Investor needed the information about financial performance in order to predict the price and return of stock. This study aims to find out the effect of financial leverage and liquidity on Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and return of stock in the manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2017. The method of descriptive and verifiative are used in this study by using 94 samples determined by purposive sampling technique. A secondary data is used and analyzed by using panel data regression model and moderated regression analysis. The result showed that simultenously, financial leverage and liquidity effected negatively and significantly to the return of stock. Partially, leverage effected negatively and significantly, as well as liquidity but insignificantly. The GCG is able to moderated a simultaneous effect of financial leverage and liquidity on return of stock to be positive, but insiginificatn. However, GCG effected positively and significantly.

The purpose of this study is to test and find the influence of information asymmetry on earnings management with good corporate governance as moderating variable in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)) in 20102014. Earnings management variable was measured using the approach of Beaver and Engel (1996), information asymmetry variable was measured using the approach of bid-ask spread, and good corporate governance (GCG) variable was measured using GCG self-assessment. The research type used was quantitative research using secondary data. The population in this study was all banking sector companies listed on the IDX in 2010-2014. The number of samples was 15 banking companies taken from the total of 41 banking companies. Sampling technique was conducted using documentation. Methods of analysis used in this study were simple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results of this study show that information asymmetry has a significant influence on earnings management, and GCG moderates the influence of information asymmetry on earnings management.

This study aims to examine the influence of factor analysis i.e. profitabilty, financial leverage, company size, public shareholders and liquidity on the income smoothing praxis of coal's sub-sector firm listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 years. This research is a associative type. The data source used is secondary data in the form of the company's financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and samples of six coal's sub-sector firms. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics analysis, panel data regression, the classical assumption test and hypotesis test. The results showed that income smoothing praxis can be influenced by profitabilty, financial leverage, company size, public shareholders and liquidity  both simultaneously and partially.

The financial performance of State-Owned Enterprises has decreased from 2015 to Q1 2016 because of rising NPLs or bad loans. The role of the organization in the company will give effect to the financial performance. This study aims to determine the influence of the Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, and Leverage on Performance Banking finance. The sample used is the financial sector companies in the year 20012-2016 amounted to 45 samples. The type of data used is secondary data. The hypothesis in this research is tested by using panel data regression analysis. The result of the hypothesis test shows that the board of commissioners has negative and insignificant effect, the audit committee has positive and insignificant impact on the company's financial performance (ROA). Leverage has a negative and insignificant impact on ROA.

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend and leverage policy on firm value in manufacturing sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with good corporate governance as moderating variable for the 2013-2017 period. The population in this study amounted to 130 companies. The research  sample of 17 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The analytical tool used is panel data regression with moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that dividend policy (DPR) and leverage (DER) simultaneously had positive and significant effect on firm value (Q). Partial testing shows that dividend policy and leverage have positive and significant effect on firm value. Whereas GCG (KM) as moderating weakens the relationship between dividend policy on firm value and leverage on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Sektor Manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan Good  Corporate Governance (GCG) Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Periode 2013-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 17 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi data panel dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan dividen (DPR) dan leverage (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Q). Pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan kebijakan dividen dan leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan GCG (KM) sebagai moderasi memperlemah hubungan antara kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan maupun leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to find out and test the effect of good corporate governance, company size, dividend policy, debt policy and profitability on the value of companies in the property and infrastructure sectors in 2008-2017 listed securities in Indonesia. This study is a causal study using secondary data. The population in the study amounted to 63 property and infrastructure companies registered with the IDX for the period 2008-2017. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling where the entire population of 35 companies is used as data in this study. The analysis tool used in this study used regression analysis of panel data.

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital.

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

This research was conducted to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Leverage, Capital Intensity and Deferred Tax Expense on Tax Avoidance in the automotive subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method of data analysis uses panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10 software by conducting several stages of testing. The results of this study indicate that leverage, capital intensity, and deferred tax expense simultaneously significantly affect tax avoidance. Capital intensity partially has a significant effect on tax avoidance in a negative direction. Meanwhile, leverage and deferred tax expense partially have no significant effect on tax avoidance.

This study aims to examine the effect of business strategy and financial leverage as moderated by corporate governance in predicting real earnings management. This type of research is a causal association with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016-2019. The sampling technique in this study using the purposive sampling technique, there are 80 manufacturing companies used as research samples. The business strategy variables are measured by the cost leadership strategy model for the current year. Earnings management variables are calculated by aggregating the triggering factors for earnings management, namely sales manipulation, overproduction, and discretionary spending. The leverage variable is calculated by the ratio of debt to assets and the moderating variable is measured by the proportion of share ownership by the managerial party. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is the multiple regression method which is processed using the SPSS 16 application. The results show that business strategy, financial leverage has a significant positive effect on real earnings management, CG can increase or weaken the relationship between business strategy, leverage on real earnings management but not significantly

This study aims to analyze the effect of KAP size, firm size and earnings management on the integrity of financial statements. The integrity of financial statements is the extent to which the financial statements presented indicate true and honest information. This study was taken because there are still contradictions from previous studies. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study is the consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling method, there are 13 samples from the total population of 40. The method used to analyze the data is panel data regression analysis, Eviews 9. Regression analysis results show that firm size negatively significant to the integrity of financial statements. While the size of KAP and earnings management have no significant effect on the integrity of financial statements.Keywords: Financial Statement Integrity, Company Size, Company Size and Earnings Management
