Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of learning motivation and industrial work practices on the work readiness students of class XII in business management vocational schools in Solok city. This reseach is descriptive associative. The population in this study is all students class XII of business management vocational schools in Solok city using primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is path analysis using the SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that:1. Learning motivation has a positive and signifivant effect on Industrial work practices 2. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on work readiness 3. AbstractThis study aims to determine the factors that affect learning in SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong with test and seek the path coefficient correlation coefficient, determine the causal relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables determine the factors that most influence on student achievement. To answer these objectives researchers using Path Analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, where the data obtained from the questionnaires filled by the respondent and then the data is processed using Path Analysis with SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results showed bahwafaktor most influence on student achievement is a great method of learning with the influence of 0,261 and a significant relationship between the factors studied were composed of variations of teachers teaching, interest in learning, learning methods, intelligence and motivation of students studying on student achievement.Keywords: Path Analysis, variation teachers teach, interest in learning, learning methods, learning motivation, intelligence of students.

The kind of this research is causal descriptive. The research population is all students at grade XI of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency. Number of the population is 750 students in 2016/2017 academic year. The sample was taken by using the technic of Proportional Random Sampling. The research sampling is 261 students out of the whole population. Primary data in this research is taken from questionnaire given to the respondents, and the secondary data, is related to the research object which is presented by other authorities in the form of students learning achievement in final semester examination (UAS) in social science subject. The technic of data analysis is path  analysis with SPSS program 15.0 Version. The research findings are: (1) Learning facilities has significant influence  toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (2) Learning interest has significant influence  toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (3) Learning environment has significant influence  toward students learning motivation in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency (4) Learning facilities have significant influence  toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(5) Learning interest has significant influence  toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(6) Learning environment has significant influence  toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency(7) Learning motivation has significant influence  toward students learning achievement in social science subject of vocational schools in Tanah Datar Regency.

Penelitian  bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri, lingkungan keluarga dan minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik kelas XII bidang keahlian bisnis dan manajemen SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis Jenis  penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi  penelitian sejumlah 732 sampel sebesar 288  berpedoman pada formula 10%-55% dengan metode claster random sampling kelas. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan  kuesioner.  Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  terdapat pengaruh positif  yang signifikan praktik kerja industri, lingkungan keluarga dan minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik kelas XII bidang kehlian bisnis dan manajeman SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Sleman Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja memberikan  sumbangan efektif sebesar  9,58% dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 47,84. Lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja memberikan  sumbangan efektif sebesar1,54% dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 7,69%. Minat Kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 8,90%  dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 44,47%. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan praktik kerja industri, lingkungan keluarga dan minat kerja secara bersama terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik SMK, sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,2%. Effect of Industrial Work Practics, Family Environment, and Work Readiness Student in the Business and Management Skills of Vocational High Schools AbstractThe study aims to determine the effect of industrial work practices, family environment and work interest on work readiness of grade12 students in the field of business expertise and management of State Vocational Schools throughout Sleman Regency in the Academic Year 2018/2019. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students in grade 12 in the field of Business and Management expertise in the Vocational High School throughout Sleman Regency with a total of 732 samples of 288 by referring to the formula of 10% to 55% with the class claster random sampling method.Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that there were significant positive influences on industrial work practices, family environment and work interest in the work readiness of 12th grade students in the field of business and management of State Vocational Schools throughout Sleman Regency in the 2018/2019 school year both individually and jointly. Industrial work practices on work readiness make an effective contribution of 9.58% and relative contributions of 47.84. The family environment for work readiness makes an effective contribution of 1.54% and the relative contribution is 7.69%. Work interest in work readiness provides an effective contribution of 8.90% and relative contribution of 44.47%. There is a significant positive influence on industrial work practices, family environment and joint work interest on vocational readiness of vocational students, effective contribution of 19.2%.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gamification, e-service quality and e-trust variables on online purchase decision through online purchase intention at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City. This type of research is using a quantitative approach. The nature of this research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and a list of questions that measure it using a Likert scale. The sample in this study is the community in Medan City at least 17 years old, has a Shopee marketplace application and is a consumer who has purchased and used the Shopee marketplace at least 1 time as many as 175 respondents. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents in this study. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. Statistical results show that the majority of respondents agree with all the statements shared. The results of the research on the first substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000, e-service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.836 and e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000. The results of the research on the second substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.031, e-service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.721, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.002 and online purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.000. The path analysis test using the sobel test shows that online purchase intention is able to mediate between gamification and e-trust with online purchase decision, but online purchase intention are not able to mediate e-service quality with online purchase decision. Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.

PurposeEducation system supplies the required manpower in order to ensure the national prosperity. A salient link between education and business sector is a prerequisite to cater economically productive manpower. Economic and social development supplements each other that can only be ensured via a functional education system. A dysfunction education system created by a biased clustering policy develops a greater horizontal and vertical mismatch with the job market in many developing nations. This mismatch dents the quality of business management that halts the national prosperity. Therefore, the role of education has become questionable. This research aims to bridge between education and business sectors.Design/methodology/approachGiven the differentiated nature of research questions, multiple techniques are used to collect the data. However, this research bears the norms of qualitative method. Both secondary and primary data are used. While, secondary data are collected by the banks, Bangladesh Bureau of Educational Information and Statistics (BANBEIS) and by the University Grants Commission (UGC), primary data are collected through interviews. Document review and data collected through personal communication with members of staff of sampled banks and institutes of HE also supplements. Data were collected from six commercial banks and from the Central Bank.FindingsFindings suggest that clustering system favours science graduates by depriving business counterpart, which creates an atmosphere of educational disparity. This disparity affects the symbiotic and reciprocal relationship that exists amongst different provisions (i.e. secondaryand tertiary) of education. Favoured clustering system further contributes for a larger “horizontal educational mismatch” with job market. Therefore, science graduates occupy the places in the banks where business graduates should ideally be employed. Being a dysfunction system, education fails to support substantially for social and economic developments.Originality/valueA few studies are conducted in the area of HE in Bangladesh but none covers the issue of impact of clustering system of education in secondary provision on HE and job market. Graduates' performance in carrying out the jobs is seen as the most important element for the business management. This study has suggested a unique way forward which would be able to reduce the mismatch between education system and job market, enabling a substantial business management process. Considering this, the paper is first on its kind.

The tourism sector is one important sector that can contribute to improving the regional economy. However, the implementation of product and tariff strategies that are not optimal can have an impact on the low sales value and profits, and in turn affect regional revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of product strategy performance, tariff strategy and sales value on profits. Using a quantitative approach, the population in this study is 20 tourist destinations in DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documents and related literature. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate product strategy, tariff strategy, and sales value have a partial and simultaneous effect both on profit. The dominant variables in this study are (1) the application of the tariff strategy as a determinant of sales value and (2) the application of the product strategy as a determinant of profit.Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting yang bisa berkontribusi bagi peningkatan perekonomian daerah. Namun demikian, penerapan strategi produk dan tarif yang tak maksimal dapat berdampak pada rendahnya nilai penjualan serta laba yang diperoleh, dan pada gilirannya memengaruhi penerimaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja strategi produk, strategi tarif dan nilai penjualan terhadap laba usaha. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 destinasi wisata di Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen dan literatur-literatur terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi produk, strategi tarif, dan nilai penjualan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap laba. Variabel dominan dalam penelitian ini ialah (1) penerapan strategi tarif sebagai determinan penjualan dan (2) penerapan strategi produk sebagai determinan laba.

This study aims to find out that there is an increase in the use of teaching aids so that they are motivated to study in Grade III Islamic Elementary School Datok Sulaiman Palopo, To find out student learning motivation can be improved by using teaching aids in class III Islamic Elementary School Datok Sulaiman Palopo. (PTK) which consists ofB two cycles each cycle carried out 3 meetings with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were Grade III Islamic SD Datok Sulaiman Palopo students in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year with 28 students. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. data obtained shows that the average value in class III before the use of props in prasiklus 53.39. In the first cycle researchers have used teaching aids and the results of the average student scores are 80.53, but in this learning there are still a number of students who have not been maximal and researchers plan to make improvements and continue to cycle II. Then the average student score reaches 89.82. Based on completeness criteria (KKM) in mathematics subjects have achieved results and researchers ended this study until the second cycle.
