AbstrakSeiring perkembangan teknologi banyak metode pengukuran arus, tegangan serta faktor daya yang dikembangkan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan inovasi pengembangan sistem instrumentasi yaitu alat ukur daya listrik yang dapat diakses secara online sehingga informasi jumlah penggunaan daya listrik dan jumlah tagihan dapat diakses melalui website. Sistem ini dirancang  menggunakan Netduino Plus berbasis ARM SAM7X, sensor ACS712 5A sebagai sensor arus dan juga menggunakan modul pengukur tegangan yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi tegangan dengan prinsip penyearah arus dan rangkaian pembagi tegangan. Mekanisme perhitungan penggunaan listriknya dilakukan dengan mengakumulasi daya yang dihitung setiap detik.  Purwarupa alat ukur daya listrik ini berhasil dibuat dengan baik dan diketahui bahwa sensor arus pada sistem ini memiliki presentase keakuratan sebesar 98,4%, pada modul pengukur tegangan memiliki presentase keakuratan sebesar 96,6%.  Kata kunci— Alat Ukur Daya Listrik, Netduino Plus, ethernet, website AbstractAlong with the development of technology a lot of methods of current, voltage and power factor measurement are developed. In this research is developing innovative instrumentation systems that use electrical power measuring devices that can be accessed online so that information on the number of power consumption and the amount of the bill can be accessed through the website . This system was designed using the Netduino Plus, ACS712 5A as sensor for detecting current and also use voltage gauges module that is used to detect the voltage with using the principle of current rectifier with a voltage divider circuit . The mechanism of usage electricity accumulation which is calculated for every second. Prototypes of electric power measuring instrument is successfully made and it is known that the current sensor system has the percentage accuracy of 98.4 %, the voltage measuring module has a percentage accuracy of 96.6 % . Keywords— Power Measurement , Netduino Plus , ethernet , website

Study on bioelectrisity various carbon sources on the circuit series Microbial Fuel Cell using Lactobacillus plantarum has been conducted. This study aims to determine the electrical energy generated by various types of substrates in MFC and determe the effect of a series circuit of the electrical energy produced using Lactobacillus plantarum. The research stage consisted of preparation stages MFC components, electrical power measurements on variations in the type of substrate, and the measurement of electrical power in series circuit variation. Electrical power measurements were performed on a variety of substrate types by comparing the electrical power generated by the fructose, lactose and starch substrates while the electric power measurements with series variations are used in single series, series 2 and series 3. The results of the maximum electrical power measurement on the variation of fructose, lactose and starch substrate in MFC system using Lactobacillus plantarum were obtained respectively 10,26 mW; 63 mW and 27.47 mW. The maximum electric power generated in the MFC system uses Lactobacillus plantarum in a single circuit, series 2, series 3 series with lactose substrate obtained respectively of 63 mW, 164.74 mW and 290.51 mW. The measurement of electrical power showed that the lactose substrate produces a greater power than the other substrates. Series circuit capable of increasing electrical power in MFC system.

Muhammad Gifar Afria B, Heru Winarno, in general, a digital kWh meter that can be used to monitor the cosphi value is a 3 phase kWh meter. For 1 phase kWh meters it can only be used to monitor voltage and load usage. In this tool a 1 phase digital kWh meter prototype is made that can be used to monitor cosphi. Cosphi can be compared by comparing voltage and current signals using LM 393 IC. The reading results from IC LM 393 are compared with EX-OR IC so that high signal is obtained when voltage and current have phase difference only. The output of the EX-OR IC is inserted into Arduino to be read and calibrated so that it can be displayed on the LCD. for the process of reading the current magnitude used ACS 712 current sensor, while for the voltage sensor reading step down transformer is used with the principle of voltage divider. In this system, the Arduino MEGA 2560 microcontroller is used as a sensor reading processor that is programmed using the C ++ language so that it can be displayed on a 16x4 LCD. This digital KWH is also equipped with overcurrent protection using a 5vdc relay that is set to work with a driver in the form of an NPN transistor program on Arduino MEGA 2560. In its appearance this tool can provide information in the form of current, voltage, cosphi and the amount of power used in units of time and has been converted into units of rupiah. This tool can help read electrical instrumentation for homes that are still using analog KWH meters. The background of this research is an instrument of learning for reading comprehension which in general is still dominated by an instrument in the form of print out which makes the students’ interest to read is reduced. In addition, this instrument is usually done manually or handwritten so that the students’ work must be corrected manually and require some time to get the results. This study aims to develop instruments or measuring devices for reading comprehension in the Primary School in Pekanbaru and find out the feasibility of measuring devices for reading comprehension skills. This product is Macromedia Flash 8 based namely "MaCaMi" which stands forMari Membaca dan Memahami. The research method used was the 4D model with four stages, such as the define stage, the design phase, the develop phase, and the dessiminate stage which is limited to the third stage. The data of this study were obtained from product design expert validation questionnaire, questionnaire validated by linguists, teacher response questionnaire and students response questionnaire. The data were generated quantitatively and analyzed by using the assessment criteria to determine the product quality. The results of this study showed the assessment of product design experts in draft 1 had an average percentage of 69.61% with the appropriate category then had increased in draft 2 to 90.56% with the very feasible category. The results of  the feasibility test by linguists in draft 1 with had average percentage of 95.30% with the very feasible category then increased in draft 2 to 97.20% withn the very feasible category. The results of the teacher's response to the reading comprehension measuring instrument in the Primary School in Pekanbaru developed by researchers obtained an average percentage of 93.50% with a very good category and the results of students' responses to the measuring instrument obtained an average percentage of 89.90% with a category very good. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the product developed by researchers is feasible to be used as a measure of reading comprehension ability of primary school students.

This paper analyzes the actual situation of the electricity management about student apartments, and design intelligent energy student housing management system based on CAN bus. The system uses the field level, the underlying management level and upper management level three management systems. Field level with a dedicated energy metering chip AD7755 and STM32F103 microcontroller with A/D conversion function as the core, to achieve real-time power measurement; via CAN bus timing or random read live energy data for monitoring electricity consumption of the apartment, investigate abnormal electricity, thus effectively limiting the students to use electrical power to achieve the modernization and automation of power management solutions student apartments.

The paper proposes a new design of high-accuracy On-line Metal Thickness Measuring Instrument, which was based on EP2C20 series FPGA chip, through adding NiosII soft processor and other interfaces to FPGA, equipped with high precision data collection system and TFT LCD module and so on. The key hardware blocks schematics and components of the RC Oscillation Circuit,eddy current sensor Circuit,rectifier and filter Circuit,A/D converting circuit,FPGA Circuit are described,software flow charts and sample codes are given. According to practice, The measurement range of this system is 1~100 mm and the resolving power is 0.1 μm. degree of linearity is 1%, The system has many features including small volume of hardware, low cost, high detecting precision, convenient operating, high intelligent and so on, leading to broad and bright future. Static and dynamic computer models of fuel cells are considered. A static model is determined that most ac-curately reproduces the current-voltage characteristic of a real fuel cell. A method for tuning it according to the experimental I - V characteristic by the least squares method is proposed. A method for its adjustment ac-cording to the experimental I - V characteristic by the method of gradient descent is proposed. A modified elec-trical equivalent circuit of a fuel cell has been developed, which simulates its dynamic response, taking into ac-count the damping effect of eddy currents during operation of a stack of fuel cells on a pulse voltage converter. A method is proposed for determining the parameters of the model from the experimental oscillograms of the current and voltage of the stack. A universal model of a stack of fuel cells in LTspice has been developed, which makes it possible to simulate a dynamic response and, if necessary, simulate a real static I – V characteristic of the stack.

To improve the energy efficiency of a mobile robot, a novel energy modeling method for mobile robots is proposed in this paper. The robot can calculate and predict energy consumption through the energy model, which provides a guide to facilitate energy-efficient strategies. The energy consumption of the mobile robot is first modeled by considering three major factors: the sensor system, control system, and motion system. The relationship between the three systems is elaborated by formulas. Then, the model is utilized and experimentally tested in a four-wheeled Mecanum mobile robot. Furthermore, the power measurement methods are discussed. The energy consumption of the sensor system and control system was at the milliwatt level, and a Monsoon power monitor was used to accurately measure the electrical power of the systems. The experimental results showed that the proposed energy model can be used to predict the energy consumption of the robot movement processes in addition to being able to efficiently support the analysis of the energy consumption characteristics of mobile robots.

The article deals with the issue of paying for electricity transmission services by consumers in connection with the introducing on the 1st of July, 2020 the Federal Law no. 522-FZ dated December 27, 2018 and the requirements for smart devices and electricity metering systems. This topic is one of the key points in the fight against non-payments for electrical energy, reducing business losses. The article draws attention to the change in the relationship between a consumer of electrical power and its supplier after the introduction of the above-mentioned law. The opportunities of intelligent electricity metering systems are examined as well as their features and some of their characteristics are given. On the example of the Verkhneuslonsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan, served by the branch of JSC “Network Company” Buinsky electrical networks, a comparative analysis of electrical power consumption is presented according to the data of those consumers who have smart metering devices installed and those who use ordinary counters. It is shown that installation of intelligent electric power metering systems made it possible to increase the useful power supply for the observed period by 15.5% in 2020 against 1.8% when using traditional counters for the same period of 2019.

No entanto, em determinadas situações, não se dispõe, nas proximidades, de rede elétrica, o que passa a viabilizar o uso de motores diesel. Este trabalho, portanto, propôs a análise dos custos horários de bombeamento com a operação de motores diesel e elétricos nas 5 regiões do Brasil. Considerou-se as composições tarifárias verde, azul e convencional, período de irrigação de 2, 4, 6 e 8 meses por ano e operação no horário de ponta e fora de ponta. Para essa avaliação, foi considerado um motor diesel e elétrico, de potência comercial de 50 cv. O ponto de equilíbrio entre motor elétrico e diesel foi determinado pela distância da rede de energia elétrica até o local de consumo. A viabilidade de utilização dos motores diesel em relação ao acionamento de motores elétricos foi encontrada a partir de distâncias da rede de transmissão elétrica de1,32 a8,71 km, sendo a primeira a condição mais atrativa, encontrada na região Sudeste, com 2 meses/ano de irrigação, na tarifa convencional. UNITERMOS: Energia elétrica, irrigação, custo de bombeamento  MONTEIRO, R. However, the viability of electric power lines is restricted to only one part of rural areas, making it necessary the implementation of diesel engines as a source of electrical power for water management. The aim of this study was to investigate the viability of the use of electric energy and diesel motors.  For this study, an electric motor and a diesel one, both of 50HP potency, were evaluated, taking into consideration the following variables: tax composition, areas of the country and number of operation hours per year. The viability of the diesel engine use in relation to implantation of electric motors was determined from  distances that ranged from1.32 kmup to8.71 kmbetween the consumption place and the electric power lines.
