This research uses classroom action research. The purpose of this study is to improve students' speaking ability in the learning process by using the speaking media card. Implementation of this research is conducted three cycles, each sisklus lasted for two meetings. Subjects in this study were students class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 27 Lamasi, which amounted to 28 people. In this research used qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Qualitative data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. While quantitative data is analyzed by using statistic in the form of mean calculation (mean). The results of this study indicate that the average score of students' speaking skills increases in each cycle. In the first cycle with an average score of 2.03, it increases in cycle II with an average value of 3.18, and increasing again in cycle III, whose average value is 3.75. The conclusion of this research is by using the time token arends model hence speaking skill of class V student Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 27 Lamasi can increase.

This study aims to develop mathematics teaching materials assisted by Microsoft Mathematics applications in class XI students. The research and development method used is the 4D model proposed by Thiagarajan which consists of 4 stages: (1) define; (2) design; (3) develop and (4) disseminate. Researchers used qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. This study uses data collection techniques namely questionnaire (questionnaire) in the form of a Likert scale for students responses. The results of the study are media in the form of mathematics teaching materials assisted by Microsoft Mathematics applications that are suitable to be used as learning media to improve student learning motivation. The feasibility of learning media produced from material experts and media experts is valid and is suitable for use as a learning medium. The response of students to the learning media obtained in the small group test is very interesting with an average score of 83%. In field testing, the criteria for attractiveness are very interesting with an average score of 87%.

This research reveals the application of picture and picture learning model by determining the subject matter which become the focus of the study, namely the activity on students' speaking skill. Thus, the purpose of this study to determine the ability of students 'speaking skills in the learning process using the media images in class III MI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua'. The implementation of research using quantitative and qualitative approach. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) designed through three cycles. Each cycle lasts for two meetings. Subjects in this study were third grade students MI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua, which amounted to 18 students consisting of 10 men and 8 women. Data collection techniques conducted in this study, namely interviews, tests, and observations. This research uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Qualitative data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis technique, ie categorization, data presentation, and data reduction, while quantitative data was analyzed by using percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the average value of activity in students' speaking skills increases in each cycle. In the first cycle with a mean score of 68.05, it increases in cycle II with the average value of 71.52, and increasing again in cycle III with the average value of 84.72. Thus, it can be seen that the use of modelpicture and picture can effectively improve the students' speaking skills in the class IIIMI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua.

This study aims to describe the process and learning outcomes through the use of song creation Minangkabau in improving the ability to speak the child's mother. This research is conducted in TK Nurul Hidayah., Bukittinggi- West Sumatra in January until February 2017. The subjects were students group B were 17 children. This study uses research methods Action research, from comprising: a) planning, b) actions and observations, c) reflection. Conducted over 16 sessions that are divided into two cycles. Data was collected through tests, observations, interviews and documentation study. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Quantitative data analysis used to determine the percentage of children's ability to speak their mother tongue after the action. the results showed an increase in children after learning to use the song Minangkabau creations. pre-actions are performed to determine the percentage of children's mother tonge by 47, 43%, increased to 68.38% after the cycle for the First, and increased to 87, 50% after the second cycle. The ability to speak their mother tongue can be developed through the use of song creation Minangkabau, where the song creations Minangkabau can attract children to use their imagination so that he is able to express ideas. Minangkabau creations song is a fun activity for young children.

This study aims to determine the increase in social studies learning outcomes and learning activities of students by applying the PAIKEM Model assisted by Media PowerPoint. The method used in this study was to use the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. The subjects in this study amounted to 38 students, for data collection techniques used were observation and tests. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the activity is good and learning outcomes increase. This can be seen in the first cycle of student learning activities obtained 3.19 with good categories while in the second cycle obtained 3.78 with good categories. Increased learning outcomes in the first cycle of the average value of students are 70 with classical completeness 60.52% and in the second cycle, the average value of students is 84 with classical completeness to 89.47%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes using the PAIKEM model assisted by Media PowerPoint.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to describe an increase in Indonesian language learning outcomes through cooperative learning method Number Head Together (NHT) in Class XI IPS 2 students at SMA 2 Watampone. This research approach, which is descriptive. The design or model of this research is Action Research. This research was carried out in Class XI IPS 2 of SMA Negeri 2 Watampone totaling 38 people. This research was conducted in the even semester 2016/2017. Data collection is done through observation, documentation, and test techniques. Data analysis techniques, namely quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle were categorized as medium with an average value of 64.15 and increased in the second cycle to be a high category with an average value of 77.89. Learning completeness in the first cycle was 44.73% and increased in the second cycle to 92.11%. Thus, the application of NHT cooperative learning can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in Class XI IPS 2 at SMA 2 Watampone. (2) Cooperative learning NHT increases the student's effectiveness in learning. The indicator of improvement can be observed based on the learning outcomes of the first cycle and the second cycle which experience changes especially in changes in motivation, enthusiasm and values of students learning students understand the material.

This study aims to develop, test the feasibility and measure student responses to Student Worksheets in the wave and sound course based 3N (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi). The research method used is research and development using the Borg and Gall model which consists of five steps, namely exploration studies, initial product development, expert validation and product revisions, limited trials and product revisions, main trials and revisions to the final product. The instrument used was a validation questionnaire for material experts and media experts as well as a student response questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study were 3N-based sound and wave LKM which were valid with very good criteria and very suitable for use, practical, interesting, more able to motivate and help students understand the concept. The average score of the validation results from material experts and media experts was 3.52 or 88.08%, in the very good category and the student response was 3.65 or 91.4% in the very good category.

This study shows outcomes of social studies students. The method is to use the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. Subjects needed for class VII-B MTs MifTahul Jannah Palangka Raya, which numbered 23 students, for the data collection techniques used were observation and tests. While this study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the survey show that: (1) There is an increase in learning outcomes. This is known as the initial stage with an average value of 64 with classical completeness. This is the first cycle which reached an average of 72 with the artistic integrity of 56.52% and the results achieved by students in this second cycle of These values indicate that learning using the average cost of 86.95% in class VII-B MTs Miftahul Jannah Palangka Raya

<p>This study aims to determine whether the problem loans (LAR) affect the Return on Investment (ROI) UPK Bunga Tanjung on the Loans without Slums City Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. By using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results obtained by the ratio of problem loans (LAR) UPK Bunga Tanjung in the Revolving Loans of the City without Slums Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja Subdistrict always increase with an average ratio of 15.53%. While the Return On Investment (ROI) ratio always decreases with an average ratio of 10.15%. Non-performing loans (LAR) greatly affect the level of Return On Investment (ROI) in revolving loans UPK Bunga Tanjung Without Slum City Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District in 2014-2018. A small level of non-performing loans will benefit the UPK and conversely a high level of problem loans will reduce the profitability of the UPK.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Non-performing Loans (LAR), Return On Investment (ROI), Slumless City Program (KOTAKU).</p>

This study aims to describe the tendency of arsir techniques from horse drawings and describe the application of the principle of fine art of horse drawing works. This research uses descriptive research design that is to describe research data as is. This research is focused on three aspects that are the basis of this research, namely the composition, proportions and dark aspects of light. The research population amounted to 73 works, the work of grade VII students A,B,C. Samples were taken with Random Sampling techniques, so that the class of 20 students was selected. So the sample of research as many as 20 works. Data collection in this research was conducted with observation and documentation techniques. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques, namely describing the composition, proportions and dark light used in the drawings of horses in grade VII SMP Swasta Pembangun Medan, Academic Year 2019/2020. The results of this study are as follows. (1) The composition applied obtains the "appropriate" criteria of the three assessors with an average value of 78.28; (2) The proportion applied obtained the "right" criteria from the three assessors with an average value of 73.24; (3) The applied light dark gets the "right" criteria from the three assessors with an average score of 77.87.

This study aims to develop self and peer assessment instruments to improve students' critical and appreciative abilities in learning drama appreciation. This research was conducted by following the ADDIE model development steps, namely needs analysis, product design, product development, product implementation, and product evaluation. There are two types of data in this study, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data is in the form of suggestions and comments from assessment experts, literature experts, and drama appreciation learning experts, as well as students, while quantitative data is in the form of scores obtained from assessment experts, literature experts, and drama appreciation learning experts, as well as students. Both data were obtained through questionnaire guidelines. The data obtained were then analyzed. For qualitative data analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, while quantitative data using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. From the analysis technique used, it is known that the product developed can increase students' critical appreciative abilities by getting an average percentage of 8.3% for the display aspect, 9.7% for the product content aspect, and 90.4% for the language aspect. The three averages were obtained from assessment experts, literary experts, and drama appreciation learning experts. When testing the product, students got an average score of 82.2% on the aspect of 'student impressions of the use of self and peer assessment in increasing students' critical appreciation skills in learning drama appreciation 'and 80.4% on the aspect of' practicality and ease of self and peer assessment for improve students 'appreciative critical abilities in drama appreciation learning'.
