Background: The overflow valve, as an essential pressure control element, is widely applied in various hydraulic transmission systems because of its characteristics of constant pressure overflow, stable pressure, system unloading and safety protection. The research on the structure and working principle of the overflow valve are beneficial to improve the working efficiency and operating stability of pressure control of the hydraulic transmission. Therefore, the development trend of the overflow valve for pressure control has been paid more and more attention. Objective: To meet the growing demands for the working efficiency and operating stability of hydraulic transmission, the structure of the overflow valve for pressure control such as direct-acting overflow valve and pilot-operated overflow valve is being improved continuously. Methods: This paper retraces various current representative patents relative to the structural device of direct-acting overflow valve and pilot-operated overflow valve for pressure control. Results: Through investigating a large number of patents on the overflow valve for pressure control, the main current existing problems such as low working efficiency and poor operating stability are summarized and analyzed. Moreover, the development tendency of the overflow valve for pressure control in the future is also discussed. Conclusion: The optimization of the structure of the overflow valve for pressure control is conducive to improve working efficiency and operating stability. More correlative patents will be invented in the future.

Background: With a great growing demand for petroleum, the amount of petroleum pipe is also increasing, and petroleum pipe blockage has become a severe problem in China. It is necessary to clean and inspect the petroleum pipe regularly. But the current petroleum pipe in-spection gauge can very easily block the petroleum pipe ,while the cleaning efficiency is poor. Therefore, the anti-blocking capacity and high-efficiency cleaning ability of the petroleum pipe inspection gauge has been paid more and more attention. Objective: By analyzing and discussing the patents of petroleum pipe inspection gauges in China in recent years, the future design of petro-leum pipe inspection gauge has been provided and some valuable conclusions have been summarized to solve the current problems of pipe inspection gauge. Methods: This paper studied and compared various representative patents relevant to the petroleum pipe inspection gauge. Results: By summarizing a large number of patents about petroleum pipe inspection gauges in China, the anti-blocking capacity or cleaning efficiency of those patents are analyzed and compared, and the further development tendency of petroleum pipe inspection gauges has been discussed. Conclusion: The problems of easy blocking for petroleum pipe inspection gauge and poor cleaning efficiency are still exist. It is still the main development trend for the study on anti-blocking capacity and the improvement of cleaning efficiency. The future work can be focused on pigging technical cooperation, new materials, power source and intelligent control.

At present, it is so prominent in the development of the petrochemical industry in China,and it is accompanied by petrochemical wastewater, which has become a big problem need to solve urgently.Because petrochemical wastewater mainly contains benzene-compound, organic matter, high salt wastewater and oil sewage, etc. They are very damaging and highly contaminated. The composition and properties of the petrochemical wastewater were introduced firstly, the current situation of petrochemical wastewater treatment at home and abroad were reviewed in the study. Especially the development of petrochemical industry in sichuan was introduced. Based on the present situation and the existing problems, put forward some countermeasures and expect technique develop direction in the future.

Background: Bearing testing machine is the key equipment for bearing design, theoretical research and improvement, and it plays an important role in the performance of bearing life, fatigue, vibration and working temperature. With the requirements of aerospace, military equipment, automobile manufacturing and other industrial fields of the bearing are becoming higher and higher. There is an urgent need for high-precision and high-efficiency bearing testing machines to monitor and analyze the performance of bearings. Objective: By analyzing the recent patents, the characteristics and existing problems of the current bearing testing machine are summarized to provide references for the development of bearing test equipment in the future. Methods: This paper reviews various representative patents related to the third generation bearing testing machines. Results: Although the structure of bearing testing machines is different, the main problems in the structure and design principle of bearing testing machine have been summarized and analyzed, and the development of trend and direction of the future bearing testing machine have been discussed. Conclusion: Bearing testing machines for health monitoring of bearing life cycle is of great significance. The current bearing testing machine has basically achieved the monitoring and analysis However, due to the emergence of new types of bearings, further improvement is still needed. With the development of testing technology towards intelligent and big data-driven direction, bearing testing machine is moving towards the type of cloud computing and large-scale testing.

Background: In machine vision, the 3D reconstruction is widely used in medical system, autonomous navigation, aviation and remote sensing measurement, industrial automation and other fields, and the demand for reconstruction precision is significantly highlighted. Therefore, the 3D reconstruction is of great research value and will be an important research direction in the future. Objective: By reviewing the latest development and patent of 3D reconstruction, this paper provides references to researchers in related fields. Methods: Machine vision-based 3D reconstruction patents and literatures were analyzed from the aspects of the algorithm, innovation and application. Among them, there are more than 30 patents and nearly 30 literatures in the past ten years. Results: Researches on machine vision-based 3D reconstruction in recent 10 years are reviewed, and the typical characteristics were concluded. The main problems in its development were analyzed, the development trend was foreseen, and the current and future research on the productions and patents related to machine vision-based 3D reconstruction is discussed. Conclusion: The reconstruction result of binocular vision and multi-vision is better than monocular vision in most cases. Current researches of 3D reconstruction focus on robot vision navigation, intelligent vehicle environment sensing system and virtual reality. The aspects that need to be improved in the future include: improving robustness, reducing computational complexity, and reducing operating equipment requirements, and so on. Furthermore, more patents on machine vision-based 3D reconstruction also should be invented.

The design of Xinyang Iron and Steel Factorys sintering machine lubrication system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC is introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of the lubrication system, and the current domestic situation of the lubrication system existing problems, corresponding control strategy is presented. The article researches on the development model of the National Public Information Sharing Platform for Transportation& Logistics (LOGINK), in which the author introduces the function orientation of the LOGINK. Based on the current development status of the platform, the article predicts the development trend in the future. Then, it analyzed the necessary of the transformation of the LOGINK’s development model.
