This study aims to determine the effect of Aeronautical Communication Officer Competence, Workload, and Work Discipline on the Work Effectiveness of Apron Movement Service Personnel at Soekarno - Hatta International Airport Cengkareng. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert measurement scale. This research was conducted on 68 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The collected data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques through SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study indicate that the Competence of Aeronautical Communication Officer, Workload and Work Discipline of Apron Movement Service Personnel have a positive and significant impact on the Work Effectiveness of Apron Movement Service Personnel at Soekarno - Hatta International Airport.

This study aimed to examine the effect of professionalism and competence of internal supervision on audit quality at the Banten Provincial Government Inspectorate. This research developed a theoretical framework as a basis for hypotheses, to answer research questions consisting of how professionalism influences audit quality, and how competence influences audit quality. The samples of this study were 83 Government Internal Examiners (APIP) at the Inspectorate of Banten Province. This research used census method. The data used are primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis method to test hypotheses was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) professionalism hada positive and significant effect on audit quality, and (2) Competence had a positive and significant effect on audit quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management behavior of employed women in Bandung. This research uses a quantitative method and a Likert scale for measurement scale.  The sample of this study was 400 respondents who are employed women in Kota Bandung were selected using incidental sampling techniques. The independent variable consists of financial socialization and financial experience, while the dependent variable is financial management behavior. The data analysis technique in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of financial socialization on financial management behavior has a tstatistics value of 25.220> ttabel value of 1.96 means that the financial socialization variable has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, then the financial experience on financial management behavior has a tstatistics value of 1.641 < ttabel value of 1.96 means that the financial experience does not have a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior variable.   Keywords: Financial Socialization, Financial Experience, Financial Management Behavior   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui financial management behavior dari Wanita Bekerja di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan skala likert sebagai skala pengukuran. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden yang merupakan Wanita Bekerja di Kota Bandung yang dipilih menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Variabel independen terdiri dari financial socialization dan financial experience, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah financial management behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan financial socialization terhadap financial management behavior memiliki nilai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior dengan tstatistik sebesar 25,220> nilai ttabel sebesar 1.96, kemudian variabel financial experience tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 1,641< nilai ttabel   sebesar 1.96. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The government encourages Vocational High Schools to carry out organizational transformation to become Regional Public Service Bodies. Through BLUD, SMKs with superior products can manage finances and production processes more flexibly without violating regulations so that school effectiveness can be achieved. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence SMK-BLUD schools' effectiveness through school independence using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 231 respondents from students, teachers, school principals, and committees in 25 SMK-BLUDs in East Java and DKI Jakarta. It is known that the variables focus on customers, focus on processes, and continuous improvement have a positive and significant impact on school effectiveness. In addition, the independence of each school indirectly also has a positive and significant effect on school effectiveness. The results of this modeling show the value of Predictive Relevance (Q2) of 0.965, meaning that this model has a good Predictive Relevance.</p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Pemerintah mendorong Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) melakukan transformasi organisasi untuk menjadi SMK Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (SMK-BLUD). Melalui BLUD, SMK yang memiliki produk-produk unggulan dapat mengelola keuangan dan proses produksi secara lebih fleksibel tanpa melanggar peraturan sehingga efektivitas sekolah dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas sekolah SMK-BLUD melalui kemandirian sekolah menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 231 responden dari siswa, guru, kepala sekolah, dan panitia di 25 SMK-BLUD di Jawa Timur dan DKI Jakarta. Diketahui bahwa variabel fokus pada pelanggan, fokus pada proses, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Selain itu, dengan adanya kemandirian setiap sekolah, secara tidak langsung juga memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Hasil pemodelan ini menunjukkan nilai Predictive Relevance (Q<sup>2</sup>) sebesar 0.965, artinya model ini memiliki Predictive Relevance yang baik.

Abstract - The development of online trading is based on the ease for businesses to promote their goods and does not require more costs because there is no need for a physical store. The activity of buying and selling goods and / or services through internet media is known as electronic commerce (hereinafter referred to as e-commerce).This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the variable tax socialization, understanding of taxation, awareness of taxpayers, and tax sanctions on the compliance of e-commerce actors in the city of Semarang on the BliBli.com online marketplace platform. The population of this research is e-commerce individual taxpayers in the city of Semarang on the Blibli.com online marketplace platform. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with voluntary sampling method. Samples obtained were 65 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. This study shows that tax socialization has a negative and not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in fulfilling tax obligations. Understanding taxation and awareness of taxpayers has a positive and significant effect and tax sanctions have a positive but not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in meeting tax obligations.Keywords: E-Commerce Taxpayer Compliance

<div class="WordSection1"><p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Whether eWOM has a positive effect on purchase decisions, 2) Does Ease of Use have a positive effect on purchase decisions, 3) Does trust have a positive effect on purchase decisions. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online to Blibli users. The number of respondents used in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling by relying on judgmental sampling. Partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis was performed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program to analyze the data. The findings of this study are that eWOM, Ease of Use and Trust have a positive effect on purchase decisions. The contribution of this research can provide input to the Blibli company to better maintain and manage ease of use, trust and electronic word of mouth so that Blibli users can use Blibli more freely and comfortably so that transactions carried out in Blibli can run more smoothly and safely, which is then will give Blibli an advantage as a player in Internet-based transaction systems because it is a fast paced industries that can change in a matter of time.</em></p></div><em><br clear="all" /></em>

Purpose-The main objective of this research is to study and analyze entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial mindset on organizational performance with innovation as mediation using quantitative descriptive. Design/methodology/approach-Data were obtained from 280 respondents who are furniture entrepreneurs in DKI Jakarta. Data analysis in this study uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM)partial least square (PLS). Findings-The results show that entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset have a significant effect on organizational performance, but not for entrepreneurial culture. Innovation is proven to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial mindset to organizational performance. Implications-Efforts to improve organizational performance can be implemented by encouraging entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset through a series of ongoing training. Online ads which are basically faster, more effective, and more accurate tend to be more engaging than traditional ads. The influence of online ads does not happen instantly, other factors contribute to the changes in consumer behavior to become more impulsive. Consumer need for cognition is the factor that mediates the relationship. Consumers who have need for cognition tend to be more easily influenced by online ads, especially when it's done repeatedly. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between repeated online ads and consumer need for cognition for the changes in consumer behavior that was strengthened or weakened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Hypothesis testing was carried out by using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with SmartPLS software. The research results showed that repeated online ads and consumers' need for cognition had a positive influence on consumer buying behavior, but the COVID-19 pandemic had a negative effect.

Community forestry in the management area of BatuTegi is a form of program forest management that involves the community in the rehabilitation of protected forests. The Community forestry scheme in this region has been implemented by synergizing the ecological, economy and social functions with the aim of ensuring sustainable forest preservation. To achieve these objectives, farmers need to participate in management. This study aims to determine the effect of farmer participation on the welfare of farmer case studies in the Mandiri Lestari forest farmers community. The research method used quantitative descriptive with samples taken in December 2019-February 2020 in a proportional random sampling of 37 respondents and data analyzed using quantitative statistical Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques through the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The analysis shows that participation in planning had the greatest influence on economic welfare with a value of 1,672, participation in the utilization of results has a second impact with a value of 1,358, and participation in implementation is the least influential variable on economic welfare. Whereas for social welfare the participation variable in implementation had the greatest influence with a value of 1,054, the participation variable in the utilization of results has a second impact with a value of 1,021 and the participation variable in planning is the variable that had the least effect on the welfare of farmers

This study aims to determine the influence of Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, Ethical Climate and Organizational Commitment at staff at the Drug Registration Directorate of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Indonesian FDA). Data collection techniques are done by distributing questionnaires using ordinal scales. This research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The collected data is then analyzed using the technique analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study show that Ethical Leadership positively and significantly influence on Ethical Climate, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment at the Drug Registration Directorate of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Indonesian FDA).

Capacity is the main element for farmers in achieving their goals. Farmer’s Capacity consists elements of knowledge, attitude, and skills. With the increasing number of visits in Bali, especially Jatiluwih Agrotourism, farmers should be the subject of management so that they can fully enjoy the benefits of the visit. With the existence of agrotourism, agriculture and tourism can be a pair of harmonious sectors. Tourist’s feedback on the satisfaction and intention to revisit can be an input in the effort to increasing the farmer’s capacity in agrotourism management for its sustainability. This paper analyzes Farmer’s Capacity for Jatiluwih Agrotourism Management and Its Influence toward Tourist’s Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit. Primary and secondary data were obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis show that farmer’s capacity has a significant effect on tourists’s satisfaction, which leads to tourists’s intention to revisit. it is expected that higher capacity of agroutourism management among farmers will increase tourist’s satisfaction which affects tourist’s intention to revisit hence, improving the welfare of the community, especially farmers in Jatiluwih Agrotourism.
