Bullying is one of the phenomena that often arises in the world of education, including education in elementary schools, where this behavior is aggressive behavior that hurts others, both physically and psychologically. This bulliying problem needs to be addressed by schools through school programs that synergize with parenting programs through the whole-school approach. Therefore, there is a need for cooperation between schools, teachers and parents in overcoming this bulliying problem. The efforts that can be done by schools in synergizing school programs with parenting programs through the whole-school approach are as follows: (1) Activating the school committee which is a representative of the students' parents to design and implement collaboratively about the agreed school programs together, so regular meetings must be held. (2) Conducting a model teacher activity, where the teacher's representative simulates the learning process that is normally carried out so that parents can adjust teaching at home with at school. (3) Carry out activities between the school parties, students and parents of students so that there is a good relationship between various parties such as tourism activities, outbound and others.

In the digital age, it is expected that students will not only have experience and passion for reading, but also will develop their reading skills to learn. Reading is one of the most important skills that develop the human and increase life-long learning capacity. Individuals can improve their personal, moral and emotional qualities to strengthen their sense of responsibility towards the family, society, nation and the world through reading. The individual can develop his personal, moral and emotional qualities in order to strengthen the sense of responsibility towards his family, society, nation and the world through reading.The life experiences of elementary school students are limited, but effective readings help to expand their horizons and perspectives. People can bring their knowledge and experiences together by reading. At the time of reading, students should have the ability to put out the deep meaning of the text, their learning experiences, and the ability to put new knowledge on their prior knowledge to build meaning. The Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) is one of the most comprehensive educational research at the international level. The PISA survey, conducted every three years since 2000, aims to measure students' achievement in science, reading skills and mathematics. When our country's reading performance is compared with other countries, it is seen that it is ranked 50th among the 70 countries participating in the program in 2015. Hong Kong, which participated in the same program, appears to be the 2nd. The purpose of this research is to examine the "whole school approach" adopted by Hong Kong, performed high reading achievement in 2012 and 2015 PISA exams, during the learning and development of reading and the studies it has carried out based on it.  For this purpose, Hong Kong's Basic Education Program Guide will be reviewed. The sections in which the success of reading in the PISA examinations and the effects of the whole school approach on this success were examined by the researchers and translated into Turkish. The data obtained were reviewed with language experts. The content analysis of the data has been made and three themes have been created that reveal all aspects of the (whole school approach TO: (1) Identify the Whole school approach (WSA), (2) School responsibilities in Whole school approach (WSA) and (3) Stakeholders' responsibilities in the Whole school approach (WSA). The results of the research show that there are responsibilities and responsibilities to school administrators, school program development experts, teacher-librarians, teachers, parents and students in improving reading performance with the whole school approach. It was concluded that the task and responsibility of gaining reading performance and habit should not be left to teachers only. Okuma sırasında öğrencilerin, metnin derin anlamını çıkarabilmeleri, anlam kurmaları için önbilgilerinin üzerine öğrenme deneyimlerini ve yeni bilgiyi koyabilme becerisine sahip olması gerekir. Uluslararası Öğrenci Değerlendirme Programı (PISA) uluslararası düzeyde fen, matematik ve okuma alanlarında yapılan önemli bir eğitim araştırmasıdır. 2000 yılında başlamıştır ve üç yılda bir tekrarlanan PISA araştırması, öğrencilerin fen, okuma becerileri ve matematik alanlarındaki başarı durumu ölçmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ülkemizin okuma alanındaki başarısı diğer ülkelerle karşılaştırmalı olarak incelendiğinde 2015 yılında programa katılan 70 ülke arasında 50. sırada yer alındığı görülür. Aynı programa katılan Hong Kong’un ise 2. olduğu görülmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı 2012 ve 2015 PISA sınavlarında okuma alanında yüksek başarı gösteren Hong Kong’un okumanın öğrenilmesi ve geliştirilmesi sürecinde benimsediği “tüm okul yaklaşımı”nı ve buna dayalı gerçekleştirdiği çalışmaları incelemektir. Bu amaçla Hong Kong’un Temel Eğitim Program Kılavuzu incelenmiştir. Kılavuzda PISA sınavlarında okuma bölümünde elde edilen başarının ve tüm okul yaklaşımının bu başarıya etkilerinin anlatıldığı bölümler araştırmacılar tarafından incelenmiş ve Türkçeye çevrilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler dil uzmanlarıyla tekrar gözden geçirilmiştir. Verilerin içerik analizi yapılmış ve “ tüm okul yaklaşımının” tüm yönleriyle ortaya koyan üç tema oluşturulmuştur: (1) Tüm Okul Yaklaşımını (TOY) tanıma, (2) TOY okulda yapılaması gerekenler ve (3) TOY paydaşların rolleri. Araştırma sonuçları tüm okul yaklaşımıyla okuma performansının geliştirilmesinde okul yöneticilerine, okul program geliştirme uzmanlarına, öğretmen-kütüphanecilere, öğretmenlere, ebeveynlere ve öğrencilere sorumluluk ve görevler düştüğü göstermektedir. Okuma performansı ve alışkanlığının kazandırılması görev ve sorumluluğu sadece öğretmenlere bırakılmaması gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca tüm okul yaklaşımıyla okuma performansının artırılmasındaki başarı, her paydaşın üzerine düşen görevleri yapması oranında sağlanabilir.

The management of the partnership between State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) and the World of Business and Industry (DUDI) has not been running optimally in its implementation, so that many partnership programs have not been realized properly. If there is no solution, it is feared that partnership activities will not work. This research aims to: To determine the planning, organization, implementation, assessment of problems and partnership solutions. The philosophical foundation of this research is progressivism philosophy, while the theoretical basis used is management theory, partnership theory and graduate quality theory. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through: documentation study, observation and interviews, triangulation. The results showed that: (a) The planning was made together with the school committee, the principal of the vocational school, the wakasek in the field of public relations / industry, the head of light vehicle engineering, and the teacher sat with the DUDI in this case PT Teja Berlian Mitsubshi and PT Suzuki Putra Damai Bahagia, so that cooperation program agreement with DUDI; (b) Organizing by forming a team in charge of relations with DUDI and having its own main duties and functions. (c) Implementation requires cooperation with PT Teja Berlian Mitshubisi and PT Suzuki Putra Damai Bahagia, in order to improve the quality of graduates, as expected by DUDI. The implementation of the partnership program consists of: internship, production unit, competency test, teacher internship, (d) assessment of learning outcomes, internship, competency package testing and competency certification. and skills aspects (e). The problems in the partnership are: human resources managing the partnership, budget, infrastructure, the number of DUDI that is not comparable with SMK graduates and the demands of the industrial world; (f) Partnership solutions with innovation and changes in human resource management, budgets and infrastructure, the government's efforts to develop a teaching factory curriculum through partnerships, and schools to prepare students to have superior competencies, be creative, innovative, understand the digital world (IPTEK). Conclusion; There is a common goal of the partnership between SMK and DUDI, namely; improving quality according to market needs, synchronizing curriculum and synergizing school programs, increasing the absorption and placement of school graduates into the world of work. Collaboration between SMK and DUDI has an impact on improving the quality of SMK graduates, both in terms of input, process, output and outcome. Recommendations: (1) For SMK it can be used as a basis for cooperating partnerships with DUDI; (2) For DUDI it can be used as a basis for collaborating with SMKs; (3) For students it is used as a basis for increasing their competence; (4) For Researchers , can be used as a basis for further research on the Management of SMK partnerships with DUDI, to improve the quality of graduates who are ready to work in Indramayu Regency.

This article discusses about the contact sheet in parenting program which is useful for supporting learning during a pandemic. Participants in this article were 17 special school teachers and parents of students. Using the seminar and workshop method, teachers and parents are trained to develop comprehensive contact sheets to support learning during a pandemic. The seminar activities presented two experts, namely special education experts and educational technology. Workshop activities were carried out for five days in a row to assist teachers in which they can be more skilled in compiling comprehensive contact sheets. The result of this training is expected to support the achievement of learning objectives during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as on weekdays later through online and non-online home learning activities.

Bullying is becoming more and more recognised as a wellbeing concern in Australia and throughout the world. It has a significant detrimental influence on kids, according to research. The purpose of this study is to look into the prevalence of bullying, its effects, and possible coping strategies. The topic of bullying was addressed based on a study of the literature and prevalence statistics. The results revealed that bullying may be addressed through a variety of approaches, including the introduction of SEL programs and the employment of a whole-school approach. To cope with bullying, it is advised that a SEL team be formed, the schoolhouse be assessed, good school values be instilled, and staff preparedness be increased.

The purpose are (1) to know the school committee to improve the quality of education at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate; ( 2 ) to know the work achievement of school committee to improve the education quality  at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate.The approaches used in this research is a qualitative approach.Research result indicates that ( 1 ) a school committee at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate has formed by 2012 in accordance with the decree no. 325 / B-III / SMP.BP. Alkh / 11 / 2010 and has the school committee structure, namely; chief; secretaries, and the treasury; ( 2 ) the school committee meeting periodically, that is four times in a year. Involved in the talks is the principal, the teacher, student parents, Al-Khairaat foundation and the school committee. Things had been spoken in the meeting are; the school fee, standards graduation, the school programs plan ; ( 3 ) the school committee does not make a written report yet orally. This is a form of violations Kepmendiknas number 044 / u / 2002 about the school committee.( 4 ) the school committee ' s active, this could influence the development of education at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Tenate.It is a part breach Kepmendiknas number 044 / u / 2002 about the school committee. The keywords:  performance, the quality, the school committee

Linguistic intelligence is one of eight multiple intelligences that currently attracts attention in the world of education. Linguistic intelligence is a person's ability to speak both verbally and in writing, besides that people who have linguistic intelligence also master the components of linguistic intelligence which consists of phonology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics. The type of research used is research and development (R & D) with a 4D model. The subjects in this study were experts as validators, fifth grade students for trials and homeroom teachers in elementary schools. Data collection is done by giving a questionnaire to the validator. In this study the researchers concluded that the product of the developed linguistic intelligence assessment instrument was declared feasible to be used based on the results of validation of 86% with very feasible categories. The obstacle in developing the product of this instrument of linguistic intelligence assessment is the lack of knowledge of the school about the importance of linguistic intelligence for students in elementary schools.

<p>Dalam rangka mengontrol perilaku dan perkembangan anak pada usia pendidikan dasar, perlu adanya sinergitas serta komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dengan orangtua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis program konseling dalam mengontrol perilaku siswa Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Terpadu Bumi Kartini Jepara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitia lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dalam implementasi program konseling. Hasil temuan  penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga program konseling yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Terpadu Bumi Kartini Jepara. <em>Pertama, </em>konseling secara individu yang dilakukan guru kelas dengan siswa. Program ini dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan pada waktu kondisional. <em>Kedua, </em>konseling bulanan antara guru kelas dengan orangtua siswa. Jadwal pelaksanaan setiap hari Jum’at pada akhir bulan. K<em>etiga, </em>program layanan <em>parenting </em>bersama orangtua siswa setiap akhir semester. Program parenting dilakukan dalam bentuk variatif seperti seminar, sarasehan, <em>gathering</em>, dengan tema berbeda setiap semester. <em>Parenting </em>merupakan media <em>update</em> dan sharing informasi tentang perkembangan sikap anak dengan fasilitator ahli. Media komunikasi penunjang konseling adalah grup <em>whatsapp </em>orang tua siswa, guru, pimpinan sekolah, dan buku konseling tentang catatan masalah beserta hasil konseling.<em><br /><br />In order to control the behavior, attitudes, and development of children in the age of basic education, there needs to be synergy and communication between stakeholder of the school and parents. This study aims to analyze counseling programs in controlling the behavior of students of Integrated Primary School Bumi Kartini Jepara. The research method used descriptive qualitative. In collecting data using field research through interviews, direct observation in the implementation of counseling programs. The results of the study are three counseling programs carried out at the Integrated Primary School Bumi Kartini Jepara. The first, individual counseling by class teachers with students. This program is carried out as needed in conditional time. The second, monthly counseling between class teachers and parents. Implementation schedule every Friday at the end of the month. The third, parenting service program with parents of students at the end of each semester. The parenting program is carried out in various methods such as seminars, parent class, gatherings, with different themes every semester. Parenting is a medium for updating and sharing information about the development of children's attitudes with expert facilitators. There are communication media in order to supporting counseling program, such as WhatsApp group of parents, teachers, school leaders, and counseling books about the problem notes and the results of counseling.</em></p>

South African schools are faced with a serious problem of indiscipline. The available literature reveals that despite the efforts of school administrators and teachers to instil discipline among learners, indiscipline still abounds to the extent of getting out of hand. Based on the intention of this study, a qualitative study was adopted. A qualitative-based study underpinned by the interpretive research paradigm was employed to explore the perspectives of educators in their collaborative roles in managing discipline. The sample comprised twelve educators who were purposively selected from four secondary schools in the Ilembe District, KwaZulu-Natal. A semi-structured interview schedule was used to collect the data. The findings revealed that educators should apply the school code of conduct as a whole-school approach to managing discipline to create meaningful relationships with parents as stakeholders and communicate expected behaviours with learners. It is recommended that in implementing strategies to manage discipline, learners, educators, school managers and the school governing boards of all schools should take a collaborative approach to the management of discipline in secondary schools
