Inaka Coffee is one of the coffee shops located in Cimahi City. The existence of this coffee shop is becoming a trend as evidenced by the increasing level of coffee consumption in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the service attributes needed and desired by Inaka Coffee’s consumers, to find out the service performance of Inaka Coffee compared to other competitors as well as to find out the service attributes that must be prioritized to improve service quality in fulfilling Inaka Coffee’s customer satisfaction. This is done by implementing the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method which aims to improve the service quality on aspects deemed less eligible at Inaka Coffee. This Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is integrated by SERVQUAL. To find out the consumers’ needs, interviews were conducted with 30 respondents regarding the desired attributes while being at the Coffee Shop. In addition, this research involved 120 respondents, namely coffee shop’s consumers in an assessment regarding expectations and realities of the service quality. This research did not only involve consumers as respondents but also involve experts in assessing the needed technical response and the relationship between the provided technical response provided and the desired consumer’s needs. There are 24 main priorities that need improvement seen from the Pareto diagram analysis. This technical response needs to be done in order to reduce the gap between the value of realities and expectations which means it can increase customer satisfaction of the existing service quality.

In today’s increasingly competitive coffee industry, the point of running a good coffee shop is no longer to run a coffee and beverage shop simply, but to focus on the quality of service and the value that customers feel as a result. Previous studies have mainly discussed the customer satisfaction and behavioral intention of restaurants, while few studies have explored the influencing factors of customer satisfaction and behavioral intention of chain coffee shops. Given that the perceived service quality theory and DINESERV model can effectively predict customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, this study took 385 consumers in the first Starbucks Reserve flagship store in China as survey objects. SmartPLS 3.0 software was used to explore the relationship among respondents’ perceived service quality, customer perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. The results show that service quality has a partially significant positive effect on perceived value. Perceived service quality and customers’ perceived value both have significant positive effects on satisfaction. Customers’ satisfaction has a significant positive effect on their behavioral intention. These results indicate that enterprises should strengthen the emotional bond between consumers and enterprises and improve the reliability, assurance, and empathy of perceived service quality to create a better emotional resonance between consumers and the Starbucks brand to improve customer satisfaction. At the same time, it should also promote the symbolic perceived value of Chinese consumers to Starbucks to realize the sustainable development of coffee-shop operation and consumer repurchase. This study expands the research on the service quality, perceived value, and behavioral intention of coffee chain enterprises in the context of non-habitual coffee-drinking countries. Moreover, it provides case support for the operation and research of regional cultural consumption habits of international catering chain enterprises.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the attributes of services at a scooter maintenance centreand how to improve the attributes. As many as 40 customers participated in this study to identify theattributes. The instrument was developed through a combination of literature review, interview focusgroup discussion. Unlike many other studies that assume a linear relationship between servicesattributes and customer satisfaction, this study considers the relationship as non-linear. For thisreason, this study does not only use Service Quality (SERVQUAL) Model but also Kano’s Modelwhich was combined with Quality Function Deployment. The analysis demonstrated that there were13 attributes required by customers of which 4, 5 and 4 were categorised as attractive, onedimensional and must-berespectively according to Kano’s Model. The purpose of the study is to measure the customer satisfaction via service quality dimensions as a whole and individually in the context of stock broking services. A non probability convenient sampling approach has been used in the study. Respondents have been restricted to those who have the experience of trading in stock market through stock brokers. The sample consisted of 229 valid individual customers from Bhopal (MP), India through structured self-administrated questionnaire. Convergent validity, discriminant validity and reliability of the collected data were measured before testing of the research model. An exploratory factor analysis has been conducted using principal components analysis to determine the dimensions of financial service quality. A linear regression was performed to test the relationship between the service quality dimensions and customer satisfaction. The findings suggest that service quality as a whole and individually have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. The results of the study provide useful information for managers to improve service quality which leads to customer satisfaction. The findings were solely on stock broking services from Bhopal (MP) in India which impacts its generalisability. Replication of the present study might be required in other stock broking markets, to improve generalisability using larger samples. Another potential area for future research could be the link between service quality dimensions, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and customer retention at stock broking services. The study is important considering the economic advantages of satisfying and retaining current customers as opposed to seeking for new customers which is essential in stock broking services. The paper contributes to the literature on stock broking services in India.

Consumer satisfaction in a restaurant can be improved through good product quality in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers. Improving product quality is an important problem for a restaurant because it is beneficial for restaurants and consumers. The purpose of this study are: (1) to know the attributes of fried chicken that are considered important by consumers in the original Prambanan fried chicken restaurant, (2) to measure the level of importance of the quality of fried chicken products, (3) to measure the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of fried chicken products and (4) knowing the strategy to improve the quality of fried chicken products. This study uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of this study indicate that there are 11 attributes of product quality that are considered important by consumers with very important criteria. The biggest value of consumer interest is the attribute of fried chicken taste of 3.78. On the value of consumer satisfaction attributes of fried chicken chili variants have the smallest value of 3.08 with the highest IR of 1.30 need to provide and improve the quality of the product on the attributes of the fried chicken chili sauce. This paper purposed is to apply Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for Parking System Improvement at Taman Bendahara from perspective of customers. The main issue for the QFD problem was from the ‘what’ the customer requirement and ‘how’ to implement the problem to solutions. These two components emphasized on the House of Quality (HOQ) matrices. For this research, a systematic procedure is used in QFD method by applying a factor analysis and correlation Spearman. Factor analysis is the best group identified from the data and reduced the unused items. As for the correlation Spearman, it was used in order to see the relationship and strength of each factor. The result in this research identified four best group criteria which are availability, layout and design, safety and access point. These four criteria indicate the main improvement needed for parking system. By using the QFD method, the management of parking system at Taman Bendahara should listen to the customers’ voice to seek a solution for these issues. This study proposed strategy can be applied for others management to identify the solution for parking problems.

ABSTRACT Culinary business in Bekasi is growing more and more, both cafes or other fast food restaurants. This encourages entrepreneurs, investors to do culinary business. One of the fast food culinary businesses is the XYZ cafe. This study discusses the analysis of service quality in XYZ cafe about voice of customers to increase customer satisfaction at XYZ cafe. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority scale to increase the customers satisfaction based on the voice of customer and know what technical requirements should be given by cafe XYZ to does what customers need . The method used is the QFD, using the matrix house of quality. The results of this study are 15 Voice OF customer attributes that have also been sorted by priority scale of improvement, with the first priority being the taste of delicious and fresh and there are 8 attributes of technical requirements.
