The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction Mediating Psychological Contracts on Turnover Intention. This research was conducted at The Samaya Ubud Luxury Villas. The number of samples in this study were 58 employees in the housekeeping department, especially saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis shows that psychological contract has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, psychological contract has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction partially mediates psychological contract on turnover intention in housekeeping department employees The Samaya Ubud Luxury Villas. This study aimed at examining the effect of (1) job satisfaction mediating the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity on turnover intention, (4) job satisfaction on turnover intention. The method of data collection was done by observation, interviews and questionnaires by using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was path analysis (path anaylsis) with the SPSS 17.0 for windows program. The analysis shows that (1) job satisfaction was able to mediate partially the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) satisfaction work had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Toncity Bali Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 42 employees. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. This study discusses the impact of work compensation on employee performance during the Covid 19 pandemic with job satisfaction at PT XYZ. Employee turnover is a classic problem that is often faced by entrepreneurs. The behavior of employees who move from one company to another can be an indication of employee dissatisfaction with the company and the lack of good relations between employees and the company. Social support can increase the likelihood that employees will be tied to work as social support can help individuals overcome work problems. The sample of this research was 274 retail company sales employees in Purwokerto. Data were collected using the work satisfaction scale, psychological contract scale, and turnover intention questionnaire. The results showed that there was no effect on job satisfaction and Psychological contracts on Turnover Intention by using social support as a mediating variable,  VAF was less than 20%. While the relationship between psychological contracts and turnover intention is significant.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of work stress on turnover intention through the mediation of organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Queen’s Tandoor Seminyak restaurant in Badung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 79 employees, through the nonprobability sampling method, especially saturated samples. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Management should pay attention to the imposition of work so as not to exceed the ability of employees who can lead to job stress and increase employee involvement in the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of employee empowerment and psychological contract on turnover intention through employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT Buana Bersama Jayaindo. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used in thisstudy is SEM-PLS and SMART PLS 3 program assistance. The results obtained are that employee engagement mediates the effect of employee empowerment and psychological contracts on employee turnover intention at PT Buana Bersama Jayaindo. Therefore, employee empowerment and psychological contract will be important factors to be evaluated in order to reduce turnover intention.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh employee empowerment dan psychological contract terhadap turnover intention melalui employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Buana Bersama Jayaindo. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS dan bantuan program SMART PLS 3. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah bahwa Employee engagement memediasi pengaruh employee empowerment dan pscyhological contract terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Buana Bersama Jayaindo. Oleh karena itu, employee empowerment dan pscyhological contract akan menjadi faktor yang penting untuk dievaluasi guna menurunkan turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of organizational commitment as a mediating variable between work stress and turnover intention. This research was conducted at the Wyndham Taman Sari Jivva Bali hotel in Klungkung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 63 employees, through the Slovin formula. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Management should pay attention to the clarity of information regarding career paths obtained by employees in the future so that employees do not experience work stress due to unclear career paths obtained and also management needs to pay attention to employee involvement in the company. The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.
