In terms of the actual needs of the emergency management department, at the beginning of the establishment of Shenzhen Emergency Management Bureau, all kinds of information resources have not been connected, and the business of the Department is still supported by the information assets of the original unit of the transferred department. However, there are significant differences in the construction years, construction standards and system architecture of the existing information systems, which lead to the “one number, multiple sources” and multiple management of all kinds of business data, and the systems are basically in the chimney construction pattern of mutual separation. At the same time, the exchange and sharing of internal and external data of the Emergency Management Bureau lacks a unified data standard, and a unified data platform has not been built for centralized management. Therefore, it is difficult for the newly established emergency management bureau to effectively support the business process reengineering, collaborative command, big data intelligent decision-making and other needs. In addition, considering the construction of smart city at the municipal and district levels, as well as the complex information situation such as the information collaboration within the security committee office and emergency committee system, it is urgent to prepare the top-level design of emergency management information, and plan the future development with a higher position, a wider vision and a new idea.

They were examined and their indicators of bazaars were extracted. Finally, according to extracted indicators of bazaars in western and Islamic cities, the degree of conformity of Yazd Khan Bazaar with the bazaar of Western and Islamic thinkers was examined. The research shows that the bazaar element, in some cities such as Yazd, still plays a role as the main feature of the city and has the appropriate physical and social credibility. In addition, after examining the characteristics of different bazaars, it was found that Yazd Khan Bazaar is the most similar to the bazaars of Islamic cities in terms of physics and construction pattern.

This study aims to reconstruct the possessive pattern of the Indonesian language in Ambon dialect with Indonesian standards. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data of this study were derived from the speech of the people of Ambon and surrounding cities who communicate using Ambonese dialect in Indonesian. Indonesian data was obtained from the translation of Ambonese dialects of Indonesian. This research was located in all areas of Ambon City and its surroundings. The time needed by researchers to collect data is for two weeks. The data collection method used is non-participant observation. There are two techniques used to support non-participant observation methods, namely recording and recording techniques. This study uses two ways in the process of data analysis, namely the equivalent method and the method of religion. The results of the study show that there are differences in possessive construction patterns (ownership) between Indonesian Ambon dialect and Indonesian standard. The difference is the location of the possessor and the different possessed. In the Indonesian language, Ambonese dialect, whatever the possessor category, both pronima persona, self-name, and not human, always precedes possessum. That is different from standard Indonesian, which is in the possessum construction pattern that precedes the possessor. Another difference is that the possessive construction pattern in the Ambonese dialect Indonesian language had the addition of the word pung between the possessor and possessed, whereas in standard Indonesian there is no addition.

Herbert Rosendorfer’s work entitled The Architect of Ruins fits in the postmodern novel trend. Its connections with culture texts include references to literary texts and music pieces. The most important references of the first type seem to be the ones to Jan Potocki’s novel The Saragossa Manuscript. The existence of music compositions in the novel by Rosendorfer, a witter and a musicologist in one person, functions on a number of levels. Here it is worth to mention the concept coined by the Polish scholar Michał Głowiński according to which music may appear in a novel on three levels – when it is an element of the plot, when it constitutes a topic by itself, and when the work of music referred to acquires a symbolic dimension in the context of a music piece. These three literary situations can easily be found in Rosendorfer’s book. What is particularly important and interesting, however, is applying a construction pattern taken from the field of music in a literary work. Such a possibility, i.e., musical elements functioning in in a literary piece, is described in Andrzej Hejmej’s Musicality of a Literary Work. In The Architect of Ruins construction references fit in the specificity of a postmodern novel: as stated by Magdalena Janoszka, Potocki’s The Saragossa Manuscript, which was an important inspiration for Rosendorfer, should be classified as a polyphonic novel. According to Bachtin’s concept, a word does not a exist in an isolated and independent way, but it is an answer to other words written in the past. As a writer and musicologist, Rosendorfer skilfully moves in the field of references to music and literary works – e.g. Mozart’s Don Giovanni and the literary thread of Giacomo Casanova’s Memoirs. In his book, the Austrian writer presents the profiles of musicians – a virtuoso (whom music lovers are desperate to hear live – in vain), an organist performing a truly postmodern Musiquiana, and a vampiric composer stealing every new composition written by his student. This way, in The Architect of Ruins music becomes the material with which the author of the novel co-creates his work as if with literary motifs.

Abstract Every year, many people in the world lose their homes due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and so on. In critical situations, the use of prefabricated parts in the buildings has many technical and economic advantages. Hence, today, this technology is widely used in the industrialized societies. The purpose of this research is to provide an appropriate model for speeding up the process of constructing buildings using prefabricated parts in critical conditions. To do this, Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach has been used to select the best option for speeding up construction projects using prefabricated parts and in critical situations. In this study, the intended criteria are quality, time, cost, and strength. The options that we should compare and the best option among them, according to the criteria mentioned, are Lightweight Steel Frame (LSF) parts, steel parts and concrete parts. In order to find this prioritization, the viewpoints of civil engineers and construction experts have been used. It should also be noted that for the ANP method, the Super Decisions software has been used.

China has been increasingly attaching importance to the construction of wetland parks. But at present, the design methods adopted by most of the domestic wetland parks constructed are sameness, with a short construction period, neither taking into account of the land usage and surrounding environment of the land, nor in-depth land design and mostly the study is from the angle of comprehensive planning or focus on the design of some special projects (such as plant arrangement ). In this way, the ecological restoration of the wetland and the minimal intervention in the design of the wetland park cannot be truly realized, nor integration of regional characteristics, resulting in low ecological, landscape and economic value of the constructed wetland park. Some wetland parks have been abandoned once again due to their isolated habitat. This paper aims to probe the construction pattern of wetland park in China. Through the study on the typical cases of wetland parks at home and abroad and taking Haizhu Wetland Park as a major example to reflect on the construction and development of wetland park in China.
