high school graduates 65%. This study aims to find a correlation between industry work practice experience on work readiness research was an ex post facto study. The study population consisted of TKR students who were carrying out industrial work practices in the official workshop of Indomobil Nissan Datsun in East Java in 2019. Data collection techniques were in the form of questionnaires for industrial work experience experience variables (X₁), work interest (X₂) and self-confidence (X₃), and for the work readiness variable there are three domains, cognitive and psychomotor domains, data collection in the form of tests, and affective domain variables in the form of observation. Data analysis of this study using multiple regression and assisted using SPSS for Windows. The results of this study are expected to There is a positive correlation between apprenticeship experience on work readiness (sig. Cognitive domain value of 0.001; sig. Affective domain value of 0.031; and psychomotor domain sig value of 0.004) in TKR students who are implementing apprenticeship in Indomobil's official workshop Nissan Datsun in East Java in 2019.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara individual dan simultan prestasi belajar akuntansi komputer, kompetensi pedagogik guru, lingkungan sekolah, dan praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan sasaran siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Sampel sebanyak 207 siswa dipilih dari lima sekolah mewakili lima wilayah di Yogyakarta dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar akuntansi komputer, kompetensi pedagogik guru, lingkungan sekolah, dan praktik kerja industri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 47,9%. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja seorang siswa. Kesiapan kerja dapat dipengaruhi dan dibentuk oleh pengalaman. Faktor lingkungan yang dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja yaitu lingkungan sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik guru yang mengajar dan keberhasilan mereka dalam praktik kerja industri.WORK READINESS OF ACCOUNTING PROGRAM STUDENTS AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLThis study was aimed at determining the influence of individual and simultaneous computer accounting learning achievement, teacher pedagogical competence, school environment and industrial work practices on work readiness of the students of vocational accounting expertise program in Yogyakarta. This study was a causal associative research, with the students of class XII in the Accounting Skills Program of Vocational School in Special Region of Yogyakarta in the academic year 2018/2019 as the research subject. The sample of 207 students were selected from five schools representing five regions in Yogyakarta using purposive sampling technique. Questionnaires and documentation were used as the data collection techniques. The data were then analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method. The results show that computer accounting learning achievement, teacher pedagogical competence, school environment and industrial work practices had a positive and significant effect on student work readiness with an effective contribution of 47.9%. Many factors affect a person’s work readiness. Work readiness can be influenced and shaped by the experience. Whereas environmental factors that can affect work readiness are the school environment, the pedagogical competence of the teachers and their success in industrial work practices.

<p><em>This research aims to know</em> <em>how many students are ready and less ready to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Hopefully, the results of this research can provide solutions and recommendations regarding actions that universities should take, especially students, to be better prepared to face the industrial revolution 4.0. The number of samples used was 49 IKIP PGRI Jember students and final-semester students (semester 7 ≥). The data collection method uses a work readiness scale with 20 questions and 5 alternative answers, while data analysis uses data and uses the Rasch model. The results showed that 38 students (78%) had high job readiness, while the rest were classified as moderate. The elements of the student work-readiness scale item (item measure) show that the ability to work in IKIP PGRI Jember student teams is very high, exceeding other items.</em></p>

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of learning motivation and industrial work practices on the work readiness students of class XII in business management vocational schools in Solok city. This reseach is descriptive associative. The population in this study is all students class XII of business management vocational schools in Solok city using primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is path analysis using the SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that:1. Learning motivation has a positive and signifivant effect on Industrial work practices 2. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on work readiness 3. The Objectives of this study to find out about job readiness factors after the students practical experience working wood construction engineering industry and production design woodwork SMK 58 Jakarta. Where the research was conducted in 58 SMK Jakarta majoring in construction engineering and design wood wood craft production from May to June 2013.This research method using survey methods. The population in this study is the class XI students majoring in Construction Engineering and Production Design Wood Craft Wood as many as 59 students and a sample of 49 students is determined by the sampling technique using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire to gather data readiness factors working students after work experience industry practices. Reliability of the results obtained from the calculation of the value of r for job readiness factors, namely the value of 0.97 for the questionnaire that has been distributed to students.From the research that has been done on students, student work readiness factor that answers to the questionnaire students work readiness indicator has a mean value of 3.49. On indicators of industry experience work practices questionnaire answers students have an average value of 3.43.It can be concluded that the students' work readiness indicator most dominant and has the highest average value is 3.49. This suggests that high job readiness of every student after the experience of industrial work practices. Need for improvement in preparing students for industrial work practices in order to maximize the students to follow the practice of industry, labor and the role of government in the distribution of work graduate students SMK 58 Jakarta in particular and SMK in general
