The legal regime of official works has a complex dichotomous construction. The issues connected with the creation of an official work are subject to the labour law, while the issues of official work usage are governed by copyright. The protection issues of lighting design works have their own characteristics due to technical, artistic creativity and use of special technologies. These objects are subject to copying, and because of this fact a lot of legal issues in the field of not only copyright, but contract law arise. The authors of the article aim to determine the signs of creativity for the recognition of a lighting design work as an object of copyright; to develop the criteria for assessing the identity of a design work, created under a contract, and the result of creative activity, the rights to which are transferred to the customer; to identify subjects of copyright for lighting design works. The article uses special legal methods (comparative legal method, formallegal method and system analysis of legal phenomena method). On the assumption of Article 1295 provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, it can be concluded that it is possible to conclude an agreement on granting the employer the exclusive right to official lighting works, which were not yet created at the time of concluding such an agreement. The absence of a direct prohibition on the transfer or alienation of the exclusive right in respect of a future work may lead to the probability of recognizing such a contract as not concluded due to the inconsistency of its subject matter. In foreign jurisdictions, there is a ban on inclusion in the agreement of the condition on the result of intellectual activity not yet created (future works). At the same time, in advance to accurately identify the official work, which is to be created by the employee during his labour activity, should not deprive of legal force the contract on the use of official works by the employer. The article proves that the lack of definiteness of the subject, provided that such a subject can be classified as definable, does not entail recognition of this contract as not concluded, and its subject matter is not harmonized.

In lighting design, the main concept is to achieve a healthy environment, which addresses energy efficiency, cost, maintenance, and quality. User-friendly lighting systems shall be adopted to architecture and interior architecture. User control over the lighting system is important, by dimming or increasing light output, by changing the colour of the light sets the inner atmosphere and affects user mood. Standards and codes on lighting shall also be evaluated by means of these topics. The paper aims to analyse how the luminous environment is affective on the perceived environment. Hence, a series of experimental studies and recent research will be evaluated in regard to understanding and designing luminous environment.

This paper considers the fundamental problem of artificial lighting in various types and scales of industrial facilities, focusing on exterior lighting design solutions. There is a lack of interest from investors, customers and society in highquality lighting design for industrial facilities in Russia, which in many cities are very imaginative structures, practically unused in the evening. Architectural lighting of various types of installations is illustrated with photographs. The purpose of the article is to draw attention to the aesthetic value of industrial structures, provided not only by the architectural, but also by a welldesigned lighting solution.

On a magazine cover consists of drawings and writings are arranged in such a way that looks interesting and has meaning Press publications, especially magazines, today's not enough just to rely on the quality of news or manuscript, although verbal aspect is very important. It must be recognized that the visual aspects (design) as the cover / envelope has crucial role to capture the prospective reader. For the cover of a magazine is a window that shows the content information, can be either a text or photographs, illustrations, and design elements. The function of a magazine cover is to attract, dazzle prospective readers, by way influence the thoughts flow in a short time. So it's no wonder much current the magazine publisher who made the cover of such a way as to attract the attention of prospective readers. Thus the task of designers to magazine cover to create designs that attract the attention of the reader becomes increasingly severe. This study tries to analyze a visual on the front cover Magazine Graphic Design 'Concept' birthday inaugural edition by using the Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. As Roland Barthes (1984), any simple "design work (magazine cover)" continue to play in management of the sign. So that will generate a message (image) specific. Design cover, usually contains the elements of the sign in the form of objects, context of the environment, people or other beings who provide meaning to objects, and text (of writing) that reinforce the meaning.Keyword: cover, magazine Concept, semiotics

One-solving methods and techniques necessary to avoid inefficiencies and not economic costs as well as reduce the cost of housing construction is the method of Value Engineering. Value engineering is a method and cost control techniques to analyze a function to its value at the lowest cost alternative (most economical) without reducing the quality desired. At the writing of this study used a comparison method by comparing the initial design to the design proposal of the author. In the housing projects Upgrading Tirto Penataran Asri type 70, the application of Value Engineering conducted on the job a couple walls and roofs pair by replacing some work items with a more economical alternative but does not change the original function and high aesthetic level and still qualify safe. For that performed the step of determining a work item, the alternative stage, the analysis stage, and the stage of recommendations to get a Value Engineering application and cost savings against the wall a couple of work items and partner roof. The proposed design as compared to the initial design. Work items discussed was the work of a couple wall having analyzed obtained savings of Rp. 2,747,643.56 and the work of the roof pair obtained savings of Rp. 2,363,446.80. Thus the total overall savings gained is Rp 5,111,090.36 or savings of 0048%.
