The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of work stress on turnover intention through the mediation of organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Queen’s Tandoor Seminyak restaurant in Badung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 79 employees, through the nonprobability sampling method, especially saturated samples. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Management should pay attention to the imposition of work so as not to exceed the ability of employees who can lead to job stress and increase employee involvement in the company. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of organizational commitment as a mediating variable between work stress and turnover intention. This research was conducted at the Wyndham Taman Sari Jivva Bali hotel in Klungkung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 63 employees, through the Slovin formula. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Management should pay attention to the clarity of information regarding career paths obtained by employees in the future so that employees do not experience work stress due to unclear career paths obtained and also management needs to pay attention to employee involvement in the company. Job satisfaction is a condition where employees feel satisfied with their work. People who express high satisfaction in their work tend to be more productive, while unproductive people tend to experience stress on workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction with motivation as an mediation variable on Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This research was conducted at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency, the number of samples in this study were 92 civil servants with saturated sampling method. Path analysis technique is used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of the study found that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and insignificant effect on motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation is able to mediate the influence of work stress on job satisfaction. This means that despite work stress but if supported by high motivation, maximum job satisfaction will arise.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The sample in this study were 86 employees who were determined using the saturation sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Smart PLS. The results show that work stress has  positive significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.  If job satisfaction is high then the employee job stress is certain to be getting lower and thus the employee's desire to leave the company is lower. Llow level of job satisfaction and high employee stress, so this also results in an increased level of turnover intention. Keywords : Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Employee Turnover Intention

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh <em>perceived organizational of support, leader-member exchange,</em> dan stres kerja terhadap  e<em>mployee  engagement  </em>dan<em> turnover intention</em>; (2) Untuk Menganalisis pengaruh <em>perceived organizational of support, leader-member exchange,</em> dan stres kerja terhadap <em>Turnover Intention</em>  dengan dimediasi oleh e<em>mployee  engagement.</em></p><p>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara sensus terhadap 60 karyawan generasi Y di PT BPR Restu Artha Makmur Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner  yang menggunakan skala likert 5 poin.  Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.</p><p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) <em>perceived organizational of support</em> berpengaruh positif-signifikan terhadap <em>employee  engagement  </em>dan negatif-signifikan terhadap <em>turnover intention; (2) leader-member exchange </em>berpengaruh positif-signifikan terhadap e<em>mployee  engagement  </em>dan negatif-signifikan terhadap <em>turnover intention</em>; (3) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif-signifikan terhadap <em>employee  engagement  </em>dan positif-signifikan terhadap <em>turnover intention; </em>(4)<em> employee  engagement </em>berpengaruh negatif-signifikan terhadap <em>turnover intention; </em>(5) <em>employee engagement</em> efektif dalam memediasi variabel <em>perceived organizational of  support, leader-member exchange,</em> dan stres kerja terhadap <em>turnover intention</em><em> (R = 0,</em>71; Sign = 0.00).</p><p>   <em>This study aims: (1) To analyze the effect of perceived organizational of support, leader-member exchange, and job stress on employee engagement and turnover intention; (2) To analyze the influence of perceived organizational of support, leader-member exchange, and work stress on Turnover Intention with mediating employee engagement.</em></p><p><em>This research is explanatory research with census sampling method to 60 Y generation employees at PT BPR Restu Artha Makmur Semarang City. Technique of collecting data using questionnaires using Likert scale 5 points. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that: (1) perceived organizational of support positively-significant to employee engagement and negative-significant to turnover intention; (2) leader-member exchange has a significant positive effect on employee engagement and significant negatives to turnover intention; (3) Job Stress has significant effect on employee engagement and positive-significant to turnover intention; (4) employee engagement has a significant negative effect on turnover intention; (5) effective employee engagement in mediating perceived organizational of support, leader-member exchange, and work stress on turnover intention (R = 0.71; Sign = 0.00).</em></p>

A person's condition when experiencing physical, mental, or emotional exhaustion is called burnout. This study aims to measure the level of burnout which is influenced by workload and is mediated by work stress. The research location is located at the Regional Hospital (RSD) Mangusada Badung, especially in the Oleg Room with a total sample of 50 nurses with the saturation sampling method. Data collection techniques using interview and dissemination systems. The type of data analysis used was path analysis and single test. The results showed that workload and work stress each had a positive and significant effect on burnout and work stress partially mediated the effect of workload on burnout. This study also provides an understanding that workload and work stress can have a significant effect on burnout, when the workload perceived by nurses is higher, the work stress felt by nurses will be higher so that it has the potential to increase burnout. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention and also to know the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence between work stress and turnover intention. The number of samples taken was 72 employees, using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis and sobel test. The results of the analysis show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of this study also show that job satisfaction mediates work stress on turnover intention. To reduce turnover intention, the hospital must be able to control the stress level of employees by paying attention to the workload given to individual work capacity and also the time given in completing work. The hospital is also advised to give awards to employees who have done their jobs well. Keywords: job stress, job satisfaction, turnover intention

The objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze the Effect of Job Stress, Career Development and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention in PT PKSS and (2) To analyze the significant influence between Job Stress, Career Development and Employee Engagement simultaneously / Jointly towards Turnover Intention at PT PKSS. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample of all employees at PT PKSS, amounting to 98 people. The analysis technique used is Part Least Square Analysis (PLS). While the variables in this study are: (1) job stress, (2) career development, (3) employee engagement, and (4) turnover intention. The results of this study include: (1) Job stress has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 5,481, (2) Career development has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 4,909, (3) Work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-value Statistics of 3.071, (4) Career development has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-Statistic value of 5.526, and (5) Employee employee variable can mediate jointly from the effect of work stress and career development on turnover intention. Can be proven by the analysis of VAF (Variance Accounted For) value calculation above, it can prove hypothesis 8 that employee engagement variable (Y1) can mediate the effect of work stress variables and career development together on turnover intention of 21.15%.

The sampling method used was saturated sampling with a total sample of 14 companies. Data collection is done through non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is path analysis carried out using SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on stock returns, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability, influential capital structure negative and significant effect on stock returns, profitability has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, profitability is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on stock returns, and profitability is not able to mediate the effect of capital structure on stock returns. Organizational commitment is attitude from employees to remain members of an organization and work hard for goals and sustainability of organization. Purpose of this study is to determine effect of job stress on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of work stress on organizational commitment. Study is conducted at The Grand Santhi Hospital with 50 samples, using saturated sampling. Data are analyzed using path analysis. Results showed that job stress has negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, job stress has negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction able to mediate job stress on organizational commitment. Company needs to pay attention to workload and work capacity and evaluate the salary given to employees to match the workload so as to increase organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work involvement and work stress on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan. The approach used in this research is quantitative. To determine the sample using probability sampling, then probability sampling used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were contract employees totaling 200 people at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan. The analytical method used to determine the relationship between these variables is path analysis using the structural equation model (SEM) method and the AMOS program. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: the work involvement variable has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. The job stress variable harms organizational commitment. The organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job involvement variable harms turnover intention. The job stress variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job involvement has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable and work stress has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.
