This study aims to develop self and peer assessment instruments to improve students' critical and appreciative abilities in learning drama appreciation. This research was conducted by following the ADDIE model development steps, namely needs analysis, product design, product development, product implementation, and product evaluation. There are two types of data in this study, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data is in the form of suggestions and comments from assessment experts, literature experts, and drama appreciation learning experts, as well as students, while quantitative data is in the form of scores obtained from assessment experts, literature experts, and drama appreciation learning experts, as well as students. Both data were obtained through questionnaire guidelines. The data obtained were then analyzed. For qualitative data analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, while quantitative data using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. From the analysis technique used, it is known that the product developed can increase students' critical appreciative abilities by getting an average percentage of 8.3% for the display aspect, 9.7% for the product content aspect, and 90.4% for the language aspect. The three averages were obtained from assessment experts, literary experts, and drama appreciation learning experts. When testing the product, students got an average score of 82.2% on the aspect of 'student impressions of the use of self and peer assessment in increasing students' critical appreciation skills in learning drama appreciation 'and 80.4% on the aspect of' practicality and ease of self and peer assessment for improve students 'appreciative critical abilities in drama appreciation learning'.

This study aims at determining the ability of the fifth-grade students of state primary schools (SDNs) located in cluster 3 of Sabang City, Aceh; to rewrite folktales that are read, including the aspects of character, background, plot, language, and punctuation. The approach employed by this study is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population as well as samples in this study were 20 fifth-grade students of SDN 26 and 20 students of SDN 28 Sabang. The research data was collected by test techniques, in the form of assignments. Data is analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely making a list of raw scores, calculating the average score of students, and classifying the results of the samples studied. The results of the study showed that the ability of the fifth grade students of SDNs in cluster 3 of Sabang City to rewrite the read folklore had not reached the specified value criteria. There are only 35% of students who have sufficient ability or score above 75, and many 65% of students do not have adequate ability who score below 75. This study also shows that of 40 students, only 3 students get a very good predicate with a score of 90, 30 students obtained a good predicate with a score of 65-85, and 7 students obtained a sufficient predicate with a score of 60.

Transnational crime in the territory of Indonesia is increasingly motivated by several pushes and pull factors. First, Indonesia's strategic position makes many people tempted to anchor to Indonesia to make Indonesia a transit country and live and develop. This is worrying because it cannot be denied that foreigners enter a country in an illegal way and cross borders. Second, state borders without immigration documents or other valid documents will create new problems, which of course, can lead to criminal issues. Of course, a policy of equitable borders and controls is the answer to this problem.Another thing that cannot be left out is that establishing a positive law that is firm and binding is the key to the success of this policy. This research study uses normative legal research methods with qualitative data collection juxtaposed with descriptive analysis techniques so that the existing problems regarding transnational crimes, especially human smuggling, can be presented comprehensively and informatively. Outreach to the community as the first informant is one of the keys to community-based surveillance and enforcement management. It is hoped that with the coordination and synergy of problems related to foreign nationals who are the perpetrators of human smuggling crimes, it is expected that it can decrease statistically so that the selective policy principle that is aspired is that only foreigners who provide benefits and have valid documents can enter Indonesian territory and give services to Indonesia's national progress.

This study aims to obtain a clear picture of the effects of supervision which consists of routine supervision, individual supervision, and monitoring of the administration of Papua Province. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. Primary and secondary data is the source of the data used. Data collection techniques used are field data and literature study data. The study was conducted using qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis consisting of research instrument tests, standard assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the routine supervision variable partially had a significant influence on the administration of the Papua Province. While the special supervision and partial monitoring variables do not have a significant effect on the administration of the Papua Province. Variables of routine supervision, individual supervision, and simultaneous monitoring have a significant influence on the administration of Papua Province. The routine supervision variable is the most dominant factor influencing the administration of Papua Province.

This research aims at improving students’ ability to write exposition text through learning cycle model to the third-semester students of Indonesian Language Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences, Pakuan University. The method used for this research is action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Qualitative data are taken from data analysis and analysis of learning process from three cycles. Meanwhile, quantitative data are taken from the comparison of students' score from the first to the third cycle. The implementation of learning cycle that consists of engagement, exploration, explanation elaboration and evaluation in writing exposition activity done in  every cycle successfully improves students’ ability to write exposition text. It is shown on the average score which increases from 52.38 to 80.13. This improvement comes along the improvement of students’ activity in expressing their ideas throughout learning cycle. As a result, learning cycle can improve students’ ability to write exposition text.

This research is underpinned by the lack of blame for students ' science process skills that can result in no achievement of learning objectives. The proper application of learning models is one of the alternatives to addressing the problem. One of the learning models that can be applied is the learning model predict observe explain (POE). This research aims to determine the implementation of the learning model predict observe explain and its influence on the skills of the students ' science process on electrolyte and nonelectrolytic solution material in grade X MIA SMAN 9 Jambi City. The approach used in this research is a mix method by using both qualitative data and quantitative data. Sampling techniques are performed with purposive sampling. The instrument used is an observation sheet for the implementation of the model by both teachers and students and the observation sheet of Students ' science process skills. Qualitative data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman and quantitative data analysis techniques using the correlation test of product moment and test-T. The management of the POE model by the teacher has increased each meeting, the percentage of the implementation of POE models by students is 74.56% with good categorize, and the percentage of students ' science process skills is 73.33% categorized. The implementation relationship of POE model by students with the skills of students ' science process categorized very strongly with the value of Rxy 0.849. The signification test was obtained Thitung > this (9,013 > 2,036) with DK 32 and α = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that the implementation of POE learning model on electrolyte and nonelectrolytic solution material affects the students ' science process skills in X MIA class SMAN 9 Jambi City.

Teachers in ECE (Early Childhood Education) should have the knowledge and skills in guiding children when playing blocks, but this is not shared by most PAUD teachers in Indonesia. Therefore, this study develops a block play model that refers to the PKPK model from Hirsch and Dodge with the adjustment of conditions in Indonesia. This research is a research and development (R&D) that seeks to develop, refine (re-construct), test, and validate Masnipal-models that are easy for teachers to use and effectively develop children's creativity. This study begins with testing the PKPK model to a group of subjects to obtain data about the ability of teachers to understand and apply the model. After revisions and improvements, the model of reconstruction results was further tested. Research subjects were PAUD teachers in Cianjur (n = 42) and Bandung (n = 78). Data collection uses observation and peer assessment techniques and data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques. The novelty of this study is the resulting Masnipal-model that facilitates PAUD teachers in Indonesia in guiding children to develop creativity through block play.
