The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Toncity Bali Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 42 employees. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Keywords: organizational climate, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Competition that occurs between companies in the era of globalization requires companies to continue to make improvements or a change in order to remain competitive. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate and reward system on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample was determined by 86 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to CV employees. Wiracana and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate variables and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate, reward system and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment on CV.Wiracana.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Lembah Karet Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 308 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis path (<em>path analysis</em>) menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadapa kepuasan kerja. Keadilan organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengaruh langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>

Organizational climate and high job satisfaction can increase employee organizational commitment which greatly affects the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator for employees of The Sankara Resort And Spa Ubud. The study population are 62 people using the saturated sample method. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results show organizational climate a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction, and job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is one of the important issues in the world of work. The purpose is to explain the effect of transformational leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at Puri Saron Seminyak Hotel. Population is 109 people, in this study the method of determining the sample used using the formula slovin obtained results 52 people. Data collection is done through primary data in the form of questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using independent variables of transformational leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of Hotel Puri Saron Seminyak's employees. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of Puri Saron Seminyak.

This study discusses the impact of work compensation on employee performance during the Covid 19 pandemic with job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job compensation on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and the effect on job compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance partially and to see the effect of job compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously and for the simultaneous influence. direct and indirect compensation variables on employee performance and compensation. This study aimed at examining the effect of (1) job satisfaction mediating the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity on turnover intention, (4) job satisfaction on turnover intention. The method of data collection was done by observation, interviews and questionnaires by using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was path analysis (path anaylsis) with the SPSS 17.0 for windows program. The analysis shows that (1) job satisfaction was able to mediate partially the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) satisfaction work had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows employee loyalty and ongoing process of how they expresses their attention to organization's success. Purpose of study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of KutaBex Beach Front Hotel Bali employees. The population was 113 people and the sample are 54 people using proportionate random sampling method. Data are analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment partially. The implication of this research is that high job satisfaction owned by employees will increase employee organizational commitment through the influence of transformational leadership. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational climate, organizational commitment,  job satisfaction, and employee performance. Particularly, we examine the effect of organizational climate and organizational  commitmenton job satisfaction. Furthermore, we also test the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.Results of path analysis on 90 respondents showsopports for all hypotheses. Partially, organizational climate and organizational commitment have positive effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, organizational climate and organizational commitment positivelyaffect job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction has positive effect on employee performance.

Competence is the ability of an individual to carry out a job correctly and has an advantage based on matters relating to knowledge, expertise, and attitude.This study aims to determine the effect of competencies, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. The approach in this study is a quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C. amounting to 48 people. The method of data collection is done using observations and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar.
