The purposes of this research are to analyze: The effect of student perception of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention of SMK Students in Padang and The effect of family environment on entrepreneurial intention of SMK Students in Padang. The type of this research is causative research. The population for this research is all students of SMK in Padang. The total sample of this research was 200 people by using a questionnaire. The result of this research shows that student perception of entrepreneurship has significant effect on entrepreneurial intention of SMK students in Padang and family environment has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention of SMK students in Padang. The conclusion from this research is student perception of entrepreneurship show a significant effect on an entrepreneurial intention of SMK Students in Padang and Family environment there is no significant effect on an entrepreneurial intention of SMK Students in Padang. For the future research, it is better to increase the support of parents to their children to entrepreneurship and improve entrepreneurship activities that can influence entrepreneurial intention.Keyword: Student Perception of Entrepreneurship, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Intention

The purpose of this research are to analyze : (1) The effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intention public university student’s in Padang (2) The effect of family environment on entrepreneurial intention public university student’s in Padang. The type of this research is causative research. The population on this research is all of public university student’s in padang . The total sample of this research was 150 persons with online survey. The result of research shows that (1) Entrepreneurial Motivation has significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention Public University Student’s in Padang (2) Family Environment has significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention Public University Students in Padang. Entrepreneurial motivation and family environment have significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. This research aims to analyzed: (1) The effect of Trust on Attitude, (2) The effect of Trust on Purchase Intention, (3) The effect of Perceived Usefulness on Attitude, (4) The effect of Perceived Usefulness on Purchase Intention, (5) The effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Attitude (6) The effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Purchase Intention and (7) The effect of Attitude on Purchase Intention. The type of this research is causative research. The total sample of this research was 151 people by using questionnaire. The result of research shows that (1) Trust has significant effect on attitude (2) Trust has significant effect on purchase intention (3) Perceived Usefulness has no significant effect on attitude (4) Perceived Usefulness has significant effect on purchase intention (5) Perceived Ease of Use has significant effect on attitude (6) Perceived Ease of Use has significant effect on purchase intention and (7) Attitude has significant effect on purchase intention. The conclusions are Trust, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have significant effect on purchase intention. The purpose of this research are to analyze : (1) the influences of Islamic attributes of Destination on Destination Loyalty, (2) the influences of Islamic attributes of destination on tourist satisfaction, (3) the influences of tourist satisfaction on destination loyalty.The type of this research is causative research. The population on this research is Muslim traveler that already visited Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The total sample of this research was 281 people by using online questionnaire. The result of research show that (1) Islamic attributes of destination has significant influences on destination loyalty, (2) Islamic attributes of destination has significant influences on tourist satisfaction (3) Tourist satisfaction has significant influence on destination loyalty.For the future research it is better to explore more about variable that can influence destination loyalty. Keywords: Islamic Attributes of Destination, Tourist satisfaction, and Destination Loyalty

The purpose of this research were to analyze: (1) The effect of Customer Dissatisfaction on Brand Switching for IPHONE users (2) The effect of Product Quality on Brand Switching for IPHONE users (3) The effect of Competitor Advertisement on Brand Switching for IPHONE users. The type of this research was causative research. The population on this research was college student who previously used IPHONE users and have switched to another brands. The total sample of this research was 150 person which was taken by using purposive sampling due to unknown the number of population. The result of research shows that (1)Consumer Dissatisfaction has significant effect on Brand Switching IPHONE smartphones (2)Product Quality has significant effect on Brand Switching IPHONE smartphones (3)Competitor Advertisement has significant effect on Brand Switching IPHONE smartphones. The conclusion is Consumer Dissatisfaction, Product Quality and Competitor Advertisement have significant effect on Brand Switching. Competitor Advertisement has higher influence on Brand Switching in this research. Abstract. Background: Suicide can have a lasting impact on the social life as well as the physical and mental health of the bereaved. Targeted research is needed to better understand the nature of suicide bereavement and the effectiveness of support. Aims: To take stock of ongoing studies, and to inquire about future research priorities regarding suicide bereavement and postvention. Method: In March 2015, an online survey was widely disseminated in the suicidology community. Results: The questionnaire was accessed 77 times, and 22 records were included in the analysis. The respondents provided valuable information regarding current research projects and recommendations for the future. Limitations: Bearing in mind the modest number of replies, all from respondents in Westernized countries, it is not known how representative the findings are. Conclusion: The survey generated three strategies for future postvention research: increase intercultural collaboration, increase theory-driven research, and build bonds between research and practice. Future surveys should include experiences with obtaining research grants and ethical approval for postvention studies.

Knowledge and the capability to create and utilize knowledge today are consid- ered to be the most important sources of a firm’s sustainable competitive advantage. This paper aims to advance understanding of the knowledge creation of firm in Vietnam by studying Alphanam Company. The case illustrates how knowledge- based management pursues a vision for the future based on ideals that consider the relationships of people in society. The finding shows that the case succeeded because of their flexibility and mobility to keep meeting to the changing needs of the customers or stakeholders. The paper also provided some suggestions for future research to examine knowledge-based management of the companies in a different industry segments and companies originating in other countries

The biggest challenge faced by students nowadays and in the future, is how to deal with the increasingly high competition in the world, the increasing number of undergraduate and limited job opportunities. In this kind of situations, the students had to find a creative way and change the approach of being a university graduate looking for a job, to become scholars who can create their own jobs, or even able to create jobs for others. The purpose of this study was to determine the youth interest on entrepreneurship in Indonesia. It seems that the youth are unaware to see that the job is increasingly difficult to find nowadays. So through this study, researchers wanted to find out what causes youth in Indonesia, reluctant to become an entrepreneur. While being an entrepreneur, the youth can open or create jobs for others and can reduce the level of unemployment in Indonesia. Self-confidence is an important factor in entrepreneurship. Family environment and quality education also participate in creating interest for youth in entrepreneurship. This research is using basic research method; where researchers will try to link the theories of the existing variables. Thus, researchers can conduct research by distributing questionnaires to the youth throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the cause of Indonesian youth lack of interest in entrepreneurship.
