This study aimed at examining the effect of (1) job satisfaction mediating the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity on turnover intention, (4) job satisfaction on turnover intention. The method of data collection was done by observation, interviews and questionnaires by using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was path analysis (path anaylsis) with the SPSS 17.0 for windows program. The analysis shows that (1) job satisfaction was able to mediate partially the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) satisfaction work had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction Mediating Psychological Contracts on Turnover Intention. This research was conducted at The Samaya Ubud Luxury Villas. The number of samples in this study were 58 employees in the housekeeping department, especially saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis shows that psychological contract has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, psychological contract has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction partially mediates psychological contract on turnover intention in housekeeping department employees The Samaya Ubud Luxury Villas. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The approach of this study is quantitative. The population in this study are permanent employees who are in PT. Astra International Tbk, Honda. The sample of this study were 100 employees in PT. Astra International Tbk, Honda using path analysis. From the analysis model the value of the dependent variable was obtained from the results of the questionnaire and using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the model studied has met the model's feasibility test. Job satisfaction shows positive and significant results on organizational commitment, job satisfaction shows positive and significant results on turnover intention, organizational commitment shows positive and significant results on turnover intention and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand awareness on purchase intention through word of mouth on prospective Maybelline consumers. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with 110 respondents. Data collection by distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis, sobel test and VAF test. The results found that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on WOM, WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and WOM is able to mediate the influence of brand awareness on purchase intention. The practical implication in this research is that Maybelline Management can increase its advertising, carry out promotions such as giving coupons to consumers if they recommend buying Maybelline products to their friends, as well as strengthening their image to the eyes of consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Toncity Bali Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 42 employees. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 285 employees and a sample of 167 respondents. This research was conducted in the Engineering Department, PT. Semen Padang by using primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis technique and is operated through SPSS 16.0. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation and compensation directly had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation through job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, compensation through satisfaction work on performance has no significant effect.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, trust, on customer satisfaction and its impact on repatronage intentions. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire using a 4-category Likert scale. This study sampled 100 respondents in the community in Kebumen District. The method used is purposive sampling. The hypothesis was tested using a path analysis technique with the help of the SPSS 22.00 for windows program. The results showed that all variables are valid and reliable, there is no multicollinearity, and also heteroscedasticity does not occur and the model meets the assumption of normality. The effect of service quality on customersatisfactions shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of trust on customer satisfaction shows that trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The effect of service quality on repatronage intentions shows that service quality has a significant effect on repatronage intentions. The effect of customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repatronage intentions.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of work stress on turnover intention through the mediation of organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Queen’s Tandoor Seminyak restaurant in Badung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 79 employees, through the nonprobability sampling method, especially saturated samples. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Management should pay attention to the imposition of work so as not to exceed the ability of employees who can lead to job stress and increase employee involvement in the company. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Padang Branch. In this study, a sample of 64 sales employees at PT Suka Fajar Ltd, Solok Branch was used. To get information and data, a questionnaire was distributed. The analytical method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees in PT Suka Fajar Branch of Solok, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Solok Branch.Keywords: Job Insecurity, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention
