This study aims to determine the incidence of PSA and the factors that influence it. The study was conducted on 78 patients with neurologic stroke at ANNA Medika Madura Hospital from May to July 2021 and aged over 40 years using simple random sampling. Measuring tools using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale, vascular disorders, stroke disorders, and Neurophysiological disorders. Analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling with the software Partial Least Square. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that demographic factors (T-statistics 1.756), vascular disorders factor (T-statistics 2.873), stroke disturbance factor (T-statistics 2.164), and neurophysiological disorders factor (T-statistic 3.070). The factor that had the greatest influence on PSA was the neurophysiological factor, with the most influencing subfactor being the cognitive function of stroke patients indicated with MMSE results. Stroke patients with decreased cognitive function will affect the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program. This will lead to an increase in their anxiety with the subsequent effect being a decrease in the quality of life in stroke patients. So rated important for the power of Health assess cognitive function is to reduce PSA.

This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. This study aims to confirm the  theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees in Investment and Integrated Service Office  Bintan Regency, with sample of 39 employees. Data collecting technical using variable measurements by a  questionnaire instrument, this instrument was developed based on theoretical studies. Data analysis uses descriptive  statistics and statistical analysis. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least  Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS  can be used for a small number of samples and does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or  not. The results of the analysis found that the relationships between variables formulated in the formulation of the  problem as many as 6 pieces obtained significant results.

Objectives To delineate the features of ischemic stroke patients and their caregivers that may predict distress, depression, and anxiety symptoms in the caregivers. Methods The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Score (HADS), Zarit Burden Interview (22 item-ZBI), and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) were used to assess caregivers' burden, stress, depressive, and anxiety symptoms. We performed partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) in order to delineate a multi-step mediation model. Results In this study, 97 stroke patients and their caregivers were included. Multiple regression analysis revealed that ZBI-personal strain and stroke of other determined etiology explained 15.0 percent of the variance in the HADS depression score (p=0.001). We discovered that the caregiver's underlying disease and the National Institute Stroke Score (NIHSS) of the patients explained 13.6 percent of the variance in the total ZBI score of the caregivers (p=0.001). The total ZBI score, the presence of lacunar circulation infarction in the patients, and the caregiver's underlying disease explained 40.9 percent of the variance in the total PSS score of the caregivers (p <0.001). Moreover, PLS analysis showed that the NIHSS and the caregiver's underlying disease had significant indirect effects on the HADS score which were mediated by the ZBI score. Conclusions A large part of the variance in stress and depressive scores in caregivers of ischemic stroke patients is determined by the patient's disability, dependency, cognition, and stroke phenotypes, as well as the caregiver's health status and burden. Screening for the aforementioned factors in ischemic stroke caregivers is critical.

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of rational motives and emotional motives on purchasing decisions with community advice as a moderating variable. This study was conducted on </em><em>biker as community adviser</em><em> in Jakarta. The number of samples is 75 data, obtained from the questionaire filled by the respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) test equipment. The results of statistical tests </em>revealed that the<em> rational motives and emotional motives </em>have<em> positive effect on purchasing decisions, whereas community advice has no positive effect on purchasing decisions, </em>it is<em> not able to moderate the relationship among variables. Producer and distributors are important to maintain the quality and reliability of products that rationally influence consumers to buy. In addition, efforts to maintain the credibility of the brand are also important to emphasize the consumer’s pride. </em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Decision support systems, commonly called DSS (or SPK in Bahasa), in medical used to diagnose illness. But within its implementation these systems are not used optimally. The main cause is the interface of the systems that is not accordance with the user wants. Three interface designs layouts were proposed for the phase of history and physical examination and two interface designs layouts for investigations to be assessed by the respondents. Based on the results of the questionnaires selected by respondents, statistical tests were performed to determine the value of the use of interface design based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and modified TAM. The statistical methods used to examine the effect of variables on TAM and modified TAM i.e. the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that the respondents’ choice in the TAM and modified TAM model for the history and physical examination is the same as the based filling system. While for the supporting stage there are differences of respondent choice on TAM model with choice of graphical interaction system and on modified TAM model with windowing system option.

This study aims to investigate user loyalty factors using application-based land transportation in Jakarta. The methodology in this study uses a quantitative approach and a questionnaire is used as an instrument to collect data. With an unknown population, this study used 301 samples of application-based land transportation users. The statistical method used to analyze the hypotheses in this study is Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with WARP-PLS. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that 6 hypotheses were accepted, and 5 hypotheses were rejected. The result of this study explains that ease of using the application affects the loyalty in using application-based transportation. Meanwhile, loyalty is not influenced by application display, service responsiveness in applications, service adjustment, service guarantee and user attitudes. This research further explains that the ease of using the application, application display, service adjustment, and service guarantee affect the user's attitude. On the other hand, service responsiveness does not affect attitude towards using. As novelty, the use of the loyalty framework in this study uses the use attitude as a mediator of main factors in service quality for application-based transportation in urban areas. As a managerial implication, it is interesting that the results of this study explain that loyalty in the use of application-based transportation is not automatically formed from a positive attitude towards using. The adjustment of services provided on the application because of competition in the application-based transportation industry must be able to meet user expectations which tend to change according to the offers provided by service providers.

This study discussed employee turnover as one of the crucial problems faced by every organization. This study sought to analyze the determinants of turnover intention, such as job insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The objects of this study were newcomer lecturers of private Islamic universities in East Java Province, Indonesia. To analyze the relationship among independent variables and dependent variable; this study employed a correlation path model. To build the structural formulation of the correlation path model, this study used the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study found that job insecurity influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive impacts on the turnover intention. In contrast, job insecurity did not have a direct significant impact on the turnover intention, but it had indirect effect that influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
