Assessment of student learning outcomes needs to be done using tests that meet the criteria for quality tests. This study aims to determine the quality of teacher-made tests on financial accounting subjects in Vocational High Schools. This research will be directed at descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collected are questions made by 32 teachers, answer sheets from 689 Accounting students. Validity of objective and essay tests using product moment correlation. Reliability of the objective test using KR20 formula, while the essay test using Alpha formula. Difficulty level and distinguishing power of objective tests using Anates 4. Difficulty level and distinguishing power of essay tests used Microsoft Excel 2013. The research results obtained are as follows: (1) validity of teacher-made test items cannot accurately measure learning outcomes; (2) reliability of teacher-made tests can not show stable results despite repeated testing of the same subject; (3) teacher-made tests do not have a proportion of degree of difficulty that is suitable for use as a Mid-Semester assessment tool; (4) distinguishing power of tests made by teachers cannot distinguish students who have mastered the test material (upper or superior group) from students who have not mastered the test material (lower group or user); (5) Multiple choice test distractors made by teachers are not evenly chosen and the key options and deception options do not function effectively. Quality analysis of teacher-made tests through item analysis is intended to identify damaged test items and to show areas that are already mastered by students.

This study aims to describe the use of MAKSI: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) based accounting multimedia in improving students' understanding on bank reconciliation material in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This research is a quantitative-descriptive research with case study method involving 40 students. Data collection techniques used are tests using essay tests, observations, and interviews. The result showed that the average understanding before using MAKSI is 52.18 with the less category, while after using MAKSI the average increases to 76.23 with good category. Before using MAKSI, 65% of students have less understanding, 27.5% have sufficient understanding, while 10% have good understanding. After using MAKSI, the percentage of the the students who have good understanding increases to 40%. In addition, there are 40% of students who have very good understanding. Those who have less understanding are only 7.5% while 12.5% of them have sufficient understanding. Thus, the use of MAKSI in learning in SMK can improve students' understanding.

This research aimed at knowing the quality of test item derived from its validity, reliability, difficulty level, discriminator power, and distractor effectiveness. Quantitative descriptive method was used in this research. Interview and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data. The data source used was in evensemester exam questions that were in the forms of multiple-choice, student answer sheet, and answer key. Anates 4.0.9 program was to analyze the quality of test items. The research findings of the analysis of multiple-choice test item quality on semester final exam of Chemistry subject at the eleventh grade of State Islamic Senior High School 2 Kepulauan Meranti showed that in the validity analysis there were 6 valid test items (17%) and 29 non validitems (83%); in the reliability analysis it was obtained the reliability score 0.955; in the difficulty level analysis there were 12 easy test items (34%), 17 medium items (49%), and 6 hard items (17%); in the discriminator power analysis there were 4 very good test items (11.5%), a good item (3%), 19 items (54%) that should be revised, and 11 items (31.5%) that should be eliminated; in the distractor effectiveness there 26 very good options (19%), 10 good options (7%), 25 poor options (18%), 55 bad options (39%), and 24 very bad options (17%). Therefore, it could be concluded that the quality of test items could be stated bad.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning science using Compelette Sentence learning model in terms of comparison the average result of learning and mastery learning material science of energy and its use. The research was conducted in SDN Ngelowetan on 17 to 21 April 2017. The method used in this research is to study the design of pretest-posttest control group design with a saturated sample. The instrument will involve a total of 20 multiple-choice test items. Method of collection using method of documentation and test method. Technique of data analysis done with mastery learn and t test. Results showed that the experimental and control groups on average there are differences in learning outcomes between students who get Complette Sentence learning model and students do not get the learning with the learning model Complette Sentence. Learning outcomes in the experimental group reached an average of 81.50 with the percentage of 86.67% mastery learning. While the average of learning outcomes in the control group was 75.18 with the percentage of mastery learning as much as 60.71%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ketepatan indikator dalam kisi-kisi soal, keterwakilan setiap kompetensi dasar dalam kisi-kisi soal, kesesuaian antara kisi-kisi soal dan soal, serta capaian daya serap setiap kompetensi dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kisi-kisi soal, soal, dan capaian daya serap dari soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia di SMP kabupaten Wonosobo tahun 2013. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ketepatan indikator dalam kisi-kisi soal termasuk kategori tepat (86,4%) dengan rincian ketepatan indikator pada kategori sangat tepat sebesar 22%, tepat sebesar 68%, cukup tepat sebesar 8%, kurang tepat sebesar 2%, dan tidak tepat sebesar 0%; (2) keterwakilan setiap kompetensi dasar dalam kisi-kisi soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo dalam kategori sangat terwakili (96,7%); (3) kesesuaian antara kisi-kisi soal dan soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo tahun 2013 termasuk kategori sesuai (86%); dan capaian daya serap untuk seluruh kompetensi dasar dalam soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo tahun 2013 termasuk kategori rendah yaitu sebesar 56,89% dengan rincian capaian pada kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 0%, tinggi sebesar 14%,  sedang sebesar 24%, rendah sebesar 30%, dan sangat rendah sebesar 32%. Kata Kunci: telaah, kisi-kisi soal, soal, daya serap  THE ANALYSIS OF THE FIRST TRY OUT OF INDONESIAN LANGUAGE TEST IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS OF WONOSOBO REGENCY IN 2013 Abstract This study aims to describe the accuracy of the indicators in the table of specifications, the representation of each basic competence in the table of specifications, the compatibility between table of specifications and test items, and the learning outcomes performance of each basic competence of the test items. This research is qualitative-quantitative descriptive. The subjects were the table specifications, test items, and the learning outcomes performance of the first try out of Indonesian language test in junior high schools of Wonosobo regency in 2013. Data were collected through the reading and recording. The results are as follow. (1) the accuracy of the indicators in the table specifications at accurate category (86,4%) within the accuracy of indicators at very good category (22%), good category (68%), medium category (8%), low category (2%), and very low category (0%); (2) the representation of each basic competence in the table specifications at very representive category (96,7%); (3) the compatibility between the table specifications and test items at compatible category (86%); and (4) the learning outcomes performance of all the basic competencies are included in the low category (56,89) within the learning outcomes performances at very good category (0%), good category (14%), medium category (24%), low category (30%), and very low category (32%). To measure the achievement of students' competence in Arabic in accordance with predetermined competency standards, it is necessary to assess the learning outcomes of students. The accuracy of the assessment of learning outcomes has a very significant impact on efforts to improve the quality of education in schools, so the quality of tests as an evaluation tool really needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the quality of the daily test items in Arabic for SD Muhammadiyah Sidoarum Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis using the excel application program AnBuSo (Questionnaire Analysis) version 5.0. The results showed that the process of arranging the Arabic questions was not good, because the teacher did not pay attention to the stages used in the preparation of the questions so that the difference between the questions and the difficulty level of the questions was not balanced.

The objective of this study was to understand the following: (1) the effectiveness of block system learning to student learning outcomes. (2) the diffrences in student learning outcomes between those who use block and non-blok learning system in public vocational high schools in Batang District. This study includes a type of descriptive quantitative research with a survey approach. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The population is the whole school vocational high schools in Batang District. This research uses purposive sampling consisting of three vocational high schools. The result showed that: (1) the effectiveness of block system learning in vocational high school in Batang District can be seen of the result students that average value of  expertise competency test (UKK) has meet the minimal completeness criteria (KKM) specified by the school at 75.00. In SMK Negeri 1 Warungasem, the average UKK value in the 2017/2018 academic year was 76.83, increasing to 82.32 in the 2018/2019 academic year with an increase of 5.4. Furthermore, in SMKN 1 Blado, UKK value average in the 2017/2018 school year amounted to 77.48, rising to 81.81 in the 2018/2019 school year with an increase of 4.3.(2) the comparison of student learning outcomes between the use of block and non-block system learning in the TKRO major at public vocational high schools in Batang District seen from the average UKK grades for the 2018/2019 school year that the use of block system learning is superior to non-block system learning.
