From earlier days to now for electric current transmission heavy voltage lines are commonly used but as number of residential people, societies, are increasing day by day so the installing and maintenance of that wiring system is tough task. This may cause many accidents in residential areas as well as roads, farms etc. and this may also cause death of persons. So to overcome from this situation Laser Based Technology is introduced and it looks like great advantage from last many decades. This technology used in several parts like Medical Sciences, Military, Industries and many more. The idea is to provide a laser based smart system to detect such conditions and send failure & alert signal to control station. The system consists, LASER and LDR based sensor array to check minimum clearance for overhead conductor. In any uncertain condition or accidental condition signal will sent by radio frequency. Complete system is based on Solar and it can be easily mount on electric towers.

In this Context-aware computing era, everything is being automated and because of this, smart system’s count been incrementing day by day.  The smart system is all about context awareness, which is a synergy with the objects in the system. The result of the interaction between the users and the sensors is nothing but the repository of the vast amount of context data. Now the challenging task is to represent, store, and retrieve context data. So, in this research work, we have provided solutions to context storage. Since the data generated from the sensor network is dynamic, we have represented data using Context dimension tree, stored the data in cloud-based ‘MongoDB’, which is a NoSQL. It provides dynamic schema and reasoning data using If-Then rules with RETE algorithm. The Novel research work is the integration of NoSQL cloud-based MongoDB, rule-based RETE algorithm and CLIPS tool architecture. This integration helps us to represent, store, retrieve and derive inferences from the context data efficiently..

The significant way of using the technology relies on the effective way of utilizing and regenerating the resources. Technology advancements increase day by day in each and every sector including construction, automobile, manufacture, production, bio-medical sciences and home appliances. The use of wireless protocols that bridges the gap with the Security and Privacy Issues in Internet of Things has been drastically in demand as always. Ipv6, IEEE 802.15.4, WirelessHart had played a vital role in the field of Internet of Things. Their impact can be further advanced with the specifications designed in Wireless Protocols. Robust and more secure bits preserving communication protocol leading the earlier protocols used.

In this article, we present our initial findings to support the design of an advanced field test to detect bacterial contamination in water samples. The system combines the use of image processing and neural networks to detect an early presence of bacterial activity. We present here a proof of concept with some tests results. Our initial findings are very promising and indicate detection of viable bacterial cells within a period of 2 h. To the authors’ knowledge this is the first attempt to quantify viable bacterial cells in a water sample using cell splitting. We also present a detailed design of the complete system that uses the time lapse images from a microscope to complete the design of a neural network based smart system.

When fault distance is greater than a certain value, attenuation of high frequency fault signal over the line is greater than what the DC line boundary is subject to. To sensitively detect a fault and improve the reliability of UHVDC (Ultra High Voltage Direct Current) transmission line protection, a new protection scheme based on wavelet based direction element is proposed, where directional element and attenuation of high frequency energy are used to identify an internal fault. Extensive simulation results show that the proposed protection scheme is able to sensitively detect high impedance faults, identify the faulty pole.

As a basic need of human life, the place of safe potable water cannot be ignored elsewhere. Therefore, themain objective of the current study was to take an overview of the main source of water, expenditure on waterpurchasing and use quality of bottled water in Bahawalpur city. Primary data were gathered through a structuredquestionnaire during a field survey in selected five residential areas as sample sites i.e. Model town A, Model town B,Shahdrah, Satellite town, and Islami colony, while the secondary data were collected from PCRWR and a few websources. Data were gathered from 150 respondents (30 from each study site) and analyzed in SPSS 17 software byapplying descriptive statistics (frequencies and percentages) to get a generalized picture regarding the main source ofwater, use and quality of bottled water in the study area. Findings make it clear that majority of the respondents werefetching water from government filtration plants following the electric pumps. Moreover, various local watercompanies (e.g. Pineo, Piyas, Aquafina, Kinley, Al-Shiffa, Life Water) were also supplying water in the study area.Particularly, the use and demand for bottled water are increasing day by day as people have serious concerns on qualityrelated issues of water. Bottled water was available in different quantities from 0.5 liters to 19 liters with respectiveprices that were purchased from various departmental and medical stores or via home delivery service. But the qualityof the bottled water was not satisfactory and up to the standards. The PCRWR laboratory analysis of bottled watersamples show significant variations and alarmingly different brands i.e. Blue water, Kalash pure water and Pan Purawere found chemically and microbiologically unfit for drinking purposes. So, it is suggested that regular monitoringand quality control steps by local government in the private sector would ensure the effective and secure potable waterdeliverance.

With frequent reports coming through media, social networks and several other communication channels as well as individuals stating that even after proper vaccination with 2 doses as per guidelines and protocols of Ministry of Health & Family welfare, Government of India, there are cases of deaths as well tested covid-19 positive is a growing concern and a very big issue as addressed by accredited big channels (1). In such a report published by news18.com the channel reported that more than 2000 police staff in Uttarakhand tested positive for covid-19 in the second wave and 93% of them have received both the doses of covid-19 vaccines? Naturally after reading and viewing such reports people will ask how many people have covid-19 after proper vaccination and how many of them died? Why are they covid-19 positive & died after proper vaccination? Naturally it will produce fear among vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals which should be addressed timely and properly to ensure safe and smooth vaccination drive in a densely populated country like India having poor infrastructure and underdeveloped healthcare system. Added to this recently I have read a report published in scroll. In that WHO is reviewing data of Seychelles after some vaccinated residents tested positive for the coronavirus last week had been fully vaccinated, reported by Reuters (2). The mistrust for vaccines is growing day by day as there may be no public policy working at ground level to address the situations particularly in rural areas where most of the population is dwelling.

With the broadening technology, the usage of several kinds revolutionary advancements in medicine industry are evolving day by day. These advancements have become more accurate than the existing manual procedures and they are reducing the usage of manpower. By using various technologies in the required medical fields, the time taking procedures are becoming handy in lesser time. In this paper, we are going to propose some technological advancements in field of medical sciences, which are mainly useful for the people who are all living and working in industrial areas. Here we are using Sensors and RF communication to monitor the Patient who has the wandering behavior. To monitor the patient health, heartbeat sensor and temperature sensor are used. Also, we place the gas sensor in all the public places to monitor the unwanted gas. If a patient enters the dangerous environments, an alert will be given to the patient in the form of a personalized buzzer, so that the patient will get alerted and he will take some precautions while travelling in those dangerous areas.
