We have devoted the paper to determining the just value of a company according to the geometric model, which uses the appropriate quantitative values with respect to the real (intrinsic) fundamental (internal) value of a company and the objective price of its shares. Furthermore, the papers provides with the appropriate conclusions, theoretical suggestions and practical recommendations, which are useful for the investors and managers in making operating (current, quick) financial decisions.

We have devoted the paper to verify the determinants and methodology of value management of a company. We proposed to determine the just value according to the geometric model, which uses the appropriate quantitative values with respect to the real value of a company and the objective price of its shares in the open developed financial market. Furthermore, the paper offers theoretical suggestions and practical recommendations which are useful for the investors and managers in making timely financial decisions

The article is devoted to the issue of increasing the efficiency and achieving the real practical significance of the stage of preparation of a civil case for trial in civil and arbitration proceedings. The authors draw conclusions about the need for widespread use at this stage of the obligation as a means of legal regulation and more stringent structuring and regulation of training. Practical recommendations for improving procedural legislation in terms of regulation of this stage are offered.

Lamp poles are one of the most abundant highway and community components in modern cities. Their supporting parts are primarily tapered octagonal cones specifically designed for wind resistance. The geometry and the positions of the lamp poles are important information for various applications. For example, they are important to monitoring deformation of aged lamp poles, maintaining an efficient highway GIS system, and also facilitating possible feature-based calibration of mobile LiDAR systems. In this paper, we present a novel geometric model for octagonal lamp poles. The model consists of seven parameters in which a rotation about the z-axis is included, and points are constrained by the trigonometric property of 2D octagons after applying the rotations. For the geometric fitting of the lamp pole point cloud captured by a terrestrial LiDAR, accurate initial parameter values are essential. They can be estimated by first fitting the points to a circular cone model and this is followed by some basic point cloud processing techniques. The model was verified by fitting both simulated and real data. The real data includes several lamp pole point clouds captured by: (1) Faro Focus 3D and (2) Velodyne HDL-32E. The fitting results using the proposed model are promising, and up to 2.9 mm improvement in fitting accuracy was realized for the real lamp pole point clouds compared to using the conventional circular cone model. The overall result suggests that the proposed model is appropriate and rigorous.

The scientific principles and practical recommendations on the organization and management of business processes and construction investment projects in the real sector of the Ukrainian economy are developed. These issues are considered on an example of the development of objects and processes in the oil and gas complex. The basis of its improvement is proposed to apply new forms and best international experience to ensure the modern progress and competitiveness of complex industrial and business systems. It is determined that the practical recommendations given in the article can be successfully applied in industry and other sectors of the real economy sector of Ukraine. Their use should ensure the acceleration of modern progress and the growth of the competitiveness of the domestic economy.

My Work is Yours to Do What I Want narrates the trajectory of two companies, one of them actual (Best Made Co.), and the second (Re Made Co.), an artwork posing as a company that uses remix to strategically confuse, conflate, and disrupt consumer culture. Re Made appears to be an online company founded by the fictitious character Peter Smith-Buchanan, and selling $350 hand-painted plungers. The entire event of Re Made offers an alternate universe—both digital and real—for Best Made Company, which was founded by (the real) Peter Buchanan-Smith, and specializes in $350 artisanal axes. Like a cloned twin or digital virus, Re Made and Buchanan-Smith mimic Best Made and Smith-Buchanan. If Best Made posts a decapitated pig’s head with an axe in its mouth on social media, Re Made’s BBQ pig gnashes a plunger on Instagram. When a New York Times feature refers to the Best Made axe as “manly,” a divergent NYTimes article heralds the masculine plunger. Peter Buchanan-Smith declares the axe to be “embedded in men’s DNA,” and Smith-Buchanan proclaims the plunger an extension of men’s bodies. The real Peter Buchanan-Smith emails Re Made’s CEO Peter Smith-Buchanan insisting he stop this plunder of reality. Acting as Smith-Buchanan’s intern, I (the female creator of the artwork) reply. Best Made’s lawyers send Re Made’s lawyers a 32-page cease-and-desist documenting the paths converging too closely for their liking. Just as the artwork Re Made uses remix via a media-based platform to intentionally confuse “original” content and appropriated material, My Work is Yours to Do What I Want playfully narrates the impulses and parasitic manipulations

In any crisis or uncertain situation, it is necessary to carefully decide about three main points: when, what to invest, and which financial sources will be used. A profit reinvestment would be an effective and safe way of circulating money flows in a company. The first wave of COVID-19 has changed business conditions not only in the Czech Republic, but also it has an influence on financial decisions of entrepreneurs on how to use financial resources in individual segments of the company. The main goal of this chapter is to compare the reinvestment behavior in the company before the crisis based on primary research data (at least 425 respondents). The chapter includes results of different preferences influenced by COVID-19 uncertainty, and factor analysis has shown that availability of internal resources was important to survive restrictions and to be able to continue in financial planning to sustainably develop the business. Unfortunately, the relationship between business experience and main motives to invest wasn't confirmed.

All the theorems stated in [2] are true. In particular, theorem B, on the existence of an invariant measure, is true. However, in the proof of theorem B, it is necessary to use the result of G. Keller [1] on the existence of an invariant measure for a C1+α function. The attempt, in § 4 of this paper, to modify the proof of S. Wong so that it applies to this general case of a C1+α function, is faulty. These calculations do not overcome the real difficulties involved in the proof and leave major gaps in the estimates needed.

<p><em>Every company is required to run its business very well. The success of a company is very much determined by the accuracy and ability of the leader in managing the company. Production costs are one part of the internal steps that must be taken in increasing efficiency. In Islam there is a classification of costs before calculating production costs because not all funds that come out are calculated as production costs. The company can exercise control over activities that do not add value, which refers to cost control to be effective by applying Variable Coasting methods. Because it is seen from the method of calculation, the variable costing approach is more practical and easy to analyze. The results show that, using a calculation with a variable costing approach, the total production costs are lower than the calculation of real use, which is Rp. 55. 718,000 while using the real calculation, the results are greater, which is Rp. It can be seen that the calculation of the company's real production costs is higher than the calculation of production costs using the variable costing method. There is also the main difference between the real calculation of the company and the calculation of variable costing which is located in the treatment of factory overhead costs. The company's real calculations use fixed factory overhead and variable calculations while the variable costing method only calculates variable overhead costs.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em> : Cost, Productions Cost, Variable Costing</em></p>
