This study aims to analyze the Influence of Organizational Culture and Compensation Against Employee Performance Company Regional Transportation Services Bogor City. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach with data collection technique through library data and field study conducted with questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this research is 60 rich people. Data analysis method used is product moment correlation coefficient, partial correlation, multiple, and multiple regression by using computer application to know whether or not strong relationship between variables is organizational culture and compensation on employee performance. Based on the result of research indicate that there is significant influence between work culture to employee performance as evidenced by result t arithmetic = 3,485> t table = 2,002 and big influence given by organizational culture equal to 20,3%, and significant influence between compensation to employee performance evidenced by the results t arithmetic = 3.042> t table = 2,002 and the magnitude of the effect given by the compensation of 12.3%, and there is a significant influence between organizational culture and compensation on employee performance as evidenced by the test results F arithmetic = 11.408> F table = 3.159 and the magnitude of the influence given by organizational culture and compensation of 14.4%. Based on the results of existing research suggested the company should improve the quality of work and to evaluate the compensation for employees in the company, so that employees are expected to further improve in efforts to achieve performance.

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of communication, communication and social performance on the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is survey research method. P The population of this study is all employees of the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat totaling 60 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques from the total population of 60 people, so the research sample is taken. The number of samples in this study was 60 people. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of coordination on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better coordination will improve employee performance, and vice versa, the worse the coordination will have an impact on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the communication will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the communication will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the organizational culture will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the employee's organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is an influence of coordination, communication and organizational culture together on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that good coordination, communication and organizational culture will affect the improvement of employee performance, and vice versa, poor coordination, communication and organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees

This research aims to determine the organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, and the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture to the employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection technique uses questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, with the population of 160 employees and the samples 115 employees. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. To interpret the results of the research uses descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, and coefficient of determination. The result of data proccessing shows that organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly influence the employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, both partially and simultanously.

The performance of a college is very dependent on the performance of its employees. Therefore, Telkom University must pay attention to the factors that affect the performance of its employees, including organizational culture and employee engagement. This study aims to determine how the organizational culture at Telkom University, how Employee engagement and employee performance at Telkom University, and to test and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. The population in this study was 1247 permanent employees at Telkom University, obtained based on data from the Telkom University HR Directorate as of August 2020, the sampling technique used was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling by taking representatives from the Faculties and Directorates. Calculated using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain the number of respondents as many as 303 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Organizational Culture at Telkom University is in the Strong category, Employee Engagement is in the High category, and the employee's performance is above the target. Furthermore, organizational culture and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Telkom University employees, either partially or simultaneously.

The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta. The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique using random sampling samples. Data analysis technique used is quantitative statistical method by looking for validity and reliability test data, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results of this study found that the relationship and significant influence between organizational culture variables and motivation on employee performance PT Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta between variables with F test, where F arithmetic is bigger than F table (139,574> 3,150), Conclusion: There is significant influence which can be explained with result obtained from R square is 0,823 meaning that variable of organizational culture and motivation contributed 82.3% to employee performance variable PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta, while the rest of 17.3% donated another variable that is not researched.

Performance, knowing the Effect of Organizational Culture on Performance and knowing the effect of Conflict and Organizational Culture on Performance in the Regional Revenue Agency of the Province of South Sumatra.This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection technique with the number of samples used by 51 employees. This study uses the help of SPSS Version 22 software to analyze data The results of the t-test analysis show that the value of the Conflict variable (X1) is 3,619, and the organizational culture is 4,185 so the value of tcount> t table is 3,619> 1,676 with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05 for Conflict (X1) and 4,185> 1,676 for Culture Organization (X2) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the conflict partially has a significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test obtained Fcount value of 17.180 with a Ftable value of 3.16, the value of Fcount> Ftable is 17.180> 3.19. Significance value = 0.000ᵇ <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Conflict and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the R square value obtained is 0.417, which means that employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency can be explained by Conflict and Organizational Culture of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is explained by other variables not included in this study, such as motivation, environment work and training. This shows that the free variables (Conflict and Organizational Culture) only provide part of the information needed to predict the dependent variable (Performance).

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the influence between variables of Organizational Commitment, Compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Employee Performance.Methods: This study includes quantitative and descriptive research. The sample in the study amounted to 50 employees taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained are analyzed using path analysis.Results: The results of this study prove that there is a direct significant influence of organizational commitment and compensation on employee performance. In addition, the results of this study also prove that there is no indirect influence of organizational commitment on employee performance mediated by OCB and there is an indirect influence of compensation on employee performance mediated by OCB.Conclusion and suggestion: The company should focus more on increasing the direct influence of organizational commitment on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, competence to employees of PT. Sinar Mas Land, Tbk in Tangerang. Population and sample are all employees of HR division of PT. Sinar Mas Land a total of 30 people. Sampling technique using saturated samples. The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.
