Boolean valued analysis, the term coined by Takeuti, signifies a branch of functional analysis which uses a special technique of Boolean valued models of set theory. The fundamental result of Boolean valued analysis is Gordons Theorem stating that each internal field of reals of a Boolean valued model descends into a universally complete vector lattice. Thus, a remarkable opportunity opens up to expand and enrich the mathematical knowledge by translating information about the reals to the language of other branches of functional analysis. This is a brief overview of the mathematical events around the Gordon Theorem. The relationship between the Kantorovichs heuristic principle and Boolean valued transfer principle is also discussed.

This study (n = 1,044) used data from the Teacher Education and Development Study in Mathematics (TEDS-M) to examine the relationship between field experience focus (instruction- or exploration-focused), duration, and timing (early or not) and prospective elementary teachers' intertwined knowledge and beliefs about mathematics and mathematics learning. Early instruction-focused field experience (i.e., leading directly to classroom instruction) was positively related to the study outcomes in programs with such field experience of median or shorter duration. Moreover, the duration of instruction-focused field experience was positively related to study outcomes in programs without early instruction-focused field experience. By contrast, the duration of exploration-focused field experience (e.g., observation) was not related to the study outcomes. These findings suggest that field experience has important but largely overlooked relationships with prospective teachers' mathematical knowledge and beliefs. Implications for future research are discussed.

<div><p class="ABSTRAKen">The forest is the source of livelihood of the community around it, forest sustainbility management become important thing to do to ensure the sustainbility of the forest. This research discusses about forest management strategies in the Berjo village, in which consist of three different institutions, they are Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura), Perusahaan Hutan Negara Indonesia (Perhutani), and Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH). the aim of this research is to find out the forest management strategies, methode in this research is qualitaive with case studies approach, this research conducted in the village of Berjo, Karangayar city. Purposive sampling is used to select the respondents. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of the data using the in interactive functional analysis and validation of data using triangulation of sources. The results showed that forest management is achieved by collaboration among Government and non government institutions with their Sosial Bonding Capital which allows for interaction in sharing knowledge as well as glue relations between groups. Social Bonding is owned by LMDH and Tahura are on the intermediate level which means they obey formal but on the other hand they approach at the level of values, culture, and perception. While the relationship between the LMDH (a unit of BUMN) and Tahura (units of goverment departmen) are on the level of social capital that embraced a formalvalue corresponding their jobs desk which are conservation and production of the forest. LMDH along with Perhutani in forest management through partnership relationship. They work togehter in the safeguarding of forests and open tourist attraction. Whereas in the greening of the forest, the Perhutani, the LMDH Tahura and do reforestation.</p></div><p><em><br /></em></p>

The problems of the relationship between language and society attract the attention of researchers from different countries representing various scientific areas: philosophy, history, biology, linguistics, theology, pedagogy, psychology, etc. This study actualizes the sociological approach to the study of the social determinants of the formation of polylingualism as a means of professional communication. According to the sociological results, about 70% of the world's population, to one degree or another, speaks two or more languages, which imposes additional obligations on workers providing international professional communications (Beacco, 2002). Modern multilingual interaction should not be one-sidedly understood only as a borrowing of professional foreign language terminology. It includes the social background of the linguistic material: traditions, mimic and pantomimic codes, the national picture of the world - and becomes the most important factor in professionalization. Methods of systemic and functional analysis, comparison. generalization and collection of empirical data (expert interviews, content analysis).

The purpose of this essay is not to answer the question posed in the title, but to specify the ''preconditions'' for the defense of two opposing stances: mathematical culturalism and mathematical anticulturalism. The names of these stances are not present in the source literature. Introducing them to the debate on the nature of the relationship between expert mathematical knowledge and its folk counterpart is justified, because the dispute concerns i.a. the cultural status of mathematical discourse - especially due to the fact that the acceptance of one of the stances results in rejecting various models of teaching arithmetic in school, considering them incompatible with the stance taken in the dispute. The presented essay does not, however, focus on the strategies, methods, or transfer & teaching techniques concerning mathematics in public education systems.

Abstract Few studies have examined the relationship between heart rate and self-injurious behavior (SIB) shown by individuals with IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities). In this single-case study, we simultaneously monitored heart rate and activity levels during a functional analysis of severe skin picking behavior exhibited by a young man with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). Results of the functional analysis indicated that the participant's skin picking was maintained by automatic reinforcement. A within-session analysis of the data indicated that skin picking bouts resulted in an increase in heart rate, suggesting a positive- automatic reinforcement function. These data indicate that inclusion of heart rate and activity-level monitoring during a functional analysis may provide important additional information concerning the determinants of SIB.

Interval-Lipschitz mappings between topological vector spaces are defined and compared with other Lipschitz-type operators. A theory of generalized gradients is presented when both spaces are locally convex and the range space is an order complete vector lattice. Sample applications to the theory of nonsmooth optimization are given.
