This article considers the direct connection of the state of living of the population with the structures of the economy. In this regard, it is noted that the territorial aspects of the structure of the economy are also factors in shaping the structure of people 's needs, despite the fact that the latter are poorly structured. The study showed that the extent of structural changes in the economy, apart from the needs of the population, is affected by such critical proportions as the ratio of production to consumption, the savings fund to consumption fund, industry and agriculture, growth of production and transport development, growth of cash incomes of the population and their commodity coverage. In total production theoretical analysis has also shown that structural changes in the economy depend on the level of change in the share of each sector of the economy At the same time, changes also affect economic growth and human well-being in different ways.

The concepts of resistance and inductance are strewn with misunderstanding and errors that result from inaccurate terminology, mistakes in their definitions, and from the fact that they are quantities that characterize elements of ideal electrical circuits as well as real solid conductors. This is shown unfavourably not only in the respective field of the theory of electrical engineering, but also in the calculation of resistance and inductance. In this paper, a brief theoretical analysis of the state of the art is given, and its results are applied in the calculation of the current density, resistance, and inductance of two coaxial solid tubular conductors.

By theoretical analysis and experiment, this article studied the rebound voltage of lead-acid battery when off-lined. By considering elements as discharge rate, depth of discharge, and environment temperature and so on, we experimented and found the relationship between the rebound voltage and the state of charge (SOC) of battery, which provided reliable basis to estimate the SOC of battery by rebound voltage.

This paper presents a critical appraisal on John Rawls’ philosophy of public reason which presents some ambiguous and problematic issues that must be recognized and properly dealt with. There are three main objectives set forth in this paper. First, this presents key concepts of John Rawls’ idea of public reason as a means of dealing with different religious comprehensive doctrines that is in a way, beneficial to the interest of the state, second, this paper makes a philosophical and theoretical analysis of John Rawls’ idea of public reason, and third, this shows and illustrates some concrete examples of how John Rawls’ idea of public reason as a solution to conflicting religious comprehensive doctrines can appear rather problematic.Keywords: Religious Freedom, Democratic and Pluralistic Society, John Rawls

The article is an analysis from the theoretical and dogmatic point of view of the institution of “special use of weapons”. The intention of the legislator was to comprehensively regulate the issue of the so-called sniper shot, which is to be the reaction of the state apparatus to terrorist behavior. The direct goal of “special use of weapons” is to deprive or endanger the life of the perpetrator of a terrorist event in such a way as to ensure maximum protection of the life and health of individuals whose legal rights may potentially be threatened by terrorist activities. This study aims to present the normative shape of the discussed institution and analyze it in terms of the assumptions of the theory of law and criminal law dogmatics, and in particular, it is an attempt to answer the question about the scope of responsibility of public officials authorized to fire a sniper shot in terms of circumstances excluding unlawfulness

The research was devoted to the actual problem of forming the concept of ecologically safe social development, which substantiates the relevance of this problem because of the state of the economy and the current environmental issues. The theoretical analysis of the main provisions and directions of ecological ethics is carried out, their influence on consciousness and behavior of the person in ecological and economic systems is analyzed. The relationship and interaction of environmental ethics, social ecology, environmental philosophy, and environmental economics were considered. The most acceptable provisions of environmental ethics are highlighted, taking into account modern realities and their impact on the ecological and economic system and social development. Theoretical bases and basic approaches to ensuring ecologically friendly development were investigated; their structuring and analysis were conducted. The basic concepts of social development transformation into ecologically friendly were considered and their theoretical analysis was carried out, the basic advantages and lacks the specified concepts taking into account a current state of economy and environmental issues were allocated. Taking into account empirical researches and results of a comparison of the main provisions was concluded the necessity of introducing the basic provisions of the concept of degrowth for the state economic and ecological safety maintenance. Detailed analysis and characterization of the key provisions of the degrowth concept. The theoretical basis of this concept was analyzed; its main goals and objectives were formed. Based on the results of the analysis, a theoretical model of ecologically friendly development of the state’s economy was developed, which provides for the development of a certain direction of environmental ethics, formation of the most acceptable ecological worldview, based on the concept of degrowth and provides intensive greening of all spheres of human activity.

The research is devoted to the detailed analysis of the mechanism of legal tax regulation. The study has found that the mechanism of legal tax regulation is primarily related to the legal regulation of tax debt to ensure its proper execution. Full and timely payment of taxes or fees is meant by proper execution. The implementation of tax debt is defined both in the Basic Law of the state, where the emphasis is placed on the imperative requirement for timely payment of taxes and fees in full, and in the Tax code of Ukraine, which establishes the definition of tax debt as the taxpayer's obligation to calculate, declare and / or pay the amount of tax and fee in the manner and terms determined by the Tax code of Ukraine, customs laws. The analysis of the legislation and the scientific literature has revealed that the most important issue on taxes and fees payment regulation is the establishment of the moment from which the obligation for tax payment arises. Having rights and obligations for a person is another important factor if he becomes a participant in tax relations. The mechanism of legal tax regulation is a set of elements, which are defined in the Tax Code of Ukraine and in accordance with it are divided into basic, additional and optional. The mechanism of legal tax regulation is possible only as a set of basic and additional elements. The absence of at least one of the elements will not allow to legislate a separate tax or levy. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of each element of the tax mechanism.
