The purpose of the article is to analyze the influence of ability, effort and support towards employee performance in Plaza Semanggi branch of Gramedia bookstore. Method used in this research is the correlation of Pearson’s product-moment and double regression. The gathered data from questionnaire result provided uses likert scale and primary data from the company. The research result is to identify employees’ ability, effort, and support of organization having strong relationship and significant influence towards employees’ performance in Plaza Semanggi branch’s Gramedia bookstore. Hopefully, the organization’s ability, effort and support could be increased and became main factor in increasing employees’ performance. Besides, it is expected that the research result could give input for the company, especially in Plaza Semanggi branch, to increase the employee’s performance, which later will give positive impact for company development.

This study aims to determine the motivation of work to mediate the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze 1) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 2) the effect of training on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 4) the influence of the work environment on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data through research on 62 respondents. Structural Equation is used to analyze data, using PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there are 1) positive and significant influence of training on employee performance 2) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance 3) positive and significant effect of training on employee performance through motivation 4) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance through motivation.

<em>Organizational learning has the potential to improve organizational performance. For any organization to sustain long term benefits it requires to establish a mechanism to tap the knowledge and use this knowledge in taking future decisions. This study tries to capture the role of Organizational Learning and Employee Motivation and its impact on the Employees’ Performance. The study is exploratory and descriptive in nature. The questionnaire used for primary data collection has its items collected and derived from various standardized questionnaires available. The analysis of the primary data shows that there is a positive correlation between Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance. On understanding Herzberg theory of motivation the study came to conclusion that employees consider hygiene factors of motivation more significant than the motivator factors. The motivation level of employees in an organization has positive impact on the overall performance of any organization. The study helps the organizations to understand the relationship between learning and performance considering motivation as a mediating variable. </em>

This paper aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees and compensation at PT. AL. A total of 31 employees of the construction division involved as respondents. Data were obtained through a questionnaire containing closed questions with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organization culture and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Organizational Culture and Compensation Against Employee Performance Company Regional Transportation Services Bogor City. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach with data collection technique through library data and field study conducted with questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this research is 60 rich people. Data analysis method used is product moment correlation coefficient, partial correlation, multiple, and multiple regression by using computer application to know whether or not strong relationship between variables is organizational culture and compensation on employee performance. Based on the result of research indicate that there is significant influence between work culture to employee performance as evidenced by result t arithmetic = 3,485&gt; t table = 2,002 and big influence given by organizational culture equal to 20,3%, and significant influence between compensation to employee performance evidenced by the results t arithmetic = 3.042&gt; t table = 2,002 and the magnitude of the effect given by the compensation of 12.3%, and there is a significant influence between organizational culture and compensation on employee performance as evidenced by the test results F arithmetic = 11.408&gt; F table = 3.159 and the magnitude of the influence given by organizational culture and compensation of 14.4%. Based on the results of existing research suggested the company should improve the quality of work and to evaluate the compensation for employees in the company, so that employees are expected to further improve in efforts to achieve performance.

PurposeThis study aims to examine, analyze and explain the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline to employee performance simultaneously and partially at PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia. Design/methodology/approachThe primary data used in this study come from questionnaire on respondents’ motivation, discipline, leadership style and employee performance. From 451 people as the population, 82 respondents who met the criteria as a sample were chosen by using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22. FindingsThe results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between leadership style, employee motivation and discipline on employee performance. The results also show that there is a positive and significant influence partially between leadership style, employee motivation and discipline on employee performance. Discipline is the variable of the most powerful influence on employee performance, so it needs special attention. Originality/valueThe respondents of this research work for a company which generates products through the work of hands (manual work) and aims to promote the products in the international market.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Purpose: The general objective of the study was to examine the effect of human capital management on employee performance at Co-operative Bank of Kenya.  The study was guided by three specific objectives namely; to analyze the effect of employee skills, employee perception and employee engagement on employee performance at Co-operative Bank of Kenya.  The study was anchored on theories of human capital and resource based view.Methodology: The study adopted a descriptive research design. This enabled the use of multiple methods for data collection and data analysis and purposive stratified random sampling technique was used with a target population of 198 employees and a sample size of 132. Primary data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire and analyzed quantitatively using descriptive and inferential statistics and presented using frequencies, percentages, tables and charts.Results: The study found out that human capital management has a strong influence on employee performance. The study therefore rejected the three null hypotheses and adopted the alternate hypothesis to indicate that there is statistical significance effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The findings revealed that employee skills have a statistical significant effect on employee performance. This was evident because the study found out that the bank develops its employees to take up more responsibilities and to improve on their performance.  The study also found out that the bank identifies the training needs of employees using a formal performance appraisal mechanism. The study also found out that employee perception also influence employee performance positively.  The study indicated that employees perceive that human capital management has a positive impact on skill development. The employees also perceive that they are recognized by the organization which has increased their self confidence ad as a result increased their performance. Employee engagement has also been proven to have a positive significant on employee performance. The employees feels that been engaged has increased their commitment. Engaging employees has helped the organization to achieve its objectives and goals. Contribution to theory, practice and policy: The study recommends that the organization should involve all the employees fully in decision making on decisions concerning development and conduct development on a yearly basis based on performance appraisal.

ABSTRACT PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Surabaya branch i. as a company that provides financing for credit to the General field of concentration on a Yamaha motorcycle financing. The presence of human resources at the company very important focused on self efficacy, motivation and performance of employees.  The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of self efficacy and motivation on performance of employees. The population used as respondents as many as 50 employees of the billing section. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square with the help of computer software to process data from a primary data collection. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence self efficacy on performance of employees, there are also positive and significant influence motivation on performance of employees.  Keyword:selfefficacy,motivation,employee performance

The Purpose of this research is to process, analyze, prove empirically and discuss: (a) the effect of perfrormance benefits on the performance of Sorong Maritime and Fisheries Polythecnic employess; (b) The influence of motivation on the performance of Sorong Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries employess; and (c) The join effect of performance and motivation allowance on the performance of Sorong Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries employees. This research was conducted in September to November 2018. The author collected data through questionnaires and observation for a month. The population in this study is the Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries totaling 66 people. This study is a study of facts in the form of opinions/opinion, attitudes, experiences or characteristics of people (respondents) as subject data in the form of primary data obtained from interviews, questionnaire and observation, also seconday data. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistics, with a view to finding strong relationship between variables through correlation analysis with regression analysis, by making comparisons by comparing the average sampel data or population. The results showed that (1) Performance allowance (X1) with all the components of its formation had no effect on employee performance (Y), so the first hypothesis stating that performance allowance (X1) affected employee performance (Y) was not proven; (2) Motivation (X2) with all the components of its formation affect employee performance (Y), so the first hypothesis stating that Motivation (X2) influences employee performance (Y) is proven.
