Abstract: This study aimed mainly to analyze the professional profile of sports educators working in school sports programs in Bogota, and secondarily to compare it with the profile of sport educators in Spain as it is shown in other studies. The Questionnaire for Characterization of School Sports in Bogota (QCSS) was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a variety of parametric and nonparametric tests, depending on the nature of the data. The results showed the following general profile: male, mean age of 37 years, initial academic training at the graduate level, which typically does continuing education activities, has between 6 and 20 years of experience as school sports educator, and between 1 and 10 in his current position. The most common contracts are annual full-time and full-time indefinite. Salaries varied widely, and the majority of educators also worked as physical education teachers in the same institution. It is precisely this latter fact what differentiates, in most of the analysed factors, the profile of school sport educators in Bogota with respect to the profile of sport educators in Spain. We conclude that it is not possible to clearly define a career for sports educators of Bogota, as it also happen in Spain.Key words:School sports, educational sport, sport educators, teachers, coaches, instructors, career

Within the system of school sports, insufficient attention in the literature is paid to those who lead and carry out this process - physical education teachers. The aim of this paper is to examine the effects of teacher characteristics on the quality of school sports in the Republic of Serbia, as well as the importance and satisfaction of teachers with various organizational and management tools as agents of intrinsic motivation and their connection with the quality of school sports. For the purposes of the research, a questionnaire was constructed from which the variables of the general characteristics of teachers and the variables of the school sports quality were selected, as well as 12 variables which evaluated their satisfaction with certain aspects of motivation for the good quality work and commitment in school sports. It was observed that in 80% of cases the participation of students in sports competitions does not exceed 25%, while the principle of "all or no one" (25% or 100%) was observed among teachers. On the other hand, significant correlations were identified between the majority of the examined quality variables and the aspects of motivation, above all with the factors of teamwork, work autonomy, and school affirmation. In addition, our comparative analyses determined the influence of teachers' age and work experience on participation in sports programs. Based on all the above said, it can be concluded that the means of motivation of teachers, as well as their work experience, can be the basis for maintaining positive trends in the quality of school sports in Serbia.

Although school-sponsored extracurricular sport remains one of the most popular and effective ways to increase adolescents' physical activity levels, it is designed to include a small number of a school's elite athletes. Fewer schools offer intramural sports, and little is known about participation in these activities. The purpose of this study is to compare variations in how students participate in interscholastic and intramural school sport programs. Using a sample of seventh and eighth graders in two southeastern middle schools, results indicated that school sport participation levels were higher in intramurals than interscholastic sports for all studied categories of students except for White girls. In addition, students participating in intramural sports played nearly twice as many sports during the school year as students participating in interscholastic sports. Gender and race differences in school sport participation both confirm and contradict previous research and suggest that schools should consider cultural factors when planning sport programs for diverse populations of young people.

In the present work, data analysis of Erasmus+ Sport programs was performed using Network Theory. Funding amounts and partner coun-tries per program are the information of the target data. Developing a Python-based program, a network of countries' partnerships has been developed to examine whether specific countries cooperate more frequently, and which countries participate in more Erasmus+ Sport pro-grams. Thus, some basic indicators of centrality from network theory were calculated, which are presented together with their mathematical interpretation. It has also been studied whether the number of a country's participation in these programs is affected by its economic or social national characteristics. Specifically, GDP, happiness and education indexes are all examined if they affect a country's participation. Finally, given how the funding amount of a program is split between the partner countries, the total amount of funding received by each country for the period 2014-2018 was calculated.
