This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. This study aims to confirm the  theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees in the Bintan Regency Health Office, which  consists of civil servants and honorary employees with samples of 89 employees. Data collecting technical using  variable measurements by questionnaire instruments, this instrument was developed based on theoretical studies. Data  analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path  coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural  equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a small number of samples and does not require the assumption that  data distribution must be normal or not. The results of the analysis found that relationships between variables  formulated in the formulation of the problem as many as 6 pieces obtained significant.

Purpose This paper aims to explore the significance of knowledge transfer (KT) from universities to organizations by employing in-service employees, who are working in organizations and at the same time studying in the universities, as the channel. Design/methodology/approach By using survey methodology, data were collected from 216 in-service business students via self-administered questionnaires and partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied. Findings The results revealed that intrinsic motivation, psychological hardiness, functional value and innovative culture significantly predict the acquired knowledge which henceforth positively affects KT. Research limitations/implications Data from business students of the single university were extracted which limits the findings, and hence directed future researchers to explore further. Practical implications Interactive, case study-based training and others implications are discussed to effectively transfer the knowledge from universities to organizations. Originality/value The role of in-service employed students is of significant importance, as students exist as an intermediary between organizations and universities, and so both universities and organizations should make maximum use of the said channel for an effective KT.

This study aims to determine the incidence of PSA and the factors that influence it. The study was conducted on 78 patients with neurologic stroke at ANNA Medika Madura Hospital from May to July 2021 and aged over 40 years using simple random sampling. Measuring tools using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale, vascular disorders, stroke disorders, and Neurophysiological disorders. Analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling with the software Partial Least Square. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that demographic factors (T-statistics 1.756), vascular disorders factor (T-statistics 2.873), stroke disturbance factor (T-statistics 2.164), and neurophysiological disorders factor (T-statistic 3.070). The factor that had the greatest influence on PSA was the neurophysiological factor, with the most influencing subfactor being the cognitive function of stroke patients indicated with MMSE results. Stroke patients with decreased cognitive function will affect the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program. This will lead to an increase in their anxiety with the subsequent effect being a decrease in the quality of life in stroke patients. So rated important for the power of Health assess cognitive function is to reduce PSA.
