Indonesia as a majorMuslim population country, has a large potential of cash waqf. Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) predicted the potential of cash waqf in Indonesia is Rp 20 trillion, but had not followed by the effective collection method, so that potential has not been able to develop optimally. On the other hand, technology grown rapidly, followed by the numberof internet users in Indonesia. Based on the data of  the Association of Internet Service Providers Indonesia (APJII) shows that internet users in Indonesia by aged 20 years and plus, reached 119.2 million inhabitants. It allows the integration of  the effective system of collectingwaqf property. One of the effective collecting efforts done by the government is to establish a waqfbank which role as nadzir beside a liason between wakif with the waqf management institutions. The main duty ofwaqf management institution here is as nadzir who will manage cash waqfproductively and fostering the communityso as toempower the economy. However, the current establishment of waqf bank is still in the process of finalization, so there is no core principle in collecting waqf. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to offer an electronic application of collecting and redistributing cash waqf by the internet networking and the development of the digital era. It concept called e-payment.It choosen an e-payment as the concept, which wakif must fill the balance of waqf bank account from commercial bank accounts owned by wakif. Then wakif choose waqfallocation with options that have been provided by waqfbank.The research method usedis descriptive analysis and conjoint analysis. The final implication by the innovation of the e-payment application is that the existing ease of waqfcollection is expected to be effective and reach many people and able to increase the economy of Indonesian society.

In 2016, Kompas initiated a new journalistic product, namely news writing, a type of longform journalism called Virtual Interactive Compass (VIK). This platform is designed in such a way as to present in-depth news writing and enriched with interactivity elements from the multimedia aspect. Millennials are one of the young generation who live in the digital era and online networks. The Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) declared this generation as the most internet users as of October 2016. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are becoming millennial interest in VIK through four aspects, namely modality, accessability, interactivity, navigability. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with case study method. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, literature studies, and also online data search. The results of this study are changes in the form of in-depth news writing type preferred by the melenial generation, VIK longform journalism news presentation is considered informative and interesting with multimedia elements by millennials, and millennial generation is proven in daily use of gadgets, as well as finding information. Di Tahun 2016, Kompas menggagas sebuah produk jurnalistik baru yaitu penulisan berita jenis longform journalismyang diberi nama Virtual Interaktif Kompas (VIK). Platform ini dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk menyajikan tulisan berita yang mendalam dan diperkaya dengan unsur interaktivitas dari aspek multimedia. Kaum Milenial merupakan salah satu generasi muda yang hidup dalam era digital serta jaringan online. Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII) menyatakan generasi ini sebagai pengguna Internet terbanyak per Oktober 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui faktor apa yang menjadi ketertarikan generasi milenial pada VIK melalui empat aspek yaitu modality, accessabillity, interactivity, navigability. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka, dan juga penelusuran data online. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perubahan bentuk penulisan berita mendalam jenis longform disukai oleh generasi melenial, penyajian berita longform journalism VIK dinilai informatif serta menarik dengan unsur multimedia oleh milenial, dan generasi milenial terbukti dalam kesehariannya selalu menggunakan gadget, begitu juga dalam hal mencari informasi.

This paper is devoted to uncover difficulties in establishing liability in online defamation in Tanzania. The focus is on the effectiveness of the current laws and regulations relating to online defamation; and the lack of awareness on the part of the general public on legal and practical challenges in establishing liability over defamatory comments occurring on the internet. The investigator discovered that, the existing legal framework in Tanzania cover issues of establishing liability in online defamation suffers from a number of inadequacies. Moreover the legal and practical challenges includes, the weakness of some law and regulations covering online defamation, limitation periods, jurisdiction and choice of law issues, investigation and admissibility of electronic evidence and its authenticity, identifying anonymous defendant and the rights to privacy. The author recommends that the government has to consider amending its law by taking on board the forgotten stakeholders opinions that would address by dealing with specific issues of liability in online defamation to internet users, Internet Service providers(ISP’s) and intermediary for their defamatory comments.

In February 2020, the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs noted that in the last four years, 81,686 cooperatives were dissolved, leaving 123,048 active cooperatives. This case is a huge challenge for the government to overcome.  Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) stated that the number of internet users in Indonesia reached 196.7 million in the middle of 2020. Meanwhile, data from Google & Temasek showed purchasing products via e-Commerce in Indonesia reached US$ 10.9 billion in 2017 and continuously increased in 2020. Most cooperatives in Indonesia run business conventionally with manual transactions, limited time, traditional logistics, and conventional membership administration. Nowadays, the institution with tens of thousands of members no longer effectively runs cooperative conventionally in a disruptive era. A conventional cooperative at a private university in Jakarta was observed in the study. There are tens of thousands of students and staff at the university. Three research questions arise, such as what can not be adequately solved in a traditional cooperative, what tools are used in digital cooperatives, and what shape can be used in the digital cooperative system model to solve issues. This study proposes a framework model in developing a digital cooperative to accommodate a huge amount of membership and enhance business scope. The research identified technology needed to overcome matters cannot be dealt with in a conventional cooperative. It provided a  digital cooperative frameworks model that impacts value creation, value capture, and value delivery, especially in higher education.

This study examines the process of policy change, drawing on the theory of the social construction of target populations to explore South Korea???s limited Internet user self-identification policy. In the early 2000s, the government directly imposed on netizens and service providers by establishing regulations that resulted in netizens being categorized as deviants. Then, as personal data spillage became a problem and the market environment changed, netizens and Internet service providers were transformed into the advantaged group needing protection. Consequently, the government relaxed its regulations and allowed Internet users to self-regulate instead. This study verifies that the process of change in the way target populations are viewed is caused by an interaction between a structure and its actors. Furthermore, positive political and economic events and social movements can rapidly transform actors, Internet users and service providers in this case, into an advantaged group.

Abstract:The internet developed for the first time in Indonesia in the early 1990s. Starting from the pagayuban network, it is now expanding without boundaries anywhere. A survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) said that the number of internet users in Indonesia in 2012 reached 63 million people or 24.23 percent of the country's total population. Next year, that figure is predicted to increase by close to 30 percent to 82 million users and continue to grow to 107 million in 2014 and 139 million or 50 percent of the total population in 2015. million people. This matter also results in political communication with the internet media, or is often said to be cyber politics. Cyber politics in Indonesia has faced growth in recent years. There are many facilities that support the growth of cyber politics, such as Facebook, Twitter, mailing list, YouTube, and others.Keywords: Cyberpolitik, Internet  Abstrak:Internet berkembang pertama kali di Indonesia pada awal tahun 1990-an. Diawali dari pagayuban network kini berkembang luas tanpa batas dimanapun juga. Suatu survei yang diselenggarakan Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII) mengatakan kalau jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia tahun 2012 menggapai 63 juta orang ataupun 24,23 persen dari total populasi negeri ini. The purpose of this study is to understand the difference between Internet users' continuing use behavior in the context of digital inequality. Data were collected through a survey of Internet users in the Ivory Coast. The structural equation modeling technique was used to test the research hypothesis. This study showed empirically that concern over information and communication technologies (ICT) access as an explanation for digital inequality should be toned down. This research suggests emphasizing alternative factors to explain Internet sustained use intention by underprivileged individuals, including normative beliefs. The results will help internet service providers, governments, and international aid agencies to better understand users' behaviors or reactions to ICT available to them. This understanding provides a foundational platform upon which viable and effective information technology-enabled solutions and policies can be conceptualized and implemented. This study is one of the few that integrate three salient beliefs to differentiate ICT use continuance intention in the context of digital inequality.

Comfort and security are vital factors in tourism destination of Kuta Lombok with great tourism potential. However, this potential will not be desirable if the conditions are not created by comfort and security. This proves that there are factors that affect the comfort, community understanding of tourism awareness, and community participation in comfort and security of tourists. The study was conducted aimed to determine the factors that affect comfort and safety, the level of community understanding of tourism awareness, and community participation in the comfort and security of tourists in Kuta Lombok tourism.This study examines the comfort and safety of tourists in tourism of Kuta Lombok are included in the descriptive study. Therefore, the research conducted through a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection through observation, interview and documentation. Decision is determined by the method of purposive, with 15 informants. The theory applied is the theory of structural functionalism which analyzed the factors and community participation, and motivation theory is applied to analyze the level of community understanding about tourism awareness.The analysis results of research conducted by qualitative descriptive analysis presents the results of research through a narrative supported by photographs. The results of this study suggests that the comfort and safety factor is  influenced by the low level of community understanding in the elements of tourism awareness through Sapta Pesona. The low raises community understanding of factors that affect comfort and safety as a factor of environmental aspects of parking management and environmental hygiene, factors of economic activity and the hawkers aspects trasnportation service providers as well as factors in the aspect of tourism access roads were damaged. Community participation in the comfort and security of tourists is not functioning optimally. This is caused by unsynchronization between organizations. Forms of community participation in the form of the participation into the organization and the coast guard and empowerment of communities in the festival. Based on those results of the three studies, the government of Central Lombok is expected especially for Culture and Tourism Department particular attention to the factors that affect comfort and safety, and the formation of tourism awareness with benchmarks Sapta Pesona.

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation is in the midst of significant change as a result of budgetary pressures from the government and the challenge of the oncoming digital age. Lack of funding and dwindling resources have forced the ABC to shut down many of its regional services and to outsource many of its formerly in-house productions. However, there do appear some ways in which the ABC might meet, as the rhetoric goes, "the challenge of the digital era". Traditionally, the role of the ABC has included the provision of comprehensive coverage of, and service for, the whole of Australia, including regions that would be economically unfeasible for commercial operations to penetrate. Recently, however, budgetary cuts have eroded this role substantially, with the axing of state based current affairs and the cessation of Radio Triple J's planned expansion into regional Australia. The Internet has provided a potential, if problematic, stop-gap solution, through the launch of the ABC's online news service. Internet based news solutions have few of the production-end overheads of the television service. There are no expensive studio set ups, no presenters, no cameras, just text that can be quickly keyed into the system and formatted for instantaneous, non-linear delivery. I should note at this point that currently, this "delivery" is in the passive sense of the word: users must search out the content and download it onto their machines. In Internet jargon, this is called "pull" technology. New technologies being developed promise to "push" the content automatically and directly to a user's computer. The ABC's implementation, taking advantage of all these benefits, is text-based, comprehensive, updated constantly, and easy to use. Currently, however, delivery of Internet-based content is tied to the existing phone network, and with most Internet service providers based in state capitals, regional Internet access is hindered by the cost of long-distance calls. The potential exists, nonetheless, for the ABC to achieve truly national coverage by methods that bypass existing structures. The planned shift by Australian TV networks to digital transmission has the potential to enable new possibilities for public broadcasting. A digital infrastructure could allow information and programming to be cheaply produced at the local level, then recompiled centrally and redistributed across the country. The convergence of computer and television will enable a greater variety of content to be sent to the home -- and, possibly, sent back out again in an altered form. Such a transformation of the way we experience television may well alter the concept of public broadcasting beyond recognition, if not render it obsolete. However, these possibilities, although reasonable given projected advances in technology, so far largely remain fantasy due to the debate over regulation between the Federal government and the commercial networks. The Internet has come a long way over the past twenty years, and many Internet-era enterprises have had to face daunting challenges while trying to create innovative business models. Many types of Internet interactions can facilitate networking (e.g., The Web, Web services). Since the advent of the Internet, service requesters and service providers have generated diverse electronic services (e-services), and since 2003, many experts have proposed the concept of Web 2.0. People rely on Internet e-services to execute activities and meet requirements; however, e-services lack a standardization method for constructing and managing them. The current study presents a framework design and a comprehensive interface for e-service providers and requesters. The study adopts the concept of Web 2.0 by using Web services with related standards for developing the framework design. Specifically, the study uses semantic Web technologies to complete the construction of e-services. After that, Internet users can quickly and conveniently access the framework to obtain suitable e-services.

In this article, Quality of Experience (QoE) is discussed as experienced by Tanzanian internet users for the second biannual of 2016. It presents findings of the research that aimed at among other things, finding out the QoE in internet services offered by telecommunication companies and other internet service providers in the country. A qualitative approach was used to establish practical quality of experience issues considered important by Tanzanians. Online questionnaires distributed over social media mainly WhatsApp and Facebook were used to ask users about their experiences of the services they had been receiving, in which over 2000 responses were collected from all districts of Tanzania. It was established that usability, quality of service, price and after sale support were the main issues found to influence quality of experience for many. The findings in this article are useful for academicians, QoS and QoE researchers, policy makers and ICT professionals.
