The purpose of this research is to study the effect of leadership, organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior on service quality of the Chairman of the study program at the State University of Jakarta. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population was Chairmen of the study program of Universities Jakarta. The research sample was 64 Chairmen of the study program selected randomly. Data were obtained from questionnaires and, then, analyzed using descriptive statistics, path analysis and inferential statistics. These results indicate that the Leadership has a direct positive effect on Service Quality, Organizational Support has a direct positive effect on Service Quality, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a direct positive effect on Service Quality, Leadership has a direct positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Support has a direct positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the Leadership has a direct positive effect on Organizational Support. Thus, to improve the service quality, the Leadership, as well as the Organizational Support and OCB, should be improved.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, training and Perceived Organizational Support on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hotel Employees in the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive causative. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. While the time of the study was conducted in 2018. The population in this study were 4-star hotel contract employees in the city of Padang with a sample of 106 people taken by cluster random sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, training has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords : Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Training, Perceived Organizational Support

This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of Transformational Leadership and Employee Integrity through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Against Employee Innovation at Regency / City Inspectorates in North Sulawesi Province. This research is a quantitative study, using a survey method with a causal approach, with data analysis techniques using Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Research respondents numbered 200 employees at the District / City Inspectorate in North Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicate that 1) Transformational leadership has a direct and positive effect on employee innovation. The better the leadership at the regional Inspectorate adopts the transfrormational leadership style, the better the innovator will be at the regional inspectorate. 2) Integrity has a direct and positive effect on employee innovation. The more integrity with APIP Regional Inspectorate, the better will be innovations in the field of supervision. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a direct and positive effect on employee innovation. The better the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the APIP Regional Inspectorates, the innovations of the APIP in the field of supervision will also increase. 4) Transformational leadership has a direct and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The better the leadership at the regional Inspectorate adopts the transformational leadership style, the more it increases organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) from the APIP. 5) Employee integrity has a direct and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The more integrated the APIP regional Inspectorate, the better the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the APIP. 6) Transformational leadership has an indirect and positive effect on employee innovation through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). 7) Employee integrity has an indirect and positive effect on employee innovation through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of power and trust on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used survey method with path analysis. Sample in this research was used multi stage simple random sampling The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of power on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of Motivation  on teacher organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a positive direct effect of power on motivation.

Organizations have long been interested in how employees think and feel his work and what causes employees are willing to dedicate themselves to the organization. The researchers found a variable motivational leadership style that leads to the formation of positive attitudes of the officials who in turn can improve employee job performance. The objective of this research are to study the effect integrative leadership on  organizational justice, employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with teachers at SMA/SMK/MAN/MAS di kota Madiun as respondents. This research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. The samples of this research were 409 teachers, selected non-randomly. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed by using the descriptive statistics and path analysis in inferential statistics. The results of the research can be concluded that: integrative leadership has a positive significant effect on organizational justice; integrative leadership significant positive effect on employee engagement; integrative leadership significant positive effect on employee engagement on OCB.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational support perception and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variabel in the Pamong Praja Police Unit of Yogyakarta City.The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The result Perception organizational support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Perception organizational support has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Perception organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable , and Work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keyword: Perception Organizatioinal Support, Work Environment, OCB, and Job Satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of trust and job satisfaction on teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Junior High School of Private Districts Tangerang. The research used survey method applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting used questionnaire. There were 273 teachers used as samples and selected by simple random sampling. For data analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to get more detailed results related to trust, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables. The result of the research indicated that 1) there was a direct positive effect of trust to teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 2) there was a direct positive effect of job satisfaction to teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior; and 3) there was a direct positive effect of trust to job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment to OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember. The research population was employees of PT. Smartfren Jember numbered 120 people. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional sampling. The numbers of samples of this study were 50 people scattered in all parts of PT. Smartfren Jember. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) Job satisfaction had a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember; 2) Organizational Culture has a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember; 3) Motivation has a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember; 4) Organizational commitment has a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember; 5) Job satisfaction, organizational culture, motivation, organizational commitment simultaneously have a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember

The purpose of this research to study the effect of personality, organizational climate and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers at public vocational high schools in Central Jakarta Administration city of Jakarta DKI Jakarta province. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. The population of this research is all civil servant teachers at 14 public vocational high schools in Central Jakarta Administration city area. The number of samples of the study were 212 teachers who were taken with the Slovin formula of a population of 451 teachers. The data collection research by questionnaires and then analyzed for statistically descriptive and inferential statistical path analysis. Based on the research hypothesis testing of the study found,  1)there is a direct positive effect of Personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2)there is a direct positive effect of Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 3)there is a direct positive effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 4)there is a direct positive effect of Personality on Job Satisfaction, and 5)there is a direct positive effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction

Organizational citizenship behavior has been recognized as an important variable for every organization both in academicians and practitioners. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of organizatinal citizenship behavior as mediator on the relationship between perceived organizational support, job characteritics and knowledge sharing. The number of respondents in this study was 37 employees of the Civil Servants in the Public Works and Public Housing Agency of the West Sumatra Region of Padang City. The results of analysis revealed that perceived organizational support and job characteristics did not affect directly knowledge sharing. However, perceived organizational support was found to have positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior while job characteristics did not influence organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, organizational citizenship behavior was found to have positive effect on knowledge sharing. In addition, organizational citizenship behavior was proven to mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing. However, it did not mediate the relationship between job characteristics and knowledge sharing.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of quality of work life (QWL) and reward on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used quantitative approach. The research was conducted to all of state elementary schools teachers in the district of Babelan Bekasi by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Population in this research were 129 teachers of Estate Elementary School.The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of quality of work life (QWL) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of reward on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a direct positive effect of quality of work life (QWL) on reward. Therefore to enhance teachers organizational citizenship behavior can be carried out by quality of work life (QWL) and reward.
